技术领域
本发明涉及阻燃板领域,尤其涉及一种复合阻燃纸板及其制备方法。
背景技术
现阶段市场上开关柜内使用的警示隔板多为通体的UPGM203板材,成本较高,成呈淡红色,并不显眼,而且材料硬度较低易磨损。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种表面为鲜艳大红色,机械强度、电气性能满足电气开关隔板的要求,成本低的复合阻燃纸板。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种复合阻燃纸板,其特征在于,其结构从外到中心依次为表层,次表层和夹芯部分;其中表层为1-2层的MP层;次表层为最少1层的CEM1层;夹芯部分为至少一层的夹芯层,其中夹芯层为1-3层的PP层和1-2层的CEM1层组成。
进一步,所述MP层的单层厚度为0.13-0.2mm。
进一步,所述CEM1层的单层厚度为0.15-0.25mm。
进一步,所述PP层的单层厚度为0.10--0.20mm。
进一步,制备方法为,将所需材料PP层,CEM1层,MP层按照结构排列,送入层压机,
起始温度为30-35℃,压制压力为60-90bar,压机吨位1250T,产品宽幅1050x1250mm;
之后升到50-60℃,压制压力为140-170bar,升温速率为1-2℃/min;
继续升温到80-90℃,压制压力为170-210bar,升温速率为1-2℃/min;
然后保压,升温至150℃;
再在60-90min内冷却至材料50-70℃,同步降压;
至常温状态即可。
本发明还提供一种所述复合阻燃纸板的制备方法,其特征在于,将所需材料PP层,CEM1层,MP层按照结构排列,送入层压机,
起始温度为30-35℃,压制压力为60-90bar;
之后升到50-60℃,压制压力为140-170bar,升温速率为1-2℃/min;
继续升温到80-90℃,压制压力为170-210bar,升温速率为1-2℃/min;
然后保压,自然降温至150℃;
再在60-90min内冷却至材料50-70℃,同步降压;至常温状态即可。
起始材料温度为30-35℃,压制压力为60-90bar;压机吨位1250T,产品宽幅1050x1250mm,此时胶水为半固体状态;
之后升到50-60℃,压制压力为140-170bar,升温速率为1-2℃/min;此时胶水为液体状态;
继续升温到80-90℃,压制压力为170-210bar,升温速率为1-2℃/min;此时胶水为液体状态;
然后保压,升温至150℃;此时胶水为半固化态转为固态;
再在60-90min内冷却至材料50-70℃,同步降压;此时胶水为固体状态,将各层紧密的连接在一起;
至常温状态即得到本发明的复合阻燃纸板。
上述层压机的温度高于上述各步骤要求,产品成型后未及时冷却,会老化,温度低于上述各步骤要求,则固化不完全;升温降温速率快于上述要求,材料容易气泡,慢于上述要求,效率低,不利于工业化大生产。如果温度高,此时胶水在慢慢熔化,加上压力高,胶水会溢出,钢材可能会跑出来,使得得到的复合阻燃纸板不平整。
本发明所述复合阻燃纸板,具有产品成本降低,强化隔板安全警示作用的优势。
本发明采用选择硬度高、耐磨、表面鲜艳可以起警示作用的三聚氰胺浸渍纸做板材表面。三聚氰胺树脂电气性能好、耐热性好,但是固化后脆性高,且价格高,而环氧树脂浸渍的阻燃纸,价格低,固化后韧性好。
本发明采用层复合结构,使用阻燃型三聚氰胺树脂含浸纸制作表面,使产品硬度高,不易划伤,板芯采用环氧基阻燃纸及环氧玻璃布复合材料,使电性能更稳定,强度、韧性有所提升。
所述MP层即为三聚氰胺浸渍纸,单层厚度要求是0.13-0.2mm/层;CEM1为环氧树脂浸渍纸,单层厚度要求是0.15-0.25mm/层;所述PP层为环氧玻璃布,单层厚度要求是0.1-0.2mm/层。
本发明所述MP层为1-2层,主要作用为耐磨;外观均衡性和颜色均衡性;防火。高于2层,更硬更脆,加工过程中容易爆边。本身电气性能优良,比如耐电伏击穿。
夹芯为PP+CEM1,其中PP不能同时叠加多余2-3层,加布后机械强度如拉伸强度、弯曲强度和抗冲击强度增强。
本发明所述复合阻燃纸板采用对称结构:对称叠加,以使两面效果一致。
本发明所述复合阻燃纸板,拉伸强度符合标准,但是表面硬度高、厚度平整,厚度均匀性好,比重降低达1.5-1.6(现有技术是1.9-2.1),电气性能负荷要求,成本降低。
本发明所述复合阻燃纸板具有很好的拉伸强度(133-140MPa)、垂直层向弯曲强度(MPa)(257-267MPa)、相比电痕化指数(大于等于400)、耐电弧(124-128)和垂直层向电气强度(常态油中,快速升压,25mm/75mm圆柱电极)(27.2-30),燃烧性为V-0级,性质优良。

