the aqueous solution of carboxymethyl cellulose has the functions of thickening, film forming, adhesion, water retention, colloid protection, emulsification, suspension and the like, and is widely applied to industries of petroleum, food, medicine, textile, paper making and the like. Particularly, the drilling tool is used for drilling, digging and other projects of petroleum and natural gas, and has the following characteristics:
1. the slurry containing carboxymethyl cellulose can form a thin and firm filter cake with low permeability on the well wall, so that the water loss is reduced.
2. After the carboxymethyl cellulose is added into the slurry, the drilling machine can obtain low initial shear force, so that the slurry is easy to discharge gas wrapped in the slurry, and meanwhile, the broken materials are quickly abandoned in a mud pit.
3. The drilling mud, like other suspension dispersions, has a lifetime which is extended by the addition of carboxymethyl cellulose to stabilize it.
4. the slurry containing carboxymethyl cellulose is less affected by mold, so that it is not necessary to maintain a high pH value and to use a preservative.
5. the carboxymethyl cellulose is used as the treating agent of the well-washing liquid of the drilling mud, and can resist the pollution of various soluble salts.
6. the slurry containing carboxymethyl cellulose has good stability, and can reduce water loss even if the temperature is more than 150 ℃.
In the present invention, it can be used as a thickener or paste for preparing a lubricant.
The clay powder is clay powder which contains iron, has yellow brown, gray white, red purple and other hues, has good plasticity, has higher viscosity and smaller granularity, and can be used for improving the viscosity of the lubricant. The lubricant prepared from the argil powder can permeate into the hole wall of the pipeline, so that the compactness of a soil body is increased, the bearing capacity of the pipeline is improved, and the phenomenon of hole collapse of the soil body is effectively prevented.
The metal soap is made up by using metal, metal oxide or salt except alkali metal, and fatty acid, abietic acid and naphthenic acid through the action of reaction. The metal soap can not be obtained by direct saponification of grease, and is prepared by double decomposition reaction of fatty acid sodium soap and corresponding metal salt solution. The metal soap can be used for preparing lubricating grease products and has a lubricating effect.
Calcium stearate is a kind of metal soap, white powder, insoluble in water, cold ethanol and ether, soluble in hot water, toluene, ethanol and other organic solvents. The calcium stearate has the advantages of low price, low toxicity, good processing performance, excellent lubricity and even spreading, and when the soil transporter pumps soil, the calcium stearate is adopted to lubricate the inner wall of the pipeline, so that the friction between the soil and the inner wall of the pipeline can be effectively reduced, the transportation of the soil in the pipeline is facilitated, and the conveying length of the soil is increased.
Of course, the calcium stearate can also be replaced by zinc stearate. The zinc stearate is also one of metal soaps, is white bonded fine powder, is insoluble in water, ethanol and ether, is soluble in benzene, has a greasy feeling and also has good lubricity, effectively reduces the friction between a soil body and the inner wall of a pipeline, is beneficial to the transportation of the soil body in the pipeline and increases the conveying length of the soil body.
stearic acid is insoluble in water, slightly soluble in cold ethanol, soluble in acetone, benzene, diethyl ether, chloroform, carbon tetrachloride, sulfur dioxide, trichloromethane, hot ethanol, toluene, amyl acetate and the like, nontoxic, and widely used for preparing cosmetics, plastic cold-resistant plasticizers, mold release agents, stabilizers, surfactants, rubber vulcanization accelerators, waterproofing agents, polishing agents, metal soaps, metal mineral flotation agents, softeners, pharmaceuticals and other organic chemicals.
Stearic acid monoglyceride, white or yellowish waxy solid, melting point 56-58 deg.C, dissolving in hot organic solvent such as ethanol, mineral oil, fatty oil, benzene, acetone, ether, etc., and not dissolving in water. It is obtained by esterification of glycerol with stearic acid: firstly, adding stearic acid, glycerol and sodium hydroxide into a reaction pot, heating and melting, then starting stirring, introducing nitrogen, then heating, reacting for 7 hours at 185 ℃, and finally cooling and discharging to obtain the stearic acid monoglyceride, wherein the pH value is less than 5 after the reaction is finished. Glyceryl monostearate can be used as an emulsifier, and as a solvent for oils and waxes, hygroscopic powder protectors and opacifying agents.
the polyethylene wax has stable chemical property, good electrical property and strong internal lubrication effect. It is widely used because of its excellent cold resistance, heat resistance, chemical resistance and wear resistance. Low molecular weight polyethylene homopolymers or interpolymers widely used in coatings. The main functions of the coating in a solvent type coating film are extinction, scratch resistance, wear resistance, polishing resistance, imprint resistance, adhesion prevention, precipitation prevention and thixotropy. As a color concentrate dispersing agent, a filling concentrate and a lubricating dispersing agent of a degradation concentrate of various thermoplastic resins, the processing performance, the surface gloss, the lubricating property and the thermal stability of HDPE, PP, PVC and the like can be improved. Due to the addition of the polyethylene wax, the inner wall of the soil conveying pipeline can be fully lubricated, the friction between the soil body and the inner wall of the pipeline is reduced, the transportation of the soil body in the pipeline is facilitated, and the conveying length of the soil body is increased.
