The water replenishing method in the prior art generally adopts an overflow pipe which branches part of water to replenish water for the toilet bowl through a drain valve in the water inlet process of a water inlet valve after the toilet bowl is drained, and the water replenishing method generally has the following defects:
1. when the flushing of the water tank is finished, the water inlet valve starts to feed water and supplement water, and when the beginning part of the water supplement reaches the toilet bowl, the water is siphoned away along with flushing water, so that the water cannot be left in the toilet bowl to play a role of water seal, and the waste of water resources is caused;
2. the water supplementing time of the water inlet valve is the same as the water inlet time of the water inlet valve, and the water supplementing amount is influenced by the water supplementing time and the water supplementing flow rate, so that the water supplementing amount is unstable and is difficult to accurately control, the siphon effect of a toilet is possibly affected by too little water supplementing amount, or water resource waste is caused by too much water supplementing amount;
3. because the water replenishing time of the drain valve in full row is longer than that of the drain valve in half row, under the condition that the water replenishing flow rate of the water inlet valve is unchanged, the water replenishing quantity of the drain valve in full row is larger than that of the drain valve in half row, and when the water replenishing quantity of the drain valve in half row is enough, the water replenishing quantity of the drain valve in full row is too much, and water resource waste can be caused.

It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are for purposes of illustration only and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
First embodiment:
as shown in fig. 1 to 5, the siphon type water replenishing device of the present invention comprises a water inlet valve 20, a water outlet valve 30 and a water replenishing device 40 which are arranged in a water tank 10, wherein the water replenishing device 40 is provided with a siphon channel 43, the siphon channel 43 is provided with a siphon start water level L1 and a siphon end water level L2, the water inlet valve 20 is provided with a water inlet and stop control mechanism 23 so that the water inlet valve 20 stops water inlet when the water level in the water tank 10 rises to a water stop water level L3, when the water level in the water tank 10 reaches the siphon start water level L1 during water inlet or water stop, the siphon channel 43 pumps water in the water tank 10 to a toilet bowl through a siphon action so as to replenish water for the toilet bowl until the water level in the water tank 10 falls from the water stop water level L3 to the siphon end water level L2, and after the siphon is ended, the water inlet and stop control mechanism 23 enables the water level in the water tank 10 to be at a second water stop water level which is lower than the water stop start water stop water level L1.
In order to further ensure that the water level of the water tank reaches the water stop level L3, the water inlet/outlet control mechanism 23 of the water inlet valve can normally stop the water inlet valve, in this embodiment, the siphon start level L1 is preferably slightly lower than the water stop level L3, or the siphon start level L1 is flush with the water stop level L3, and since the siphon speed when the siphon start level L1 is slightly lower than the water stop level L3 is greater than the siphon speed when the siphon start level L1 is flush with the water stop level L3, as shown in fig. 2, in this embodiment, the siphon start level L1 is preferably slightly lower than the water stop level L3, and the siphon speed of the siphon channel 43 is relatively fast and can ensure that the water level of the water tank can normally rise to reach the water stop level L3.
In this embodiment, the height of the water inlet and outlet control mechanism 23 is adjustable, so that the height of the water stop level L3 is adjustable, and correspondingly, the height of the siphon channel 43 of the water compensator is adjustable, so that the height of the siphon start level L1 is adjustable, and water tanks with different heights can be matched as required, that is, when the water tank is higher, the water stop level L3 and the siphon start level L1 can be correspondingly adjusted to higher positions, and when the water tank is shorter, the water stop level L3 and the siphon start level L1 can be correspondingly adjusted to lower positions, so that the siphon start level L1 is always slightly lower than the water stop level L3.
In this embodiment, the siphon channel 43 includes a siphon water compensating port 44 communicating with the water tank 10 and a siphon water outlet 45 communicating with the toilet, a horizontal line at which the external air can first enter the siphon channel 43 during the siphon process is the siphon end water level L2, that is, when the siphon water compensating port 44 is higher than the siphon water outlet 45, a horizontal line at which the external air can first enter the siphon channel 43 during the siphon process is the siphon end water level L2, and when the siphon water compensating port 44 is lower than the siphon water outlet 45, a horizontal line at which the external air can first enter the siphon channel 43 during the siphon process is the siphon end water level L2.
In this embodiment, the water tank 10 is provided with an overflow channel 32 that is communicated with the siphon channel 43, the water in the siphon channel 43 flows to the toilet bowl water seal through the overflow channel 32, the overflow channel 32 is formed in the overflow pipe 31, specifically, the drain valve 30 is provided with the overflow pipe 31, or the overflow pipe 31 is independently arranged in the water tank 10, the drain valve 30 is provided with the overflow pipe 31, which is not described in detail herein, and the overflow pipe 31 in this embodiment can be made into a height-adjustable overflow pipe to be matched with the height adjustment of the water stop control mechanism 23; the water replenishing device 40 further comprises a water replenishing body 41 in sleeved fit with the top end of the overflow pipe 31, the water replenishing body 41 comprises an annular inner wall and an annular outer wall which are arranged at radial intervals and are in sealing connection with each other through a top wall, the top end of the overflow pipe 31 is sleeved into the interval between the annular inner wall and the annular outer wall, the annular inner wall, the annular outer wall and the top wall are respectively matched with the pipe wall of the overflow pipe 31 at intervals to form a siphon channel 43, and the siphon channel 43 is in a reverse U shape. The water replenishing body 41 further comprises overflow caps arranged above the top ends of the annular inner wall and the annular outer wall at intervals, wherein an overflow port 33 is formed between the overflow caps and the top ends of the annular inner wall and the annular outer wall, and the overflow port 33 is communicated with the overflow channel 32 of the overflow pipe 31. In this embodiment, the annular inner wall of the water replenishing body 41 is provided with a siphon water outlet 45, the annular outer wall of the water replenishing body 41 is provided with a siphon water replenishing port 44, and the siphon water outlet 45 is lower than the siphon water replenishing port 44, so that the height of the siphon water replenishing port 44 determines the height of the siphon end water level L2.
