本发明属于阀门领域,尤其涉及一种阀板不易变形的硬密封蝶阀,其特征在于:所述第一阀板设置于所述阀体的内部并且其固定于所述第一阀杆上,所述第二阀板设置于所述阀体的内部并且其固定于所述第二阀杆上,所述第一阀板、第二阀板均呈矩形并且其二者的一端贴合设置,所述第一齿轮位于所述阀体的外部并且其固定于所述第一阀杆上,所述第二齿轮位于所述阀体的外部并且其固定于所述第二阀杆上,所述阀体轴承固定于阀体的外部,所述中间杆的下端固定于所述阀体轴承上并且其上端与电机相连,所述电机固定于电机固定板上,所述电机固定板固定于所述阀体的外部,所述中间齿轮固定于中间杆上,所述中间齿轮位于所述第一齿轮、第二齿轮之间并且其三者啮合设置。

一种阀板不易变形的硬密封蝶阀
技术领域
本发明属于阀门领域,尤其涉及一种阀板不易变形的硬密封蝶阀。
背景技术
阀门是流体输送***中的控制部件,具有截止、调节、导流、防止逆流、稳压、分流或溢流泄压等功能。硬密封蝶阀又叫翻板阀,是一种结构简单的调节阀,同时也可用于低压管道介质的开关控制。硬密封蝶阀在管道上主要起切断和节流作用。蝶阀启闭件是一个圆盘形的蝶板,在阀体内绕其自身的轴线旋转,从而达到启闭或调节的目的。硬密封蝶阀适用于发生炉、煤气、蒸汽、天然气、城市煤气、冷热空气、化工冶炼工程和发电环保***中输送各种腐蚀性、非腐蚀性流体介质的管道上,用于调节和截断介质的流动。硬密封蝶阀可分为手动硬密封蝶阀,气动硬密封蝶阀,电动硬密封蝶阀。
现有硬密封蝶阀的结构比较传统,当阀门全部开启时,阀板垂直设置于阀门的中部,阀门中部的流体冲击力最大,阀板容易变形,影响阀门的使用。
发明内容
本发明针对上述技术问题,提供了一种阀板不易变形的阀板不易变形的硬密封蝶阀。
本发明所采用的技术方案为:
一种阀板不易变形的硬密封蝶阀,其特征在于:包括阀体、第一阀板、第二阀板、第一阀杆、第二阀杆、第一齿轮、第二齿轮、中间齿轮、阀体轴承、中间杆,所述阀体的下部一端固定有第一下轴承并且其下部另一端固定有第二下轴承,所述阀体的上部一端固定有第一上轴承并且其上部另一端固定有第二上轴承,所述第一阀杆的下端固定于所述第一下轴承内并且其上端穿过所述第一上轴承设置于所述阀体的外部,所述第二阀杆的下端固定于所述第二下轴承内并且其上端穿过所述第二上轴承设置于所述阀体的外部,所述第一阀板设置于所述阀体的内部并且其固定于所述第一阀杆上,所述第二阀板设置于所述阀体的内部并且其固定于所述第二阀杆上,所述第一阀板、第二阀板均呈矩形并且其二者的一端贴合设置,所述第一阀板紧邻第二阀板的一侧固定有第一中间密封圈,所述第一阀板紧邻阀体的外缘固定有第一边缘密封圈,所述第二阀板紧邻第一阀板的一侧固定有第二中间密封圈,所述第二阀板紧邻阀体的外缘固定有第二边缘密封圈,所述第一齿轮位于所述阀体的外部并且其固定于所述第一阀杆上,所述第二齿轮位于所述阀体的外部并且其固定于所述第二阀杆上,所述阀体轴承固定于所述阀体的外部,所述中间杆的下端固定于所述阀体轴承上并且其上端与电机相连,所述电机固定于所述电机固定板上,所述电机固定板固定于所述阀体的外部,所述中间齿轮固定于所述中间杆上,所述中间齿轮位于所述第一齿轮、第二齿轮之间并且其三者啮合设置。
所述电机为伺服电机。
所述第一齿轮、第二齿轮、中间齿轮、电机的外部设置有防护罩,所述防护罩固定于所述阀体上。
本发明的有益效果为:
1、本发明中将传统的圆形阀板换成了两块矩形阀板,阀体也设计成了相配合的矩形结构,并且两个阀杆靠近阀体的两端设置,即当两块阀板打开时,各自靠近阀体的两端并非出于中心部位,两端流体的冲击力最小,阀板不易变形;
2、结构新颖、易于制作;
3、多个轴承的设置,保护第一阀杆、第二阀杆、中间杆不受损坏;
4、多个密封圈的设置,从两个阀板的接触部位以及与阀体的接触部位进行密封,密封效果好;
5、通过电机带动中间杆旋转,通过中间齿轮带动第一齿轮、第二齿轮转动,进而使第一阀杆、第二阀杆转动,传动控制机构简单;
6、防护罩的设置,第一齿轮、第二齿轮、中间齿轮、电机不易损坏。

