成膜物质:水溶性无机硅酸钾树脂28份,成膜助剂:丙二醇苯基醚1份,二亚烷基二醇苯基醚3份,改性功能成分:氧化硼2份,纳米锌粉2份,颜料4份,填料:铝矾土5份、碳酸钙粉10份、硫酸钙晶须5份,异辛醇0.5份,增稠剂1份,钙锌复合稳定剂0.5份;以蒸馏水为溶剂调节涂料的粘度,蒸馏水与上述物质的重量比为2∶6。
本实施例中,所述增稠剂由如下重量份数的原料组成:甲基丙烯酸32份,羟甲基纤维素22份,硬脂酸17份,十二烷基苯磺酸钠6份,二苄叉山梨糖醇8份,聚乙二醇24份,滑石粉7份,OP-10 2份,以蒸馏水为溶剂调节增稠剂的粘度,蒸馏水与上述物质的重量比为1∶7,其制备方法如下:将甲基丙烯酸、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、OP-10和聚乙二醇投入乳化釜中加以搅拌;然后升温至60-70℃,其余原料在2h内滴入,保温、搅拌反应20-40min,加入水,保温反应1-2h,再冷却至室温,即得。
其制备方法同实施例1。
实施例4:
一种绿色环保无机纳米复合贝壳粉涂料,包括如下重量份数的原料:成膜物质:水溶性无机硅溶胶树脂10份,水溶性无机铝溶胶树脂24份,成膜助剂:二亚烷基二醇苯基醚2份,二丙二醇丁醚3份,改性功能成分:三聚磷酸铝粉4份,纳米石墨烯1份,颜料4份,填料:硫酸钙晶须15份、有机膨润土10份,异辛醇1份,增稠剂份,有机锡稳定剂1份;以蒸馏水为溶剂调节涂料的粘度,蒸馏水与上述物质的重量比为2∶7。
本实施例中,所述增稠剂由如下重量份数的原料组成:甲基丙烯酸29份,羟甲基纤维素17份,硬脂酸16份,十二烷基苯磺酸钠9份,二苄叉山梨糖醇5份,聚乙二醇15份,滑石粉12份,OP-10 4份,以蒸馏水为溶剂调节增稠剂的粘度,蒸馏水与上述物质的重量比为1∶4,其制备方法如下:将甲基丙烯酸、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、OP-10和聚乙二醇投入乳化釜中加以搅拌;然后升温至60-70℃,其余原料在2h内滴入,保温、搅拌反应20-40min,加入水,保温反应1-2h,再冷却至室温,即得。
其制备方法同实施例1。
实施例5:
一种绿色环保无机纳米复合贝壳粉涂料,包括如下重量份数的原料:成膜物质:水溶性无机铝溶胶树脂10份,水溶性无机硅酸钾树脂15份,成膜助剂:聚乙烯醇3份,二亚烷基二醇苯基醚2份,改性功能成分:钇稳定的氧化锆粉0.5份,TiO2/Cu2O纳米复合材料0.5份,颜料8份,填料:贝壳粉5份,有机膨润土5份,异丙醇2份,增稠剂2份,有机锡稳定剂1份;以蒸馏水为溶剂调节涂料的粘度,蒸馏水与上述物质的重量比为2∶3。
本实施例中,所述增稠剂由如下重量份数的原料组成:甲基丙烯酸25份,羟甲基纤维素25份,硬脂酸10份,十二烷基苯磺酸钠10份,二苄叉山梨糖醇5份,聚乙二醇30份,滑石粉5份,OP-10 5份,以蒸馏水为溶剂调节增稠剂的粘度,蒸馏水与上述物质的重量比为1∶8,其制备方法如下:将甲基丙烯酸、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、OP-10和聚乙二醇投入乳化釜中加以搅拌;然后升温至60-70℃,其余原料在2h内滴入,保温、搅拌反应20-40min,加入水,保温反应1-2h,再冷却至室温,即得。
其制备方法同实施例1。

Claims (10)

1.一种绿色环保无机纳米复合贝壳粉涂料,其特征在于,包括如下重量份数的原料:成膜物质25-40份,成膜助剂1-5份,改性功能成分1-8份,颜料3-8份,填料10-30份,表面活性剂0-5份;以蒸馏水为溶剂调节涂料的粘度,蒸馏水与上述物质的重量比为2∶3-7。
