fig. 2 is a schematic block diagram of a channel state detecting device of a financial device according to the present invention.
Detailed Description
The essential features and advantages of the invention will be further elucidated with reference to the examples, without however being limited to the embodiments listed.
As shown in fig. 1, a method for detecting a channel state of a financial device includes the following steps:
detecting preset detection data of paper money conveyed in the paper money channel through a plurality of groups of correlation sensors arranged in the paper money channel, and recording the detection data to form a plurality of paper money data queues; each banknote data queue comprises banknote serial numbers, banknote widths, banknote slopes and banknote intervals;
and judging the state of the paper money channel according to the detection data in the data queue, and prompting according to a judgment result.
The banknote serial number is a statistical serial number which is counted for the banknotes passing through the sensor so as to count the number of the banknotes; the number of notes passing through the pair of sensors when they are blocked is increased by 1. And recording the count of the number of paper money in each paper money data queue.
The paper currency width refers to the width of each paper currency, and the paper currency width is recorded when the sensor is blocked (for example, the sensor state can be polled in the interrupt of the controller of the sensor, and the paper currency width is increased by 1 time and 1 time after each blocked time); in order to prevent paper money from having holes to influence paper money width calculation, when only one sensor is blocked, the count of the sensor which is not blocked is the byte count of the paper money holes in the paper money data queue (1 millisecond plus 1), the paper money width is continuously calculated until the paper money is blocked, the count of the paper money hole is the paper money width obtained by one sensor, and then the paper money width obtained by the pair of sensors is averaged, and the average value is the paper money width.
The paper currency distance is the distance between the current paper currency and the previous paper currency; when the corresponding pair of sensors are from the blocking state to the unblocking state, the note interval is recorded (1 is added every 1 millisecond) until the next note is blocked, the pair of sensors stop recording the interval, and when the note passes through the sensors, the note interval between the note and the previous note is continuously recorded, and the steps are repeated in sequence.
The banknote slope is used to indicate the degree of inclination of each banknote in the passageway. When the banknote just blocks the sensors, the sensors start recording the banknote width, and because the sensors in the channel all appear in pairs, if the banknote is tilted, both sensors will not be blocked at the same time, and when both sensors are blocked, the banknote slope is the difference between the widths of the banknote recorded by both sensors at the moment.
Furthermore, in order to realize accurate analysis and judgment of which part of the paper money channel has a problem, the correlation sensors are respectively numbered and recorded in the paper money data queue, so that the position of the problem of the judgment channel is positioned according to the number of the sensor when the detection data comparison is carried out later.
In the invention, the state of the paper money channel is judged according to the detection data in the data queues, and the prompt is carried out according to the judgment result, namely, the detection data in the front paper money data queue and the rear paper money data queue can be sequentially compared to judge, and whether the paper money is inclined, whether the distance is too large or too small, whether the paper money is continuous (too large in width), the number of the paper money and the like can be judged through the data comparison corresponding to the front paper money data queue and the rear paper money data queue, and the prompt or the alarm is carried out when one of the detection data does not meet the requirement, so that the judgment of which part of the paper money channel has faults and needs to be processed or maintained is convenient.
Of course, the detection data may also be compared with a preset comparison threshold, such as a predetermined banknote transfer interval value, a predetermined banknote slope value, or a banknote number value transferred within a predetermined period of time in the banknote transfer channel, or compared with a corresponding banknote width value, so as to determine whether the condition of transferring the banknote in the banknote transfer channel meets the preset transfer requirement.
In the present invention, when determining the state of the banknote channel according to the detection data in the data queue, the determination may be performed by determining whether one or more detection data among the banknote serial number, the banknote width, the banknote slope and the banknote pitch data meets the requirements; if one item of detection data does not meet the requirement, prompting is carried out.
