背景技术
贴木皮仿真门板是指基板经打磨后再通过热压上木皮而得的门板。烤漆门板是目前应用最为广泛的橱衣柜门板。烤漆,即喷漆后进烘烤房加温干燥工艺的油漆门板。为了实用性和美观性的相结合,贴木皮仿真的烤漆门板也逐渐应用于人们的生活中。但是,如今市面上烤漆门板所用的清漆,不够环保,均存在甲醛的挥发性有害物质,而当贴木皮仿真的烤漆门板应用于人们生活环境中,将会影响人体的健康和居住的舒适性。而且在长期接触或触碰的环境下,烤漆门板的表面容易划损,漆膜硬度方面较差。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述现有技术的不足而提供一种漆面具有高硬度、防划痕且环保的贴木皮仿真的环保烤漆门板及其制造工艺。
为了实现上述目的,本发明所设计的贴木皮仿真的环保烤漆门板及其制造工艺,包括基板、热覆于基板表面的木皮以及木皮外表面的烤漆层;其中烤漆层为烘烤后的清漆,所述清漆包括以下重量份数组成的各组分:环氧树脂25-35份、纳米硅酸铝15-25份、氟化钠6-10份、醋酸乙酯3-7份、硬脂酰胺2-6份、聚乙烯蜡3-5份、铁酸钙3-6份、甲基苯磺酸0.5-1份、消泡剂0.2-0.5份、流平剂0.1-0.3份、水8-12份、成膜助剂0.2-0.4份、纳米氧化锌0.3-0.8份。所述消泡剂为水溶性消泡剂;所述流平剂为氟改性丙烯酸酯流平剂;所述成膜助剂为醇酯十二成膜助剂。
贴木皮仿真的环保烤漆门板的其制造工艺如下:
第一步:制备清漆,按重量份数计,将环氧树脂25-35份、纳米硅酸铝15-25份、硬脂酰胺2-6份、聚乙烯蜡3-5份和水8-12份加入至反应器中,在60-70℃下反应2-3小时,并保持充分搅拌,之后在相反应器中加入氟化钠6-10份、醋酸乙酯3-7份、铁酸钙3-6份、甲基苯磺酸0.5-1份、消泡剂0.2-0.5份、流平剂0.1-0.3份、成膜助剂0.2-0.4份和纳米氧化锌0.3-0.8份,并在75-80℃下充分搅拌,反应3-5小时,反应结束后取出待用;
第二步:制备贴木皮仿真的环保烤漆门板,首先将基板进行打磨、去毛刺、砂光;再通过热压成型机在基板的正反两面上热压上木皮,其中,热压温度为100-110℃;接着利用热压封边机对木皮进行封边处理,其中,热压温度为200-230℃;然后在木皮表面涂覆清液,涂覆的漆膜厚度为20-30μm,待清漆初步干燥后,送入烤箱慢速烘干使得清漆固化形成烤漆层,清漆所用烘烤温度为60-80℃,烘烤时间为2h;最后,取出门板,冷却至室温后,对门板进行抛光、打磨,清洗杂质、粉灰,检查是否符合生产标准,最终即可制得贴木皮仿真的环保烤漆门板。
其中,环氧树脂对金属和非金属材料的表面具有优异的粘接强度,变形收缩率小,制品尺寸稳定性好,且硬度高,柔韧性好,在运用于本清漆中能够在一定程度上提升清漆的硬度。纳米硅酸铝具有很强的光散射性能,它含铁量小,纯度高,又有极好的悬浮稳定性,涂料中通常需要的钛白粉和优质高岭土由于价格昂贵,而纳米硅酸铝即使一种很好的替代品,在清漆中的存在可使得清漆具有光泽性。氟化钠常出现在牙膏中,具有防止龋齿的作用,能够提高牙釉质的硬度,在本发明人的创新尝试下,发现氟化钠的存在能够在一定范围内提高清漆固化后的硬度。醋酸乙酯在本清液中作为一种溶剂,硬脂酰胺在反应过程中可起到润滑作用,且具有一定的分散剂性能。聚乙烯蜡具有很好的耐寒性、耐热性、耐化学性和耐磨性,在本清漆中作为一种添加剂,有利于提高清漆的综合性能。其中,铁酸钙是用于提高硬度的,添加少量的甲基苯磺酸有助于清漆的形成,催化反应进行,且加入了纳米氧化锌,使得清漆整体具有一定的抗菌性能。整体所用原料无毒害,制备过程中以及制备后无甲醛产生,安全环保。
本发明得到的贴木皮仿真的环保烤漆门板及其制造工艺,其技术效果是所用原料无甲醛、所得清漆环保,制作贴木皮仿真的环保烤漆门板的方法简单又便捷,制得的贴木皮仿真的环保烤漆门板的漆面硬度较大,所得门板即兼顾木皮仿真的美观性,又有较好的耐磨性、抗划痕性,整体档次有所提高,且使用寿命会增长。