实施例
如图1所示,一种阀板不易变形的硬密封蝶阀,包括阀体1、第一阀板2、第二阀板3、第一阀杆4、第二阀杆5、第一齿轮6、第二齿轮7、中间齿轮8、阀体轴承9、中间杆10,阀体1的下部一端固定有第一下轴承11并且其下部另一端固定有第二下轴承12,阀体1的上部一端固定有第一上轴承13并且其上部另一端固定有第二上轴承14,第一阀杆4的下端固定于第一下轴承11内并且其上端穿过第一上轴承13设置于阀体1的外部,第二阀杆5的下端固定于第二下轴承12内并且其上端穿过第二上轴承14设置于阀体1的外部,第一阀板2设置于阀体1的内部并且其固定于第一阀杆4上,第二阀板3设置于阀体1的内部并且其固定于第二阀杆5上,第一阀板2、第二阀板3均呈矩形并且其二者的一端贴合设置,第一阀板2紧邻第二阀板3的一侧固定有第一中间密封圈15,第一阀板2紧邻阀体1的外缘固定有第一边缘密封圈16,第二阀板3紧邻第一阀板2的一侧固定有第二中间密封圈17,第二阀板3紧邻阀体1的外缘固定有第二边缘密封圈18,第一齿轮6位于阀体1的外部并且其固定于第一阀杆4上,第二齿轮7位于阀体1的外部并且其固定于第二阀杆5上,阀体轴承9固定于阀体1的外部,中间杆10的下端固定于阀体轴承9上并且其上端与电机19相连,电机19固定于电机固定板20上,电机固定板20固定于阀体1的外部,中间齿轮8固定于中间杆10上,中间齿轮8位于第一齿轮6、第二齿轮7之间并且其三者啮合设置。
电机19为伺服电机。
第一齿轮6、第二齿轮7、中间齿轮8、电机19的外部设置有防护罩21,防护罩21固定于阀体1上。

1.一种阀板不易变形的硬密封蝶阀,其特征在于:包括阀体、第一阀板、第二阀板、第一阀杆、第二阀杆、第一齿轮、第二齿轮、中间齿轮、阀体轴承、中间杆,所述阀体的下部一端固定有第一下轴承并且其下部另一端固定有第二下轴承,所述阀体的上部一端固定有第一上轴承并且其上部另一端固定有第二上轴承,所述第一阀杆的下端固定于所述第一下轴承内并且其上端穿过所述第一上轴承设置于所述阀体的外部,所述第二阀杆的下端固定于所述第二下轴承内并且其上端穿过所述第二上轴承设置于所述阀体的外部,所述第一阀板设置于所述阀体的内部并且其固定于所述第一阀杆上,所述第二阀板设置于所述阀体的内部并且其固定于所述第二阀杆上,所述第一阀板、第二阀板均呈矩形并且其二者的一端贴合设置,所述第一阀板紧邻第二阀板的一侧固定有第一中间密封圈,所述第一阀板紧邻阀体的外缘固定有第一边缘密封圈,所述第二阀板紧邻第一阀板的一侧固定有第二中间密封圈,所述第二阀板紧邻阀体的外缘固定有第二边缘密封圈,所述第一齿轮位于所述阀体的外部并且其固定于所述第一阀杆上,所述第二齿轮位于所述阀体的外部并且其固定于所述第二阀杆上,所述阀体轴承固定于所述阀体的外部,所述中间杆的下端固定于所述阀体轴承上并且其上端与电机相连,所述电机固定于所述电机固定板上,所述电机固定板固定于所述阀体的外部,所述中间齿轮固定于所述中间杆上,所述中间齿轮位于所述第一齿轮、第二齿轮之间并且其三者啮合设置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种阀板不易变形的硬密封蝶阀,其特征在于:所述电机为伺服电机。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种阀板不易变形的硬密封蝶阀,其特征在于:所述第一齿轮、第二齿轮、中间齿轮、电机的外部设置有防护罩,所述防护罩固定于所述阀体上。
