本发明涉及一种手扶式激光平地机,其中:液压缸和支撑杆均设置在前架体上;前架体通过连接座与衔接架连接;衔接架的前端设置有拉紧基座;后架体的前端设置有调节基座;调节基座通过伸缩杆与支撑杆顶部相连接;前摆臂和后摆臂分别固定在后架体的前后端;前摆臂和拉紧基座上均设置有螺杆并安装在稳定杆的两端;套管设置在后架体的上表面;激光接收器通过调节螺母安装在套管内;后架体的底部安装有铲刀;压轮通过安装臂与后摆臂相连接;所述后架体的底部还安装有护板;所述前架体的端部还焊接有连接板,所述连接板表面还开设有螺栓孔。本发明能够提供一种调节方便、作业灵活、平整效果好、适用范围广的手扶式激光平地机。

一种手扶式激光平地机
技术领域
本发明涉及农业机械领域,尤其涉及一种手扶式激光平地机。
背景技术
当今农田耕作中激光平地机的使用已经十分普遍,激光整平***对于改造盐碱地为耕地的实际作用已经在内蒙、宁夏等地区获得了实践。现如今的激光平地机只对平地铲的高度作控制,提高田间土地平整的精度,但在对高差较大的土地面进行整平操作时,需要根据作业过程中不同的地面高度调整平地铲的位置,在平地铲多次调节后,平地铲的水平位置极易发生变化,造成整平后的土地满足平整度的要求却在水平位置上无法满足要求,致使整出的土地相对于水平位置存在一倾角,经过不同的整平过程整平后的土地水平度大相径庭,致使平地效果不佳,精度降低。所以,农田平整领域急需一种激光平地机,能调节平地铲的水平位置,在竖直和水平方向上同时提高整平精度。
发明内容
本发明目的是为了克服现有技术的不足而提供一种调节方便、作业灵活、平整效果好、适用范围广的手扶式激光平地机。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案。
一种手扶式激光平地机,包括前架体、液压缸、支撑杆、连接座、衔接架、后架体、拉紧基座、调节基座、伸缩杆、前摆臂、后摆臂、螺杆、稳定杆、套管、激光接收器、调节螺母、铲刀、安装臂和压轮,所述液压缸和支撑杆均设置在前架体上;所述前架体通过连接座与衔接架连接;所述衔接架的前端设置有拉紧基座;所述后架体的前端设置有调节基座;所述调节基座通过伸缩杆与支撑杆顶部相连接;所述前摆臂和后摆臂分别固定在后架体的前后端;所述前摆臂和拉紧基座上均设置有螺杆并安装在稳定杆的两端;所述套管设置在后架体的上表面;所述激光接收器通过调节螺母安装在套管内;所述后架体的底部安装有铲刀;所述压轮通过安装臂与后摆臂相连接。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述后架体的底部还安装有护板。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述前架体的端部还焊接有连接板,所述连接板表面还开设有螺栓孔。
由于上述技术方案的运用,本发明具有的益技术效果:
(1)本技术方案通过采用了前架体、衔接架和后架体三部分,通过液压伸缩杆对后架体的调节基座推拉动作,可以实现调整铲刀进入泥土的深度和角度,进而实现对铲土厚度的调节,具有调节快速方便、满足对铲土厚度的不同要求的有益技术效果;
(2)本技术方案还通过在后架体上设置带有套管和调节螺母的激光接收器,通过调节螺母可以实现对激光接收器的安装高度调节,具有机构简单、调节方便的有益技术效果;
(3)本技术方案还在设置了稳定杆,具有维持调节后铲刀角度、避免机器行进颠簸对设备造成影响的有益技术效果;
(4)本技术方案还设置了压轮,可以实现对铲土后松垮的地面进行压实作业,进一步提高地面的平整度,保证了平整效果。

如附图1所示,本发明的一种手扶式激光平地机,包括前架体1、液压缸2、支撑杆3、连接座4、衔接架5、后架体6、拉紧基座7、调节基座8、伸缩杆9、前摆臂10、后摆臂11、螺杆12、稳定杆13、套管14、激光接收器15、调节螺母16、铲刀17、安装臂18、压轮19、护板20、连接板21和螺栓孔22,所述液压缸2和支撑杆3均设置在前架体1上;所述前架体1通过连接座4与衔接架5连接;所述衔接架5的前端设置有拉紧基座7;所述后架体6的前端设置有调节基座8;所述调节基座8通过伸缩杆9与支撑杆3顶部相连接;所述前摆臂10和后摆臂11分别固定在后架体6的前后端;所述前摆臂10和拉紧基座7上均设置有螺杆12并安装在稳定杆13的两端;所述套管14设置在后架体6的上表面;所述激光接收器15通过调节螺母16安装在套管14内;所述后架体6的底部安装有铲刀17;所述压轮19通过安装臂18与后摆臂11相连接;所述后架体6的底部还安装有护板20;所述前架体1的端部还焊接有连接板21,所述连接板21表面还开设有螺栓孔22。

1.一种手扶式激光平地机,其特征在于:包括前架体、液压缸、支撑杆、连接座、衔接架、后架体、拉紧基座、调节基座、伸缩杆、前摆臂、后摆臂、螺杆、稳定杆、套管、激光接收器、调节螺母、铲刀、安装臂和压轮,所述液压缸和支撑杆均设置在前架体上;所述前架体通过连接座与衔接架连接;所述衔接架的前端设置有拉紧基座;所述后架体的前端设置有调节基座;所述调节基座通过伸缩杆与支撑杆顶部相连接;所述前摆臂和后摆臂分别固定在后架体的前后端;所述前摆臂和拉紧基座上均设置有螺杆并安装在稳定杆的两端;所述套管设置在后架体的上表面;所述激光接收器通过调节螺母安装在套管内;所述后架体的底部安装有铲刀;所述压轮通过安装臂与后摆臂相连接。