下面结合实施例对本发明进一步说明。
实施例1:
本实施例提供的贴木皮仿真的环保烤漆门板及其制造工艺,包括基板、热覆于基板表面的木皮以及木皮外表面的烤漆层;其中烤漆层为烘烤后的清漆,所述清漆包括以下重量份数组成的各组分:环氧树脂25份、纳米硅酸铝25份、氟化钠6份、醋酸乙酯5份、硬脂酰胺5份、聚乙烯蜡3份、铁酸钙5份、白炭黑4份、甲基苯磺酸0.5份、消泡剂0.3份、流平剂0.3份、水8份、成膜助剂0.3份、纳米氧化锌0.5份。所述消泡剂为水溶性消泡剂;所述流平剂为氟改性丙烯酸酯流平剂;所述成膜助剂为醇酯十二成膜助剂。
贴木皮仿真的环保烤漆门板的其制造工艺如下:
第一步:制备清漆,按重量份数计,将环氧树脂25份、纳米硅酸铝25份、硬脂酰胺5份、聚乙烯蜡3份和水8份加入至反应器中,在65℃下反应2.5小时,并保持充分搅拌,之后在相反应器中加入氟化钠6份、醋酸乙酯5份、铁酸钙5份、白炭黑4份、甲基苯磺酸0.5份、消泡剂0.3份、流平剂0.3份、成膜助剂0.3份和纳米氧化锌0.5份,并在75℃下充分搅拌,反应4小时,反应结束后取出待用;
第二步:制备贴木皮仿真的环保烤漆门板,首先将基板进行打磨、去毛刺、砂光;再通过热压成型机在基板的正反两面上热压上木皮,其中,热压温度为110℃;接着利用热压封边机对木皮进行封边处理,其中,热压温度为230℃;然后在木皮表面涂覆清液,涂覆的漆膜厚度为20-30μm,待清漆初步干燥后,送入烤箱慢速烘干使得清漆固化形成烤漆层,清漆所用烘烤温度为60℃,烘烤时间为2h;最后,取出门板,冷却至室温后,对门板进行抛光、打磨,清洗杂质、粉灰,检查是否符合生产标准,最终即可制得贴木皮仿真的环保烤漆门板。
检测方法:按照《GBT 6739-2006 色漆和清漆 铅笔法测定漆膜硬度》,取5cm×5cm的基板按照上述制备方法制备门板小样,等到清漆固化后,将门板小样放在水平位置上,通过在漆膜上推动硬度逐渐增加的铅笔来测定漆膜的铅笔硬度。试验时,铅笔固定,并在750g的负载下以45°角向下压在漆膜表面。
检测结果:用硬度为4H的铅笔在门板小样上测试,有划痕;用硬度为3H的铅笔时无划痕。则漆膜硬度为3H。
实施例2:
本实施例提供的贴木皮仿真的环保烤漆门板及其制造工艺大致与实施例1相同,其主要区别点在于:本实施例中环氧树脂30份、纳米硅酸铝20份、氟化钠8份。
检测结果:用硬度为4H的铅笔在门板小样上测试,有划痕,且划痕程度相对于实施例1中的较明显;用硬度为3H的铅笔时无划痕。则漆膜硬度为3H。
实施例3:
本实施例提供的贴木皮仿真的环保烤漆门板及其制造工艺大致与实施例1相同,其主要区别点在于:本实施例中环氧树脂35份、纳米硅酸铝15份、氟化钠10份。
检测结果:用硬度为4H的铅笔在门板小样上测试,有划痕,且划痕程度与实施例2中的相差不大;用硬度为3H的铅笔时无划痕。则漆膜硬度为3H。

第一步:制备清漆,按重量份数计,将环氧树脂25-35份、纳米硅酸铝15-25份、硬脂酰胺2-6份、聚乙烯蜡3-5份和水8-12份加入至反应器中,在60-70℃下反应2-3小时,并保持充分搅拌,之后在相反应器中加入氟化钠6-10份、醋酸乙酯3-7份、铁酸钙3-6份、甲基苯磺酸0.5-1份、消泡剂0.2-0.5份、流平剂0.1-0.3份、成膜助剂0.2-0.4份和纳米氧化锌0.3-0.8份,并在75-80℃下充分搅拌,反应3-5小时,反应结束后取出待用;
第二步:制备贴木皮仿真的环保烤漆门板,首先将基板进行打磨、去毛刺、砂光;再通过热压成型机在基板的正反两面上热压上木皮,其中,热压温度为100-110℃;接着利用热压封边机对木皮进行封边处理,其中,热压温度为200-230℃;然后在木皮表面涂覆清液,涂覆的漆膜厚度为20-30μm,待清漆初步干燥后,送入烤箱慢速烘干使得清漆固化形成烤漆层,清漆所用烘烤温度为60-80℃,烘烤时间为2h;最后,取出门板,冷却至室温后,对门板进行抛光、打磨,清洗杂质、粉灰,检查是否符合生产标准,最终即可制得贴木皮仿真的环保烤漆门板。
