一种减震式摆动吸水潜水排污泵,包括电机和泵体,所述的泵体下方设有进水口、侧方设有出水口,所述出水口上配合有水管,所述的泵体下方进水口上配有进水箱,所述的进水箱底部设有连接板,所述的连接板下方通过弹簧结构设有减震底座,所述的减震底座为方形结构、且四个角上设有支撑板,所述的支撑板下表面设有竖直的固定结构。本发明克服了现有技术的不足,在排污泵进水口设置活动水管,活动水管通过曲柄滑块结构带动上下摆动,既起到对污水的搅拌功能,又实现了多角度、多方向吸水的目的,同时底部设置减震底座,减震底座上方通过弹簧减震,下方通过支撑板及设置在支撑板下方的固定结构来固定,从而降低水泵的震动幅度,适用范围广阔。

技术领域
本发明涉及潜水排污泵技术领域,具体属于一种减震式摆动吸水潜水排污泵。
背景技术
排污泵是一种泵与电机连体,并同时潜入液下工作的泵类产品,与一般卧式泵或立式污水泵相比,排污泵结构紧凑、占地面积小。安装维修方便,大型的排污泵一般都配有自动藕合装置可以进行自动安装,安装及维修相当方便。连续运转时间长。排污泵由于泵和电机同轴,轴短,转动部件重量轻,因此轴承上承受的载荷(径向)相对较小,寿命比一般泵要长得多。不存在汽蚀破坏及灌引水等问题。特别是后一点给操作人员带来了很大的方便。振动噪声小,电机温升低,对环境无污染。
但是由于排污泵所输送的污水其内部含有异物比较多,相对比较粘稠,在排污泵吸水的时候,进水口容易异物聚集从而导致堵塞。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供了一种减震式摆动吸水潜水排污泵,克服了现有技术的不足,在排污泵进水口设置活动水管,活动水管通过曲柄滑块结构带动上下摆动,既起到对污水的搅拌功能,又实现了多角度、多方向吸水的目的,同时底部设置减震底座,减震底座上方通过弹簧减震,下方通过支撑板及设置在支撑板下方的固定结构来固定,从而降低水泵的震动幅度,适用范围广阔。
为解决上述问题,本发明所采取的技术方案如下:
一种减震式摆动吸水潜水排污泵,包括电机和泵体,所述的泵体下方设有进水口、侧方设有出水口,所述出水口上配合有水管,所述的连接板包括连接件一和连接件二,所述的泵体下方进水口上配有进水箱,所述的进水箱上方与进水口连通、侧方设有固定水管,所述的固定水管上方通过连接板设有驱动装置,自由端设有上下翻转的活动水管,所述的驱动装置上设有被其带动的旋转盘,所述的旋转盘边沿位置通过连接杆与活动水管自由端连接、通过驱动装置驱动活动水管上下摆动,所述的进水箱底部设有连接件一,所述的连接件一下方通过弹簧结构设有减震底座,所述的减震底座为方形结构、且四个角上设有支撑板,所述的支撑板下表面设有竖直的固定结构。
进一步,所述的固定结构底部设有锥形结构。
进一步,所述的活动水管自由端设有拦污网。
进一步,所述的连接板侧方通过连接件一与电机连接,底部通过连接件二与固定水管连接。

如图所示,本发明所述的一种减震式摆动吸水潜水排污泵,包括电机1和泵体2,所述的泵体2下方设有进水口3、侧方设有出水口,所述出水口上配合有水管4,连接板8包括连接件一81和连接件二82,所述的泵体2下方进水口3上配有进水箱5,所述的进水箱5底部设有连接板10,所述的连接板10下方通过弹簧结构93设有减震底座9,所述的减震底座9为方形结构、且四个角上设有支撑板91,所述的支撑板91下表面设有竖直的固定结构92;所述的固定结构92底部设有锥形结构;所述的进水箱5上方与进水口连通、侧方设有固定水管6,所述的固定水管6上方通过连接件一81设有驱动装置7,自由端设有上下翻转的活动水管61,所述的驱动装置7上设有被其带动的旋转盘71,所述的旋转盘71边沿位置通过连接杆72与活动水管61自由端连接、通过驱动装置驱动活动水管上下摆动;所述的活动水管自由端设有拦污网62;所述的连接板侧方通过连接件一81与电机连接,底部通过连接件二82与固定水管连接;在排污泵进水口设置活动水管,活动水管通过曲柄滑块结构带动上下摆动,既起到对污水的搅拌功能,又实现了多角度、多方向吸水的目的,同时底部设置减震底座,减震底座上方通过弹簧减震,下方通过支撑板及设置在支撑板下方的固定结构来固定,从而降低水泵的震动幅度,适用范围广阔。

1.一种减震式摆动吸水潜水排污泵,包括电机、泵体和连接板,所述的泵体下方设有进水口、侧方设有出水口,所述出水口上配合有水管,所述的连接板包括连接件一和连接件二,其特征在于:所述的泵体下方进水口上配有进水箱,所述的进水箱上方与进水口连通、侧方设有固定水管,所述的固定水管上方通过连接板设有驱动装置,自由端设有上下翻转的活动水管,所述的驱动装置上设有被其带动的旋转盘,所述的旋转盘边沿位置通过连接杆与活动水管自由端连接、通过驱动装置驱动活动水管上下摆动,所述的进水箱底部设有连接件一,所述的连接件一下方通过弹簧结构设有减震底座,所述的减震底座为方形结构、且四个角上设有支撑板,所述的支撑板下表面设有竖直的固定结构。
