本发明属于陶瓷材料技术领域,具体涉及一种发热瓷砖。发热瓷砖包括导热瓷砖面板,导热瓷砖面板、粘结加固层与保温层依次相连,保温层上设置有线槽,发热体设置在线槽内,发热体、端子连接线、电线、转换器与电子式温度控制器依次相连。本发明结构简单、整体性好、安装方便的同时具有较高的强度,提高了热效率,有利于热量的散发,节能环保,具有较高的安全性能,使人们的生活更加健康、舒适。

发热瓷砖
技术领域
本发明属于陶瓷材料技术领域,具体涉及一种发热瓷砖。
背景技术
发热瓷砖是传统的瓷砖通过应用某种技术能够自己发出热量,用于地面供暖。
现有的发热瓷砖存在以下问题:(1)少数采用轻薄瓷砖,传热效果好,但极易损坏,使用寿命太短;(2)大多数采用普通瓷砖(一般为10mm左右),虽然强度好,不易损坏,但是由于其自身导热系数小导致热量传播的速度较慢,这种发热瓷砖一般需要运行2-3个小时才能感受到热量;(3)防水、防火性能差,不安全,容易出现安全事故;(4)电线散乱,容易发生电线短路;(5)传统发热瓷砖的发热体采用了油性碳纤维,油性介质里面必须包含油性溶剂;使用的油性溶剂主要有苯、甲苯、二甲苯等,是国际社会规定的强致癌物质,其在使用过程中对人的健康存在隐患,特别是对皮肤、眼睛、呼吸道影响最为明显;其次熔点低,在使用过程中易引起火灾,在发达国家禁止这种工艺应用在民用领域;另外这些大分子链的结构导致碳原子之间难以形成稳定的长链条,目前主要做法是加入重金属来解决,但在使用过程中重金属会被氧化,急速增加电阻值系数,会出现“热衰减”现象,使用寿命低。(6)采用普通碳晶发热层结构的,对碳晶布朗运动保护不充分,易失去稳定运动空间,造成发热率下降和局部过热等现象。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种发热瓷砖,结构简单、整体性好、安装方便的同时具有较高的强度,提高了热效率,有利于热量的散发,节能环保,具有较高的安全性能,使人们的生活更加健康、舒适。
本发明所述的发热瓷砖,包括导热瓷砖面板,导热瓷砖面板、粘结加固层与保温层依次相连,保温层上设置有线槽,发热体设置在线槽内,发热体、端子连接线、电线、转换器与电子式温度控制器依次相连。
所述的导热瓷砖面板的导热系数为3.0w/m·k以上,远远大于普通陶瓷砖1.0-2.0w/m·k的导热系数;厚度为8-11mm,保障了瓷砖的高强度。
所述的粘结加固层的厚度为0.5-1.0mm。
所述的粘结加固层的材质为树脂胶泥。
所述的树脂胶泥是由如下重量百分比的原料制成:
所述的原料铁矿粉是为了使粘结加固层具有良好的导热性。
所述的保温层为发泡聚氨酯板,具有保温隔热性好、承载能力高、防火性能好、自重轻等特点。
所述的发热体为碳纤维远红外发热电缆。
所述的碳纤维远红外发热电缆采用非金属发热体,因而可以保证发热体低温下不氧化,寿命可以保证在50年以上。
所述的端子连接线为一段封在绝缘塑料里面的金属片,两端都有孔可以***,可以任意选择导线数目及间距,使连接更方便更快捷。
所述的电子式温度控制器(电阻式)是采用电阻感温的方法来测量的,一般采用半导体(热敏电阻等)为测温电阻,家用空调的传感器大都是以热敏电阻式。
本发明所述的的发热瓷砖采用常规的制备方法即可制备得到。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有如下有益效果:
1、本发明采用了高导热系数的瓷砖面板,提高了热效率,有利于热量的散发,更加节能。
2、粘结加固层采用了耐高温树脂胶泥,使导热瓷砖面板与保温层粘接更加稳定牢固,提高了发热瓷砖的安全系数,同时具有良好的导热性。
3、保温层为发泡聚氨酯板,上表面设置有加固粘结胶层,加固粘结胶层的厚度轻薄,却有超强的粘结硬度,增加了瓷砖的整体强度,弥补了传统瓷砖轻薄已破裂的缺陷,使瓷砖的整体强度得到了提高,同时能够更好的维持热量以及其热能进行反射,提高了热量的利用率。
4、粘结加固层各成分来源广泛,搭配合理,相互作用,使其更加坚硬,可以防火、防水,提高了安全性能,而且导热性能好。
5、本发明中的端子连接线为一段封在绝缘塑料里面的金属片,两端都有孔可以***,可以任意选择导线数目及间距,使连接更方便快捷,更安全。
6、发热体采用碳纤维远红外发热电缆,属于非金属发热体,不产生对人体有害的电磁辐射波;该发热体本身电流非常低,即使人体直接接触也不会有触电感,采用并联铺装,启动时无冲击电流;碳纤维发热电缆产生远红外线,通过远红外辐射传播促进热能传递,提高了热传播效率;长时间照射下有利于人体健康,具有很好的保健功能。
7、保温层内设置有线槽,电线设置在线槽内,可以将散乱的电线进行有效归纳,防止短路。

实施例1
如图1-3所示,发热瓷砖包括导热瓷砖面板1,导热瓷砖面板1、粘结加固层2与保温层4依次相连,保温层4上设置有线槽3,发热体5设置在线槽3内,发热体5、端子连接线6、电线7、转换器8与电子式温度控制器9依次相连。
导热瓷砖面板1的厚度为8mm。
粘结加固层2的厚度为0.5mm;粘结加固胶层为耐高温、导热性强的树脂胶泥。
树脂胶泥是由如下重量百分比的原料制成:
发热体5为碳纤维远红外发热电缆。

导热瓷砖面板1的厚度为9.0mm。
粘结加固层2的厚度为0.8mm;粘结加固胶层为耐高温、导热性强的树脂胶泥。

所述的导热瓷砖面板(1)的导热系数为3.0w/m·k以上,厚度为8-11mm;