According to the invention, the preset detection data of the paper money conveyed in the paper money channel is detected by arranging the corresponding sensors in the paper money channel, wherein the preset detection data comprises paper money width, paper money slope and paper money distance, and the current channel state is prompted according to the judgment or comparison result of the detection data, so that the real-time detection of the conveying state of the paper money channel can be realized, if the detected paper money width is larger than the actual paper money width value, the situation that paper money is continuously stretched can occur, if the paper money distance is larger or smaller than the preset set distance value in the conveying channel, the rotation of a part of conveying wheels in the channel can be uneven, or too fast or too slow or other problems exist, if the paper money slope is larger than the set value, the problem that conveying unbalance exists in the conveying wheels in the channel can be solved, the accurate conclusion can be obtained through the one-to-one analysis of the first sensor, and the alarm prompt of the situation that the paper money is continuously stretched (two paper money are continuously stretched) when the paper money is clamped and grinded in the machine core channel state is realized.
In the concrete implementation, each group of detection data of the correlation sensor respectively corresponds to form one paper money data queue; each group of sensors records the banknote data queue of the banknote passing through the sensor, namely the serial number and the banknote width of each banknote, and the interval and the slope of the previous banknote; each set of the correlation sensors may be mounted in a position above and below a corresponding region in the banknote passageway. The distance between each pair of sensors is required to ensure that if the banknote in the movement channel can be detected, the arrangement is designed according to the situation, and whether the banknote passes currently can be judged by the brightness and darkness of the states of the sensors.
In particular, when prompting according to the judgment result, the sensor can prompt or alarm according to the state indicator lamp of the corresponding sensor to locate the problematic part in the paper money channel, or the upper computer can collect the paper money data queue formed by the sensor to compare, and then prompt and alarm on the upper computer, such as displaying the paper money channel picture of the equipment and the arrangement position of the sensor through a graphical interface, and when alarming, the display of the paper money channel picture is convenient to check in a certain way to alarm, such as marking with red alarm points or rings at the position of the problematic channel, or sending out alarm sound prompt, etc., which is not particularly limited.
If the movement banknote counting flow is taken as an example, during banknote counting, when the banknote is conveyed in the banknote channel, the banknote passes through the banknote sorting module and the banknote identifying module which pass through the depositing and withdrawing acceptance port in sequence; the corresponding channels of the money separating module and the paper money identifying module of the money depositing and withdrawing acceptance port are respectively provided with a correlation sensor, and the correlation sensors are respectively used for collecting corresponding detection data of paper money in the channels to form a paper money data queue; and comparing the banknote data queues of the sensors through which the banknotes pass, if the slope of the banknote passing through the banknote sorting module of the deposit and withdrawal accepting port is found to be normal, but the condition that the slope is overlarge occurs when the banknote identifying module is reached, the problem of the banknote identifying module or the channel structure of the joint part of the banknote identifying module and the banknote sorting module of the deposit and withdrawal accepting port is described, and the specific position is to see which pair of sensors the slope of the banknote passes through is overlarge.
In another aspect of the present invention, there is provided a financial device channel state detection apparatus, including:
the correlation sensor comprises a plurality of groups of preset detection data which are respectively arranged in the paper currency channels to detect paper currencies conveyed in the paper currency channels;
the paper money data queue module is used for recording detection data acquired by the correlation sensor to form a plurality of paper money data queues; the data in each banknote data queue comprises banknote serial numbers, banknote widths, banknote slopes and banknote intervals;
and the judging module is used for judging the banknote channel transmission state according to the detection data in the data queue and prompting according to the judging result.
Wherein each group of detection data of the correlation sensor respectively corresponds to one banknote data queue
The judging module comprises a detection data comparing module and a paper money channel judging module, wherein the detection data comparing module is used for sequentially comparing detection data in the front data queue and the rear data queue, and judging the state of the paper money channel according to the detection data comparison result of the rear data queue and the front data queue.
The device for detecting the channel state of the financial equipment provided by the invention adopts the method for detecting the channel state of the financial equipment to detect the channel state of the financial equipment, and the specific detection flow and the step process are referred to the description of the method for detecting the channel state of the financial equipment, and the detection process of the device is not described any more.
By adopting the technical scheme, the invention has accurate positioning and high safety, can accurately know the state of the paper currency at each sensor position, not only can obtain the number of the paper currency, but also can obtain whether the paper currency is wide or not and whether the paper currency is oblique, and the paper currency is judged to be good or bad of a paper currency grinding mechanism of equipment and the compatibility of equipment channels with the paper currency, thereby solving the problem that the paper currency cannot be positioned timely and accurately in the running process of the equipment.
