带制冷背板的充电桩空间分为模块恒温区6、电气元器件安装区3和空调机组安装区8;模块恒温区6由4包括顶部和底部、左边和右边和保温门,和背板12组成,保温门通过铰链与柜体连接;空调的冷凝器14和风扇15置于模块恒温区6内;整流模块装在模块恒温区6;空调机组安装区8有压缩机10、散热风扇11和蒸发器9,蒸发器9为吸风工作模式;电气元器件安装区3在模块恒温区6和空调机组安装区8前方;电气安装板5通过铰链与柜体连接,电气安装板7与柜体固定连接;电气安装板5和7用于装置控制和电气器件;充电桩门2通过铰链与柜体连接;整体结构的散热空调由背板12通过螺钉与充电桩四边形成固定连接。

技术领域
本发明涉及电动汽车充电桩,尤其是带制冷背板的充电桩。
背景技术
现有电动汽车充电桩为仪用风扇散热结构,夏日进风温度高达55℃,模块温升区间仅有10-20℃,温升较高时电源模块会降低功率输出,导致充电时间延长。
发明内容
本发明目的:提出带制冷背板的充电桩,有效解决散热问题。
本发明具体实现是:内部空间分为模块恒温区6、电气元器件安装区3和空调机组安装区8;模块恒温区6由4包括顶部和底部、左边和右边和保温门,和背板12组成,保温门通过铰链与柜体连接;电气元器件安装区3在模块恒温区6和空调机组安装区8前方;电气安装板5通过铰链与柜体连接,电气安装板7与柜体固定连接。
本发明中:制冷背板是由冷凝单元、压缩机组单元与背板12结合为一个整体结构,冷凝单元和压缩机组单元分别在背板12上部和下部位置;冷凝单元为贯流风扇15、冷凝器14和钣金支撑件16构成;支撑钣金16与背板12上部固定,冷凝器14和贯流风扇15装置于钣金支撑件16与背板12形成的空间;压缩机组单元为蒸发器9、压缩机10、散热风扇11和空调机组钣金结构件18构成;钣金结构件18与背板12下部固定,蒸发器9、压缩机组10、散热风扇11固定在钣金结构件18和背板12形成的空间;背板12为双层保温结构。
本发明优点:利用制冷背板解决充电桩散热,整流模块不再出现过温保护现象;充电桩壳体为密闭结构,防护等级提高。

图1-2给出带制冷背板的充电桩的实施例,整体结构的散热空调由背板12通过螺钉与充电桩四边固定连接,其冷凝单元置于模块恒温区6,贯流风扇15吸入模块恒温区6上部的热气流,冷凝器14冷风沿箭头17方向吹出;压缩机组单元置于充电桩底部的空调机组安装区8,蒸发器9的吸入面裸露与空气中,散热风扇11吸入空气,热风由箭头19方向吹出,经底部左右两侧的百叶窗21吹出。

1.一种带制冷背板的充电桩,内部空间分为模块恒温区6、电气元器件安装区3和空调机组安装区8,其技术特征是:模块恒温区6由4包括顶部和底部、左边和右边和保温门,和背板12组成,保温门通过铰链与柜体连接;电气元器件安装区3在模块恒温区6和空调机组安装区8前方;电气安装板5通过铰链与柜体连接,电气安装板7与柜体固定连接。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的带制冷背板的充电桩,其技术特征是:制冷背板是由冷凝单元、压缩机组单元与背板12结合为一个整体结构,冷凝单元和压缩机组单元分别在背板12上部和下部位置;冷凝单元为贯流风扇15、冷凝器14和钣金支撑件16构成;支撑钣金16与背板12上部固定,冷凝器14和贯流风扇15装置于钣金支撑件16与背板12形成的空间;压缩机组单元为蒸发器9、压缩机10、散热风扇11和空调机组钣金结构件18构成;钣金结构件18与背板12下部固定,蒸发器9、压缩机组10、散热风扇11固定在钣金结构件18和背板12形成的空间;背板12为双层保温结构。
3.一种如权利要求1所述的带制冷背板的充电桩,其技术特征是:整体结构的散热空调由背板12通过螺钉与充电桩四边固定连接,其冷凝单元置于模块恒温区6,贯流风扇15吸入模块恒温区6上部的热气流,冷凝器14冷风沿箭头17方向吹出;压缩机组单元置于充电桩底部的空调机组安装区8,蒸发器9的吸入面裸露与空气中,散热风扇11吸入空气,热风由箭头19方向吹出,经底部左右两侧的百叶窗21吹出。
