Preferably, after the workpiece enters the first rail at the upper stage and the second rail at the lower stage, the control device is configured to control the pushing member to return to the initial position and control the lifting plate to return to the upper stage. The control device 13 is configured to control the emptying device 3 to place the workpieces (100,101) on the lifting plate 11 and the first guide groove 7, control the lifting plate 11 to descend to the lower platform 6, control the pushing component 12 to push the workpieces 100 on the lifting plate 11 to the second guide groove 8 along the slot 110, and continue to push the workpieces (100,101) on the first guide groove 7 and the second guide groove 8 to enter the first rail 9 on the upper platform 5 and the second rail 10 on the lower platform 6, and control the workpiece processing device 4 to process the workpieces (100,101) on the first rail 9 and the second rail 10.

step S2, controlling the lifting plate 11 to descend to the lower platform 6, so that the open slot 110 arranged on the lifting plate 11 is butted with the second guide slot 8 positioned on the lower platform 6;
step S3, controlling the pushing component 12 to push the workpiece 100 on the lifting plate 11 to the second guiding slot 8 along the slot 110 of the lifting plate;
step S4, controlling the pushing component 12 to push the workpieces (100,101) located in the first guide groove 7 and the second guide groove 8 into the first rail 9 located on the upper stage 5 and the second rail 10 located on the lower stage 6; after that, the pushing member 12 returns to the initial position, and the lifting plate 11 returns to the upper stage 5.
In step S5, the workpiece processing apparatus 4 is controlled to process the workpieces (100,101) on the first rail 9 and the second rail 10.
The above-described operation steps 1 to 5 are repeated, in which the workpieces located on the first rail 9 and the second rail 10 are accumulated and then sequentially pushed out of the first rail 9 and the second rail 10 by the pushing member 12.
The machine can automatically put, process and take out workpieces, and meanwhile, the number of the workpieces can be increased by adopting the double-layer platform, so that the production efficiency is improved. By setting the above method to a program, the control device 13 realizes repeated operation, completely realizes automation, and reduces labor cost.
As shown in fig. 3, the machine can be provided with more than two guide rails with guide grooves on the upper platform and the lower platform respectively, and the lifting plate, the pushing component, the discharging device and the workpiece processing device are correspondingly arranged, or the number of the lifting plate, the pushing component, the discharging device and the workpiece processing device is increased, so as to process more workpieces.
In the above scheme, the present invention can process various workpieces, and the corresponding workpiece processing device 4 can be correspondingly configured according to different processing modes of the workpieces.
Preferably, the workpiece handling device 4 can be a punching device which simultaneously penetrates through two workpieces on the first rail (9) and the second rail (10).
In another preferred embodiment, fig. 5 is a schematic view of a workpiece, and as shown in fig. 5, the workpiece processing device 4 may be a glue cutting device for processing the glue heads (100a, 101a) on the workpieces (100, 101); the workpiece processing device 4 comprises a first glue cutting device 41 and a second glue cutting device 42 which are respectively used for cutting off glue heads (100a, 101a) of workpieces (100,101) on the first rail 9 and the second rail 10.
Since the processed workpieces are sequentially pushed out of the rails after being accumulated after the processing is completed, one end of each of the first rail 8 and the second rail 9 is externally connected with a discharging device (15a,15b) (such as a pipeline, etc.), and a storage box is arranged below the discharging device for storing the workpieces falling from the discharging device.
Wherein one of the first rail 8 and the second rail 9 is designed in an arc shape. The design enables the discharging device externally connected with the rail to be arranged at different positions of the machine tool, and workpieces are convenient to store.
