Abstract

The invention discloses a magnetic suction connector and a compound magnetic suction connector, wherein the connector consists of a connector shell, a PCB (printed circuit board) clamped on the inner side of the lower end of the connector shell, a magnetic suction metal sheet and a signal transmission metal sheet which are soldered on the PCB, and a clamping bulge which is connected with the connector shell and used for supporting and limiting the PCB, wherein the middle part of the connector shell is provided with a first through hole, and the magnetic suction metal sheet and the signal transmission metal sheet are visible through the first through hole so as to improve the magnetic suction capability of the magnetic suction metal sheet and the signal transmission capability of the signal transmission metal sheet. The magnetic suction connector provided by the invention adopts the parts which are all sheet-shaped in appearance, has a simple structure and occupies a small space, and in addition, because the magnetic suction metal sheet and the signal transmission metal sheet are both welded on a PCB board through an automatic chip mounter, the processing efficiency is improved, and the processing cost is effectively reduced.

The technical scheme of the invention is as follows:
a magnetic connector is composed of a connector shell, a PCB clamped on the inner side of the lower end of the connector shell, a magnetic metal sheet and a signal transmission metal sheet which are soldered on the PCB, and a clamping protrusion which is connected with the connector shell and used for supporting and limiting the PCB;
the connector shell is provided with a first through hole in the middle, and the magnetic attraction metal sheet and the signal transmission metal sheet are visible through the first through hole.
In an optimized scheme, the connector is magnetically attracted, wherein a clamping groove for clamping the PCB is formed on the inner side of the lower end of the connector shell.
In an embodiment, the connector is magnetically attracted, wherein the two holding protrusions are symmetrically arranged at two ends of the lower side of the holding groove, and the PCB is supported and limited by the holding protrusions after being inserted into the holding groove.
In an optimized scheme, the magnetic connector is characterized in that two ends of the magnetic metal sheet are respectively bent to form a bending edge, and the connector shell is provided with two insertion grooves corresponding to the bending edges.

Detailed Description
The invention provides a magnetic connector and a compound magnetic connector, which are further described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples in order to make the purpose, technical scheme and effect of the invention clearer and clearer.
