Claims (1)

1. A driver fit detection and behavior recognition system, comprising:
the data processing module (1) is connected with an ignition unit and a control unit of the automobile;
the IC card read-write module (2) is connected with the data processing module (1) and used for reading and writing the IC card, and the IC card stores driver identity information and driving record information;
the alcohol concentration detection module (3) is connected with the data processing module (1);
the alarm module (8) is connected with the data processing module (1);
the clock calendar module (10) stores time and calendar information and is connected with the data processing module (1);
the IC card read-write module (2) reads the identity information of a driver and the driving record information in the IC card and transmits the information to the data processing module (1) for logging, after successful logging, the data processing module (1) judges whether the alcohol detection in the IC card read-write module (2) does not pass through the record within 24 hours, if yes, the alcohol detection data of the alcohol concentration detection module (3) are invalid, if not, the alcohol detection data of the alcohol concentration detection module (3) are received, analysis and judgment are carried out, if the judgment is qualified, the data processing module (1) sends an enabling signal to the ignition unit, if the judgment is not qualified, the alarm module (8) alarms, and the data processing module (1) counts the mark and time of the alcohol detection failure into the IC card read-write module (2);
the system also comprises a fatigue driving detection module (4) connected with the data processing module (1), wherein the IC card read-write module (2) writes driving time data of a driver into the IC card, the fatigue driving detection module (4) judges whether the driver is in fatigue driving according to the driving time data of the driver and classifies the fatigue degree, if the driver is in moderate fatigue, the alarm module (8) alarms, the data processing module (1) sends a speed limiting signal to the control unit, if the driver is in fatigue, the alarm module (8) alarms, the data processing module (1) sends a flashing signal to the control unit, and the IC card read-write module (2) writes the fatigue driving record into the IC card;
the driving time data of the driver comprises the previous driving time and the parking time of the driver, and if the driver continuously drives for less than 4 hours, or stops for rest after the driving time is 4 hours or the rest time is not less than 20 minutes, and the accumulated driving time in every 24 hours is not more than 8 hours, the driving is normal; if the rest time of the driver is less than 20 minutes after the driver continuously drives for 4-6 hours or after the driver drives for 4 hours, or the accumulated time of the driving time reaches 8-12 hours in every 24 hours, the driver is in moderate fatigue driving; if the driver continuously drives for more than 6 hours, the rest time is less than 20 minutes, or the accumulated time of driving time in 24 hours is more than 12 hours, the driver is driven for heavy fatigue, long-term data of an IC card is recorded, the driver is reminded to find a service area or other legal parking places for stopping and rest within 30 minutes, and meanwhile, the microprocessor controls and starts all warning lamps in the original system of the vehicle, such as double flashing lamps, through a CAN bus so as to remind surrounding drivers of paying attention to the vehicle;
the system also comprises a visual angle attention detection module (5) connected with the data processing module (1), wherein the head of the driver is shot and image-identified through a camera on the front windshield of the vehicle, the attention object of the driver is judged according to a face orientation identification algorithm, the attention time is calculated, the alarm module (8) carries out different degree of alarm according to the abnormality degree of the attention object of the driver and the attention time, and the alarm is not carried out when the speed of the vehicle is lower than the set speed;
the system also comprises an automobile black box module (7) connected with the data processing module (1) and the clock calendar module (10), wherein the automobile black box module (7) stores related driving state data and time calendar data of the fatigue driving detection module (4) and the visual angle attention detection module (5);
the system also comprises a power management module (6), wherein the power management module (6) carries out DC-DC conversion on the vehicle-mounted 12V direct current to supply power for other modules;
the system also comprises a vehicle-mounted information uploading device (9) connected with the data processing module (1) and an identity verification terminal (12) positioned at a set position of a driving road section, wherein the vehicle-mounted information uploading device (9) updates information in the clock calendar module (10) after detecting that a vehicle enters a judging area of the identity verification terminal, and encrypts and sends driver information and automobile information to the identity verification terminal (12), and the identity verification terminal (12) performs identity verification on the driver information to confirm whether the driver has the qualification of driving a motor vehicle or entering a highway;
the data processing module (1) is provided with a data acquisition interface (11), and the data acquisition interface (11) is used for acquiring driving time, a driver and driving state data at the moment stored in the automobile black box module (7) when an accident occurs or the vehicle is annual.
