背景技术
如今,随着社会的发展,各种公司的兴起,也促进了泵业的发展,从而也带动了泵业涂料的兴起。目前,全国大大小小的泵业公司有5000家之多。泵主要是用来输送水、油、酸碱液、乳化液、悬浊液和液态金属等液体,也可以用来输送液、气混合物及含悬浮固体物的液体。因此,预防泵体腐蚀、生锈显得尤为重要。
泵外层涂装属于防腐涂料领域,目前,泵业用漆主要还是以溶剂型居多,它们不仅会对空气环境造成严重的污染,还会对我们自身造成一定的危害,影响人们的身心健康,对人们来说无一利而有百害。环境保护不仅是我们的义务,更是我们的责任,所以研究出一种泵业用环保水漆刻不容缓。
现如今,泵业外层涂装技术主要存在以下技术瓶颈:
1、现有用漆以溶剂型为主,需要解决油漆VOC含量高的问题;
2、现有用漆需要解决漆膜防腐、防锈能力差,以及耐候性差等问题;
3、现有水性漆产品VOC含量高,气味大。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种泵业用环保水漆及其制备方法,该漆具备良好的环境友好性,可以保护涂装工人以及居住人员的人身不受到有毒挥发物的侵害,而且在防腐、防锈,抗冲击,耐候性,耐盐雾,附着力,硬度等方面,其指标均达到国标HG/T4847-2015要求。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采取的技术方案是:一种泵业用环保水漆,包括以下重量百分比的原料:
水性树脂:15-25%的聚酯多元醇;
助剂:0.12-0.35%的成膜助剂、0.9-2.1%的中和剂、0.18-1.5%的消泡剂、0.15-0.38%的分散剂、30-37%的去离子水、0.1-0.35%的润湿剂、0.75-1.67%的催干剂;
填料:0.31-0.67%的炭黑、5-12%的氧化铁黑、5-8.8%的808防锈料、2.5-5.3%的复合磷酸锌、5.5-8.8%的复合铁钛粉、7-11.6%的硫酸钡、1-3.3%的滑石粉、4.3-7.8%的防沉触变剂。
808防锈料的厂家为常州***化工有限公司。

步骤c,步骤b完成后,继续加入润湿剂和催干剂,继续搅拌10分钟;
步骤d,研磨步骤c至细度小于等于20μm,200目滤布过滤,得成品。
采用上述技术方案所产生的有益效果在于:
(1)本发明泵业用环保水漆具备良好的环境友好性,可以保护涂装工人以及居住人员的人身不受到有毒挥发物的侵害,而且在防腐、防锈,抗冲击,耐候性,耐盐雾,附着力,硬度等方面,其指标均达到国标HG/T4847-2015要求;
(2)本发明选用808防锈料,得到高防腐、高防锈的水性涂层,提高涂料的防锈、防腐性能;
(3)本发明选用水性树脂聚酯多元醇,其制备的水性涂料VOC≤80g/L,气味低,可以有效防止环境的污染,比现有泵业涂料更加环保;
(4)本发明选用不同类型的消泡剂进行复配,可以解决体系气泡问题;
(5)本发明选用FS204E润湿剂,可以有效提高填料与树脂的亲和性,保证漆膜的饱和度以及光泽度;
(6)本发明中滑石粉的目数为1250目;硫酸钡的目数为1500目,此目数细度小,易研磨,保证漆膜的表面效果;防沉触变剂3wt%的有机膨润土是为了防沉,提高触变性;分散剂BYK-190可以均一分散难溶解的颜料固体颗粒及液体颗粒,防止颗粒的沉降和凝聚,形成稳定的悬浮液;催干剂6206可以加速漆膜的氧化、聚合、干燥,达到快干的目的;成膜助剂DPNB可以促进高分子化合物塑型流动和弹性变形,改善聚结性能,促进成膜。

助剂:0.35%的成膜助剂、2.1%的中和剂、1.5%的消泡剂、0.2%的分散剂、37%的去离子水、0.1%的润湿剂、1%的催干剂;
填料:0.67%的炭黑、6.88%的氧化铁黑、7%的808防锈料、2.5%的复合磷酸锌、8.8%的复合铁钛粉、11.6%的硫酸钡、1%的滑石粉、4.3%的防沉触变剂。
消泡剂为Tego-810和BYK-024的重量比为1:1;防沉触变剂为3wt%的有机膨润土;防沉触变剂中,有机膨润土:酒精:去离子水的质量比为3:1:96;成膜助剂为二丙二醇丁醚;中和剂为三乙胺;滑石粉的目数为1250目;硫酸钡的目数为1500目。

填料:0.31%的炭黑、8.44%的氧化铁黑、5%的808防锈料、3.3%的复合磷酸锌、5.5%的复合铁钛粉、9%的硫酸钡、3.3%的滑石粉、7.8%的防沉触变剂。
消泡剂为Tego-810和BYK-024的重量比为1:1;防沉触变剂为3wt%的有机膨润土;防沉触变剂中,有机膨润土:酒精:去离子水的质量比为3:1:96;成膜助剂为二丙二醇丁醚;中和剂为三乙胺;滑石粉的目数为1250目;硫酸钡的目数为1500目。