起始温度为30-35℃,压制压力为60-90bar;压机吨位1250T,产品宽幅1050x1250mm,此时胶水为半固体状态;
之后升到50-60℃,压制压力为140-170bar,升温速率为1-2℃/min;此时胶水为液体状态;
继续升温到80-90℃,压制压力为170-210bar,升温速率为1-2℃/min;此时胶水为液体状态;
然后保压,升温至150℃;此时胶水为半固化态转为固态;
再在60-90min内冷却至材料50-70℃,同步降压;此时胶水为固体状态,将各层紧密的连接在一起;
至常温状态即得到本发明的复合阻燃纸板。结构示意图见图1所示。

起始温度为30-35℃,压制压力为60-90bar;压机吨位1250T,产品宽幅1050x1250mm,此时胶水为半固体状态;
之后升到50-60℃,压制压力为140-170bar,升温速率为1-2℃/min;此时胶水为液体状态;
继续升温到80-90℃,压制压力为170-210bar,升温速率为1-2℃/min;此时胶水为液体状态;
然后保压,升温至150℃;此时胶水为半固化态转为固态;
再在60-90min内冷却至材料50-70℃,同步降压;此时胶水为固体状态,将各层紧密的连接在一起;
至常温状态即得到本发明的复合阻燃纸板。结构示意图见图2所示。
实施例3:复合阻燃纸板的制备

起始温度为30-35℃,压制压力为60-90bar;压机吨位1250T,产品宽幅1050x1250mm,此时胶水为半固体状态;
之后升到50-60℃,压制压力为140-170bar,升温速率为1-2℃/min;此时胶水为液体状态;
继续升温到80-90℃,压制压力为170-210bar,升温速率为1-2℃/min;此时胶水为液体状态;
然后保压,升温至150℃;此时胶水为半固化态转为固态;
再在60-90min内冷却至材料50-70℃,同步降压;此时胶水为固体状态,将各层紧密的连接在一起;
至常温状态即得到本发明的复合阻燃纸板。结构示意图见图3所示。
实施例4:性能测定
对实施例1-3所得复合阻燃纸板检测,检测依据:IEC 60893-2:2003《电气用热固性树脂工业硬质层压板第2部分:试验方法》等。
结果见表1。

由表1可以看出,本发明所述复合阻燃纸板具有很好的拉伸强度、垂直层向弯曲强度(MPa)、相比电痕化指数、耐电弧和垂直层向电气强度(常态油中,快速升压,25mm/75mm圆柱电极)均优良,燃烧性为V-0级,达到商品需求。

之后升到50-60℃,压制压力为140-170bar,升温速率为1-2℃/min;
继续升温到80-90℃,压制压力为170-210bar,升温速率为1-2℃/min;
然后保压,升温至150℃;
再在60-90min内冷却至材料50-70℃,同步降压;
至常温状态即可。
6.一种权利要求1-5任一项所述复合阻燃纸板的制备方法,其特征在于,将所需材料PP层,CEM1层,MP层按照结构排列,送入层压机,
起始温度为30-35℃,压制压力为60-90bar;
之后升到50-60℃,压制压力为140-170bar,升温速率为1-2℃/min;
继续升温到80-90℃,压制压力为170-210bar,升温速率为1-2℃/min;
然后保压,自然降温至150℃;
再在60-90min内冷却至材料50-70℃,同步降压;至常温状态即可。