2.根据权利要求1所述的绿色环保无机纳米复合贝壳粉涂料,其特征在于,所述成膜物质选自水溶性无机硅溶胶树脂,水溶性无机铝溶胶树脂,水溶性无机硅酸钾树脂中的其中一种或任意两种组合物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的绿色环保无机纳米复合贝壳粉涂料,其特征在于,所述成膜助剂选自聚乙烯醇,聚丙烯酰胺,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮,二乙二醇苯基醚,丙二醇苯基醚,二亚烷基二醇苯基醚,二丙二醇丁醚中的至少两种组合物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的绿色环保无机纳米复合贝壳粉涂料,其特征在于,所述填料选自贝壳粉、硅钙粉、海藻泥、火山灰、铝矾土、碳酸钙粉、硫酸钙晶须、有机膨润土中的至少一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的绿色环保无机纳米复合贝壳粉涂料,其特征在于,所述改性功能成分包括A组分和B组分,所述A组分选自云母,碳化硅,氧化硼、三聚磷酸铝粉、钇稳定的氧化锆粉、金属钨粉、二氧化硅中的其中一种;所述B组分选自纳米石墨烯,TiO2/Cu2O纳米复合材料,纳米锌粉中的其中一种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的绿色环保无机纳米复合贝壳粉涂料,其特征在于,所述表面活性剂包括消泡剂,增稠剂,稳定剂。
7.根据权利要求1所述的绿色环保无机纳米复合贝壳粉涂料,其特征在于,所述增稠剂由如下重量份数的原料组成:甲基丙烯酸25-35份,羟甲基纤维素15-25份,硬脂酸10-20份,十二烷基苯磺酸钠5-10份,二苄叉山梨糖醇5-10份,聚乙二醇10-30份,滑石粉5-15份,OP-10 1-5份,以蒸馏水为溶剂调节增稠剂的粘度,蒸馏水与上述物质的重量比为1∶4-8。
8.根据权利要求7所述的绿色环保无机纳米复合贝壳粉涂料,其特征在于,所述增稠剂的制备方法,步骤如下:将甲基丙烯酸、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、OP-10和聚乙二醇投入乳化釜中加以搅拌;然后升温至60-70℃,其余原料在2h内滴入,保温、搅拌反应20-40min,加入水,保温反应1-2h,再冷却至室温,即得。
9.根据权利要求7所述的绿色环保无机纳米复合贝壳粉涂料,其特征在于,所述消泡剂选自异辛醇、异丙醇中的其中一种;所述稳定剂选自钙锌复合稳定剂,有机锡稳定剂中的其中一种。
10.一种如权利要求1-9中任一项所述的绿色环保无机纳米复合贝壳粉涂料的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
(1)将颜料、填料和改性功能成分混合,在1500-2000r/min的转速下搅拌混合15-30min;然后在700-1000℃下,煅烧60-90min,得熟料,将熟料放在质量浓度为50-60%的碳酸氢铵溶液中浸渍10-20min,取出熟料,在200-300℃下二次煅烧20-40min,最后过100-200目筛;
(2)室温下,将成膜物质和步骤(1)中制得的熟料混合,300-500r/min搅拌分散15-30min,入研磨机内进行研磨,磨得的混合物粒度小于20微米;然后向混合物中加入水、成膜助剂和表面活性剂,调节PH=7-9,在60-80℃下机械搅拌2-2.5h,冷却至常温,即得。
