Abstract

一种双保险丝及LED组件的保险盒,包括壳体、盖板、手柄及销轴,所述壳体上设有第一销孔、LED灯头座、电阻座及保险丝座及卡槽,盖板上设有卡扣,手柄上设有第二销孔;所述盖板覆盖在壳体上,卡扣与卡槽卡接,手柄跨设壳体的两侧,销轴穿过手柄的第二销孔及壳体的第一销孔将其铰接。本发明采用两个对称设置的半壳体构成壳体,将电源正负极分隔在壳体的两个半壳体内,在每个半壳体内设置LED灯头座、电阻座及保险丝座,方便在电源正负极上均设置保险丝,提高了通讯设备的安全级别,减少了电流对通讯设备的电磁干扰,具有结构紧凑、占用空间小、更换保险丝盒方便的优点。

一种双保险丝及LED组件的保险盒
技术领域
本发明涉及通讯设备技术领域的电源连接器,尤其是一种双保险丝及LED组件的保险盒。
背景技术
通讯设备中均设有连接电源的电源连接器,现有技术为保持电源连接器的结构紧凑,将保险丝这一元器件装入电源连接器的内部,以保护通讯设备的电路安全,存在的问题是,保险丝仅设置在正极电路上,正负极电路设置在同一腔室,保险丝盒为非插接式,加之该连接器被应用于高压场合,存在该连接器电磁干扰大,体积庞大,结构不紧凑,更换保险丝盒不便的缺陷。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术不足而提供的一种双保险丝及LED组件的保险盒。本发明采用两个对称设置的半壳体构成壳体,将电源正负极分隔在壳体的两个半壳体内,在每个半壳体内设置LED灯头座、电阻座及保险丝座,方便在电源正负极上均设置保险丝,提高了通讯设备的安全级别,减少了电流对通讯设备的电磁干扰,具有结构紧凑、占用空间小、更换保险丝盒方便的优点。
实现本发明目的的具体技术方案是:
一种双保险丝及LED组件的保险盒,其特点包括壳体、盖板、手柄及销轴,所述壳体为两个对称设置的半壳体构成的矩形体,壳体的顶部穿透两个半壳体设有第一销孔,每个半壳体的上方设有LED灯头座、中部平行设有两个电阻座及下部设有保险丝座,保险丝座的两端设有卡槽,电阻座的一端设有第一连接片座、另一端设有第二连接片座;
所述盖板上设有与壳体上第一销孔对应的豁口,盖板的两端设有与壳体上卡槽对应的卡扣;
所述手柄为纵向中部设有第二销孔、一端设有凸包、另一端设有受力柄的杆件,第二销孔横向分布在杆件的两侧;
所述盖板为两件,盖板覆盖在壳体的两个半壳体上,盖板的卡扣与壳体上的卡槽卡接,手柄的第二销孔跨设于壳体的两侧,销轴穿过手柄的第二销孔及壳体的第一销孔将其铰接。

具体实施方式
本发明与连接器插头配合使用,使用时,将本发明***连接器插头,两个保险盒分别串联在电源的正负极中,即构成电源连接器。
参阅图1、图2,本发明包括壳体1、盖板2、手柄3及销轴4,所述壳体1为两个对称设置的半壳体构成的矩形体,壳体1的顶部穿透两个半壳体设有第一销孔11,每个半壳体的上方设有LED灯头座12、中部平行设有两个电阻座13及下部设有保险丝座14,保险丝座14的两端设有卡槽141,电阻座13的一端设有第一连接片座131、另一端设有第二连接片座132;
所述盖板2上设有与壳体1上第一销孔11对应的豁口21,盖板2的两端设有与壳体1上卡槽141对应的卡扣22;
所述手柄3为纵向中部设有第二销孔31、一端设有凸包32、另一端设有受力柄33的杆件,第二销孔31横向分布在杆件的两侧;
所述盖板2为两件,盖板2覆盖在壳体1的两个半壳体上,盖板2的卡扣22与壳体1上的卡槽141卡接,手柄3的第二销孔31跨设于壳体1的两侧,销轴4穿过手柄3的第二销孔31及壳体1的第一销孔11将其铰接。
实施例
本发明与元器件的装配,
参阅图1、图2、图3,将手柄3的第二销孔31跨设于壳体1的两侧,销轴4穿过手柄3的第二销孔31及壳体1的第一销孔11将其铰接;
将LED灯装在LED灯头座12内,将电阻装在电阻座13内,将保险盒设于保险丝座14内,并分别在电阻座13的第一连接片座131及第二连接片座132内设置第一弹片及第二弹片将LED灯、电阻及保险盒之间电连接,最后将盖板2上的豁口21对准壳体1上的第一销孔11,两件盖板2分别覆盖在壳体1的两个半壳体上,使盖板2的卡扣22与壳体1上的卡槽141卡接,本发明装配完毕。
本发明与连接器插头插接
参阅图1、图3、图4,将装配完成的本发明手柄3朝外,***连接器插头5内,两个保险盒分别串联在电源的正负极中与连接器插头5完成连接;
保险盒的更换
参阅图1、图3、图4,需更换保险盒时,向外板动手柄3的受力柄33,使手柄3绕销轴4转动,手柄3一端的凸包32支撑在连接器插头5上,继续向手柄3的受力柄33施力,销轴4的力通过第二销孔31、第一销孔11的传递将壳体1从连接器插头5内拔出,对保险丝座14内的保险盒实施更换,重新***连接器插头5内,完成保险盒的更换。

1.一种双保险丝及LED组件的保险盒,其特征在于它包括壳体(1)、盖板(2)、手柄(3)及销轴(4),所述壳体(1)为两个对称设置的半壳体构成的矩形体,壳体(1)的顶部穿透两个半壳体设有第一销孔(11),每个半壳体的上方设有LED灯头座(12)、中部平行设有两个电阻座(13)及下部设有保险丝座(14),保险丝座(14)的两端设有卡槽(141),电阻座(13)的一端设有第一连接片座(131)、另一端设有第二连接片座(132);
所述盖板(2)上设有与壳体(1)上第一销孔(11)对应的豁口(21),盖板(2)的两端设有与壳体(1)上卡槽(141)对应的卡扣(22);
所述手柄(3)为纵向中部设有第二销孔(31)、一端设有凸包(32)、另一端设有受力柄(33)的杆件,第二销孔(31)横向分布在杆件的两侧;
所述盖板(2)为两件,盖板(2)覆盖在壳体(1)的两个半壳体上,盖板(2)的卡扣(22)与壳体(1)上的卡槽(141)卡接,手柄(3)的第二销孔(31)跨设于壳体(1)的两侧,销轴(4)穿过手柄(3)的第二销孔(31)及壳体(1)的第一销孔(11)将其铰接。
