本发明涉及一种护肤品组合物,属于日用化学品技术领域,特别是涉及一种无香料无色素的护肤品组合物及其制备方法。
背景技术
现今市场上的护肤品都是添加一定的香料和色素构成色香味俱全的护肤品,用来吸引消费者购买。但是,填加香料是为了掩盖护肤品配方原料带来不好闻的味道,这样既浪费资源,也许会存在一定的风险。现有的护肤品,很多都是有颜料的,但颜料都是有气味,为了掩盖气味,一般都是通过增加香味来掩盖颜料的气味,这样就不够环保,也对人体的皮肤不好。添加色素是为了护肤品好看,吸引消费感官上的注意力,增加销售量,但是,添加色素的护肤品长期使用的话,终究是对人体皮肤产生不利影响。
因此,如何开发一款新产品,可以即不添加任何香料也不添加色素的高端护肤品,是业内技术人员首要解决的技术问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种无香料无色素的护肤品组合物,不增加任何香料,而是通过几种组分合理的调配得出一种有淡淡奶香味的护肤品,清洁环保,对人体无害。
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种上述无香料无色素的护肤品组合物的制备方法。
本发明的目的及解决其技术问题是采用以下技术方案来实现的。依据本发明提出的一种无香料无色素的护肤品组合物,包含如下重量百分含量的各组分:
15%-20%的油相组分A,所述油相组分A包含:甲基葡糖倍半硬脂酸酯、PEG-20甲基葡糖倍半硬脂酸酯、鳄梨油、泛醌、无味羊毛脂、狭翅娑罗双籽脂、乳木果油;
75-78%的水相组分B,所述油相组分B包含:水、氨基酸保湿剂、丙三醇、山梨醇、尿囊素、EDTA、丙二醇、透明质酸;
5%-6%的其他组分,所述其他组分包含:氨基酸类、水溶维生素E、植物提取物、酪蛋白、乳清蛋白。
本发明的无香料无色素的护肤品组合物,包含如下重量百分含量的各组分:

16.51%的油相组分A,所述油相组分A包含:甲基葡糖倍半硬脂酸酯2%、PEG-20甲基葡糖倍半硬脂酸酯2.5%、鳄梨油3%、泛醌0.01%、无味羊毛脂2%、狭翅娑罗双籽脂4%、乳木果油3%;
77.74%的水相组分B,所述油相组分B包含:水59.53%、氨基酸保湿剂1%、丙三醇8%、山梨醇5%、尿囊素0.10%、EDTA0.10%、丙二醇4%、透明质酸0.01%;
5.75%的其他组分,所述其他组分包含:氨基酸类5%、水溶维生素E0.05%、植物提取物0.5%、酪蛋白0.1%、乳清蛋白0.1%。
本发明的无香料无色素的护肤品组合物,所述氨基酸类包含蛋氨酸1%、酪氨酸1%、亮氨酸1%、赖氨酸1%、谷氨酸1%。
本发明的无香料无色素的护肤品组合物,所述植物提取物包含0.25%的黄柏提取物和0.25%的金银花提取物。
本发明的无香料无色素的护肤品组合物,所述植物提取物还包含花椒果提取物、白头翁提取物、迷迭香花提取物的混合,总含量占护肤品组合物含量的0.1%。
本发明的无香料无色素的护肤品组合物的制备方法,包含以下步骤:
1)按配方比例称量各原料组分,将油相组分A投入油相锅中,将水相组分B投入到水相锅中,分别升温至85℃,一并加入到乳化锅中均质15min;
2)恒温20min后,一边搅拌一边降温至50℃时,加入各类氨基酸,继续搅拌降温至35℃时,加入剩下的原料组分搅拌均匀;
3)检测,如不合格(破乳),需要继续将混合液倒入乳化锅中均质,重复步骤1-2,直至形成稳定的乳液护肤品体系;如果检测OK(形成了稳定的乳液体系),就将乳液体系出料、灌装、包装直至成品入库。
本发明的制备方法,所述各类氨基酸包含蛋氨酸类、酪氨酸类、亮氨酸类、赖氨酸类、谷氨酸类;所述剩下的原料组分包含水溶维生素E、金银花提取物、黄柏提取物、酪蛋白、乳清蛋白。
借由上述技术方案,本发明具有如下优点和有益效果:
1、本发明研发的护肤品配方中有几种原料搭配混合会生产一种淡淡的奶味。目前找到几种组分因混合可以生产奶味,原料的比例很关键;酪蛋白、乳清蛋白和几种氨基酸原料按一定的比例就能生产一种淡淡的奶味。
2、本发明的无添加护肤品,天然、温和、无刺激,可长期保湿滋润皮肤,对于干燥肤质、混合肤质及敏感性肌肤都有较好的补水、保湿、修护效果,有长期有效的保养皮肤,且无防腐剂、无香料,无色素,是一款理想的高端护肤品。