Stearic acid amide, white or light yellow powder, can be mixed with polyethylene wax, dissolved in hot ethanol, chloroform and ether, insoluble in cold ethanol and insoluble in water. Has excellent external lubricating effect and demoulding performance, good transparency and electric insulation, but poor stability. It can also be used as slipping agent for polyolefin plastics, anti-blocking agent for film, internal lubricant for natural and synthetic rubber, water-proof softening agent for fiber, etc. When the rubber is used for rubber processing, the processability of rubber materials can be improved, the dispersing effect of various additives can be improved, and good gloss can be provided for products. It can also be used as slipping agent and anti-blocking agent for polyolefin film, and compounding agent for ink and color crayon.
Sodium lauryl sulfate is anionic surfactant with active matter content of 30-25%, and is in the form of light yellow or white paste. At an active content of 40%, the viscosity increases very rapidly, forming a gel. It is mainly used as emulsifier, fire-extinguishing agent, foaming agent and textile auxiliary agent, electroplating additive, also can be used as foaming agent of toothpaste, paste, powder and shampoo.
The adhesive polyacrylate is easily soluble in acetone, ethyl acetate, benzene and dichloroethane, is insoluble in water, can form a water-resistant film with good gloss, is firmly bonded, is not easy to peel off, is flexible and elastic at room temperature, and has good weather resistance. Has adhesive property, and can be used as pressure-sensitive adhesive and heat-sensitive adhesive. Because of its good ageing resistance, small adhesion pollution, convenient use and its yield increase is quick. The acrylate polymer has excellent film forming property, adhesion, gloss retention, weather resistance, corrosion resistance and flexibility.
the polyacrylate of the invention can be preferably polymethacrylate which is applied to the viscosity index improver of the lubricating oil and the pour point depressant. But also widely used in leather and fabric treating agents, resin modifiers, coatings, paints, adhesives, flocculating agents, oil modifiers, safety glass interlayers, artificial marbles, polymer concrete and the like. In the process of preparing the lubricant for the pipeline earth moving machine, the lubricant can be used as an adhesive to enhance the caking property of a mixture.
Of course, the polyacrylate can also be replaced by polyisobutene. The polyisobutene is colorless to light yellow viscous liquid or elastic rubbery semisolid, is tasteless, has an average molecular weight of 20-8700 ten thousand, is soluble in benzene and diisobutylene, can be mutually soluble with polyvinyl acetate, wax and the like, is insoluble in polar solvents such as water, alcohol and the like, and has good light resistance, heat resistance and oxidation resistance. The method is mainly applied to many fields such as petroleum additives, adhesives and the like. It can also be used as thickener, and can be used in combination with other materials to improve adhesion, flexibility, aging resistance, air tightness and electrical insulation.
in the preparation process of the lubricant for the pipeline earth moving machine, the temperature to be heated and the temperature to be raised are lower than the melting points of the components, so that the partial dissolution of certain raw material components is enhanced, and the mixing of the raw materials is accelerated. And a magnetic stirring device is adopted to stir the mixture, so that the mixing of all the raw materials is further accelerated, and the mixture is uniform. The stirring speed is not easy to be too high, the stirring time is not easy to be too long, and some raw materials are easy to decompose; the stirring speed is not easy to be too low, the stirring time is not suitable to be too short, and all the raw materials cannot be fully mixed and are not uniformly mixed.
the lubricant prepared by the embodiment I with the same mass is applied to the earth moving engineering, and by contrast, the lubricant prepared by the embodiment I can lubricate the inner wall of the pipeline more effectively, so that the soil body is transported more quickly and smoothly, the conveying length of the soil body is longer, and the effect of lubricating the inner wall of the pipeline is optimal.
In conclusion, the lubricant for the pipeline earth moving machine can effectively lubricate the inner wall of the pipeline, reduce the friction between the soil body and the inner wall of the pipeline, facilitate the transportation of the soil body in the pipeline, increase the conveying length of the soil body and ensure that the pipeline earth moving technology can be quickly applied to the urgent urban construction.
