本发明公开了一种防紫外线阻燃胶带,从上至下依次设有防紫外线层、第一粘接层、阻燃层、第二粘接层、基层、第三粘接层、保护层,所述防紫外线层为二氧化钛纳米涂层,所述阻燃层为红磷阻燃剂,所述防紫外线层、第一粘接层、阻燃层、第二粘接层的表面分别为波浪状。本发明防紫外线层为二氧化钛纳米涂层,能够阻挡紫外线的照射;阻燃层为红磷阻燃剂,防止电子产品由于过热而被烧坏;防紫外线层、第一粘接层、阻燃层、第二粘接层表面分别为波浪状,使得防紫外线层、第一粘接层、阻燃层、第二粘接层的接触面积更大,使得贴合的更加紧密。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种胶带,特别是涉及一种防紫外线阻燃胶带。
背景技术
胶带是由基材和粘结剂两部分组成,通过粘接使两个或多个不相连的物体连接在一起,其表面上涂有一层粘着剂,最早的粘着剂来自动物和植物,在十九世纪,橡胶是粘着剂的主要成份;而现代则广泛应用各种聚合物,粘着剂可以粘住东西,是由于本身的分子和欲连接物品的分子间形成键结,这种键结可以把分子牢牢地黏合在一起,粘着剂的成份,依不同厂牌、不同种类,有各种不同的聚合物。现有的用于电子产品的胶带,防紫外线和阻燃效果较差,不能满足实际生产的需要。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种防紫外线阻燃胶带,防紫外线的同时具有良好的阻燃效果,不易老化,使用安全。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种防紫外线阻燃胶带,其特征是,从上至下依次设有防紫外线层、第一粘接层、阻燃层、第二粘接层、基层、第三粘接层、保护层,所述防紫外线层为二氧化钛纳米涂层,所述阻燃层为红磷阻燃剂,所述防紫外线层、第一粘接层、阻燃层、第二粘接层表面分别为波浪状。
前述的防紫外线阻燃胶带,其特征是,所述的第一粘接层、第二粘接层、第三粘接层为聚酯胶粘剂层。
前述的防紫外线阻燃胶带,其特征是,所述的基层为PET薄膜。
前述的防紫外线阻燃胶带,其特征是,所述的保护层为离型膜。
前述的防紫外线阻燃胶带,其特征是,所述防紫外线层的厚度为20~25um。
前述的防紫外线阻燃胶带,其特征是,所述阻燃层的厚度为10~20um。
前述的防紫外线阻燃胶带,其特征是,所述基层的厚度为10~20um。
本发明所达到的有益效果:防紫外线层为二氧化钛纳米涂层,能够阻挡紫外线的照射;阻燃层为红磷阻燃剂,防止电子产品由于过热而被烧坏;防紫外线层、第一粘接层、阻燃层、第二粘接层表面分别为波浪状,使得防紫外线层、第一粘接层、阻燃层、第二粘接层的接触面积更大,使得贴合的更加紧密。

如图1所示,一种防紫外线阻燃胶带,从上至下依次设有防紫外线层1、第一粘接层2、阻燃层3、第二粘接层4、基层5、第三粘接层6、保护层7。
为了阻挡紫外线的照射,所述防紫外线层1为二氧化钛纳米涂层,所述防紫外线层1的厚度为20~25um。
为了防止电子产品由于过热而被烧坏,所述阻燃层3为红磷阻燃剂,所述阻燃层3的厚度为10~20um。
所述防紫外线层1、第一粘接层2、阻燃层3、第二粘接层4表面分别为波浪状,使得防紫外线层1、第一粘接层2、阻燃层3、第二粘接层4的接触面积更大,使得贴合的更加紧密。
所述的第一粘接层2、第二粘接层4、第三粘接层6为聚酯胶粘剂层。
所述的基层5为PET薄膜,所述基层5的厚度为10~20um。
所述的保护层7为离型膜,起到保护胶带的作用,使用胶带时便于分离胶带。

1.防紫外线阻燃胶带,其特征是,从上至下依次设有防紫外线层、第一粘接层、阻燃层、第二粘接层、基层、第三粘接层、保护层,所述防紫外线层为二氧化钛纳米涂层,所述阻燃层为红磷阻燃剂,所述防紫外线层、第一粘接层、阻燃层、第二粘接层的表面分别为波浪状。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防紫外线阻燃胶带,其特征是,所述的第一粘接层、第二粘接层、第三粘接层为聚酯胶粘剂层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的防紫外线阻燃胶带,其特征是,所述的基层为PET薄膜。
4.根据权利要求1所述的防紫外线阻燃胶带,其特征是,所述的保护层为离型膜。
5.根据权利要求1所述的防紫外线阻燃胶带,其特征是,所述防紫外线层的厚度为20~25um。
6.根据权利要求1所述的防紫外线阻燃胶带,其特征是,所述阻燃层的厚度为10~20um。