本发明一种无香料无色素的护肤品组合物,其配方中包含油相成分(甲基葡糖倍半硬脂酸酯、PEG-20甲基葡糖倍半硬脂酸酯、鳄梨油、泛醌、无味羊毛脂、狭翅娑罗双籽脂、乳木果油)、水相成分(水、氨基酸保湿剂、丙三醇、山梨醇、尿囊素、EDTA、丙二醇、透明质酸)及其他添加成分(蛋氨酸类、酪氨酸类、亮氨酸类、赖氨酸类、谷氨酸类、水溶维生素E、金银花提取物、黄柏提取物、花椒(ZANTHOXYLUM BUNGEANUM)果提取物、白头翁(PULSATILLACHINENSIS)提取物、迷迭香(ROSMARINUS OFFICINALIS)花提取物酪蛋白、酪蛋白、乳清蛋白)。

实施例1
一种无香料无色素的护肤品组合物,是由表1所示的各组分组成(重量百分含量%):

本实施例的无香料无色素的护肤品组合物的制备工艺方法包括以下步骤:
1、按表1所示的配方比例称量各原料组分,将油相组分A投入油相锅中,将水相组分B投入到水相锅中,分别升温至85℃,一并加入到乳化锅中均质15min;
2、恒温20min后,一边搅拌一边降温至50℃时,加入各类氨基酸(包含蛋氨酸类、酪氨酸类、亮氨酸类、赖氨酸类、谷氨酸类),继续搅拌降温至35℃时,加入剩下的原料组分(包含水溶维生素E、金银花提取物、黄柏提取物、花椒(ZANTHOXYLUM BUNGEANUM)果提取物、白头翁(PULSATILLA CHINENSIS)提取物、迷迭香(ROSMARINUS OFFICINALIS)花提取物酪蛋白、乳清蛋白)搅拌均匀;
3、检测,如不合格(破乳)的话,需要继续将混合液倒入乳化锅中均质,重复步骤1-2,直至形成稳定的乳液护肤品体系;如果检测OK(形成了稳定的乳液体系)的话,就会将乳液体系出料、灌装、包装直至成品入库。

效果应用试验例
试验例1
试验分为发明组和对照组,发明组的护肤品是含有按一定比列配比出来能生产淡淡奶味的混合物,如:酪蛋白、乳清蛋白和各种氨基酸等,对照组中使用的护肤品是不含有这些混合物,其他的组分、含量及其制备方法与实施是相同的。
随即选取60位测试者,随即分为2组,每组30人,进行测试,所分成的2组分别涂抹对照组和发明组的护肤品,每天早晚各涂抹一次,使用四周时间,分别调查每组测试者皮肤过敏人数和皮肤脆弱改善人数,结果如下表4所示:

由表4看出,本发明的护肤品因为没有加香精而由原料复配带出来的气味,配方温和,基本上没有人过敏,而且可改善敏感皮肤。
试验例2
测试时以额头作为测试部位,在面部的额头画一个大小为2平方厘米的固定区域作为测试区域,在20℃、相对湿度是50%的室内环境中,用CorneometerCM820皮肤水分测量仪对每组30名年龄在18-50岁之间的女性志愿者前额皮肤进行皮肤的水份含量测试,其结果通过设定的湿度测量值(Moisture Measurement Value,MMV)来表示,以评价该产品的补水保湿性能,结果见表5所示。
其中:MMV1-涂抹保湿霜的皮肤MMV值,MMV2-涂抹保湿霜后1分钟内的皮肤MMV值,MMV3-涂抹保湿霜1小时后皮肤的MMV值。
补水率=MMV2/MMV1*100%;
保湿率=MMV3/MMV2*100%;

由表5的测试数据可见,本发明的保湿霜具有良好的补水性能和保湿性能,特别是发明组的数据明显优于空白组和对照组,可见,按一定比例搭配的原料除了能生产淡淡的奶味,补水保湿性能也是协同增效的。

75-78%的水相组分B,所述油相组分B包含:水、氨基酸保湿剂、丙三醇、山梨醇、尿囊素、EDTA、丙二醇、透明质酸;
5%-6%的其他组分,所述其他组分包含:氨基酸类、水溶维生素E、植物提取物、酪蛋白、乳清蛋白。

6.根据权利要求5所述的无香料无色素的护肤品组合物,其特征在于:所述植物提取物还包含花椒果提取物、白头翁提取物、迷迭香花提取物的混合,总含量占护肤品组合物含量的0.1%。
7.权利要求1-6中任一项所述的无香料无色素的护肤品组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,包含以下步骤:
1)按配方比例称量各原料组分,将油相组分A投入油相锅中,将水相组分B投入到水相锅中,分别升温至85℃,一并加入到乳化锅中均质15min;
2)恒温20min后,一边搅拌一边降温至50℃时,加入各类氨基酸,继续搅拌降温至35℃时,加入剩下的原料组分搅拌均匀;
3)检测,如不合格,则需要继续将混合液倒入乳化锅中均质,重复步骤1-2,直至形成稳定的乳液护肤品体系;如形成稳定的乳液体系,就将乳液体系出料、灌装、包装直至成品入库。
8.根据权利要求7所述的无香料无色素的护肤品组合物,其特征在于:所述各类氨基酸包含蛋氨酸类、酪氨酸类、亮氨酸类、赖氨酸类、谷氨酸类;所述剩下的原料组分包含水溶维生素E、金银花提取物、黄柏提取物、酪蛋白、乳清蛋白。