实施例3
一种泵业用环保水漆,包括以下重量百分比的原料:
水性树脂:20%的聚酯多元醇;
助剂:0.2%的成膜助剂、1.1%的中和剂、0.2%的消泡剂、0.38%的分散剂、31%的去离子水、0.35%的润湿剂、0.75%的催干剂;
填料:0.4%的炭黑、12%的氧化铁黑、8.8%的808防锈料、5.3%的复合磷酸锌、5.72%的复合铁钛粉、7%的硫酸钡、1.5%的滑石粉、5.3%的防沉触变剂。
消泡剂为Tego-810和BYK-024的重量比为1:1;防沉触变剂为3wt%的有机膨润土;防沉触变剂中,有机膨润土:酒精:去离子水的质量比为3:1:96;成膜助剂为二丙二醇丁醚;中和剂为三乙胺;滑石粉的目数为1250目;硫酸钡的目数为1500目。

实施例4
一种泵业用环保水漆,包括以下重量百分比的原料:
水性树脂:18%的聚酯多元醇;
助剂:0.3%的成膜助剂、1.5%的中和剂、1%的消泡剂、0.3%的分散剂、35.63%的去离子水、0.3%的润湿剂、1.67%的催干剂;
填料:0.5%的炭黑、5%的氧化铁黑、6%的808防锈料、4.3%的复合磷酸锌、7%的复合铁钛粉、10%的硫酸钡、2%的滑石粉、6.5%的防沉触变剂。
消泡剂为Tego-810和BYK-024的重量比为1:1;防沉触变剂为3wt%的有机膨润土;防沉触变剂中,有机膨润土:酒精:去离子水的质量比为3:1:96;成膜助剂为二丙二醇丁醚;中和剂为三乙胺;滑石粉的目数为1250目;硫酸钡的目数为1500目。

本发明的实施例测试结果见下表所示:
本发明泵业用环保水漆具备良好的环境友好性,可以保护涂装工人以及居住人员的人身不受到有毒挥发物的侵害,而且在防腐、防锈,抗冲击,耐候性,耐盐雾,附着力,硬度等方面,其指标均达到国标HG/T4847-2015要求。
Claims (7)
1.一种泵业用环保水漆,其特征在于:包括以下重量百分比的原料:
水性树脂:15-25%的聚酯多元醇;
助剂:0.12-0.35%的成膜助剂、0.9-2.1%的中和剂、0.18-1.5%的消泡剂、0.15-0.38%的分散剂、30-37%的去离子水、0.1-0.35%的润湿剂、0.75-1.67%的催干剂;
填料:0.31-0.67%的炭黑、5-12%的氧化铁黑、5-8.8%的808防锈料、2.5-5.3%的复合磷酸锌、5.5-8.8%的复合铁钛粉、7-11.6%的硫酸钡、1-3.3%的滑石粉、4.3-7.8%的防沉触变剂,所述808防锈料的厂家为常州***化工有限公司,所述催干剂为无锡市德宇化工有限公司的6206;成膜助剂为二丙二醇丁醚;中和剂为三乙胺;滑石粉的目数为1250目;硫酸钡的目数为1500目。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种泵业用环保水漆,其特征在于所述消泡剂为迪高TEGO的脱泡作用助剂Tego-810和德国毕克化学的消泡作用助剂BYK-024的混合物,其中,Tego-810和BYK-024的重量比为1:1。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种泵业用环保水漆,其特征在于所述润湿剂为东莞市比高化工有限公司的FS204E。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种泵业用环保水漆,其特征在于所述分散剂为德国毕克化学的毕克分散作用助剂BYK-190。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种泵业用环保水漆,其特征在于所述防沉触变剂为3wt%的有机膨润土,防沉触变剂中,有机膨润土:酒精:去离子水的质量比为3:1:96。
6.如权利要求1-5任一项所述的一种泵业用环保水漆的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤a,先将聚酯多元醇、成膜助剂、中和剂、消泡剂、分散剂以及去离子水加入到备料锅内,搅拌至混合均匀;
步骤b,待步骤a搅拌均匀后,加入炭黑、氧化铁黑、复合铁钛粉、808防锈料、复合磷酸锌、硫酸钡、滑石粉以及防沉触变剂,搅拌;
步骤c,步骤b完成后,继续加入润湿剂和催干剂,继续搅拌;
步骤d,研磨步骤c至细度小于等于20μm,200目过滤,得成品。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种泵业用环保水漆的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤a,先将聚酯多元醇、成膜助剂、中和剂、消泡剂、分散剂以及去离子水依次加入到备料锅内,以700r/min的速度搅拌8-10分钟至混合均匀;
步骤b,待步骤a搅拌均匀后,加入炭黑、氧化铁黑、复合铁钛粉、808防锈料、复合磷酸锌、硫酸钡、滑石粉以及防沉触变剂,以800r/min的速度搅拌10-15分钟;
步骤c,步骤b完成后,继续加入润湿剂和催干剂,继续搅拌10分钟;
步骤d,研磨步骤c至细度小于等于20μm,200目滤布过滤,得成品。