In this embodiment, the water inlet/outlet control mechanism 23 of the water inlet valve 20 includes a water-outlet float 22 for controlling the water inlet valve 20 to inlet and outlet water, and when the water level in the water tank 10 drops to the float drop water level L4, the water-outlet float 22 drops, and here, the technology of controlling the water inlet valve 20 to inlet water and outlet water by the water-outlet float 22 is the prior art, and not described in detail herein, the siphon end water level L2 of this embodiment is higher than the float drop water level L4.
Adjusting the water supplementing amount: the water replenishing device 40 is further provided with a water replenishing adjusting piece 46, the annular outer wall of the water replenishing body 41 comprises a fixing portion and the water replenishing adjusting piece 46 provided with a siphon water replenishing port 44, the water replenishing adjusting piece 46 moves up and down relative to the fixing portion of the annular outer wall to adjust the height of the siphon water replenishing port 44, and a sealing ring 47 is arranged between the water replenishing adjusting piece 46 and the fixing portion of the annular outer wall to ensure that the siphon water replenishing port 44 moves on the water replenishing adjusting piece 46 along with the water replenishing adjusting piece 46 instead of on the fixing portion. The invention adjusts the siphon end water level L2 by adjusting the position of the siphon water supplementing port 44 on the water supplementing adjusting piece 46, thereby adjusting the water supplementing amount, and the water supplementing amount is consistent regardless of whether the water draining valve 30 is in full-line or half-line because the water supplementing amount is irrelevant to the mode of executing full-line or half-line of the water draining valve 30.
It can be understood that, in order to make the water replenishing amount of the water replenishing device capable of being matched with more toilets, we need to expand the maximum adjustable range of the water replenishing amount as much as possible, so as to improve the universality of the water replenishing device, and the manner of controlling the maximum adjustable range of the water replenishing amount is as follows in detail:
in this embodiment, the water-stopping cup 21 is further included for accommodating the water-stopping float bowl 22, after the water in the water tank rises to the water inlet end of the water-stopping cup 21, the water enters the water-stopping cup 21 beyond the water inlet end of the water-stopping cup, so that the water-stopping float bowl 22 in the water-stopping cup 21 can float upwards to control the water inlet valve to stop water, the height of the water inlet end of the water-stopping cup 21 determines the height of the water-stopping water level L3, the height of the floating cavity after the water-stopping float bowl 22 floats determines the height of the water-stopping drop water level L4, so that the distance between the water-stopping water level L3 and the water-stopping cavity top wall after the water-stopping float bowl 22 floats is controlled by controlling the distance between the water-stopping water inlet end of the water-stopping cup 21 and the water-stopping cavity top wall after the water-stopping float bowl 22 floats, and thus controlling the maximum adjustable range of the water-stopping quantity is controlled, the embodiment is preferable, the whole floating cavity of the water-stopping float bowl 22 is positioned below the water-stopping water level L3 after the water-stopping float bowl 22 floats, and the water-stopping float bowl 22 is lifted, and the water-stopping cavity is increased by the distance between the water-stopping bowl 22 and the water-stopping float bowl is increased by the water-stopping cavity. In addition, the mode of controlling the maximum adjustable range of the water supplementing amount in this embodiment may also be that the cross-sectional area of the water-stop float 22 is controlled to control the interval between the water-stop water level L3 and the water-drop-in-float position L4, specifically, when the cross-sectional area of the water-stop float 22 is increased, the water-drop-in-float position L4 is lowered, at this time, since the water-stop water level L3 is kept unchanged due to the fact that the height of the water-in-wall of the water-stop cup 21 is determined, the interval between the water-stop water level L3 and the water-drop-in-float position L4 can be increased.
In this embodiment, since the water stop float bowl 22 is disposed in the water stop cup 21, the water inlet valve stops water inlet after the siphon is completed, that is, the second water stop level is flush with the siphon completion level L2.
In addition, for the water inlet valve without the water stop cup 21, that is, the water stop float bowl 22 is independently arranged and is not matched with the water stop cup 21, the mode of controlling the maximum adjustable range of the water supplementing amount can be realized by arranging a counterweight structure for applying counterweight force or magnetic force to the water stop float bowl 22, the interval between the water stop water level L3 and the water falling position L4 of the float bowl is controlled by controlling the counterweight force or magnetic force of the counterweight structure, specifically, the counterweight force can be provided by arranging counterweight water on the water stop float bowl 22, after the counterweight water is arranged on the water stop float bowl 22, the water stop float bowl 22 needs larger buoyancy to overcome the counterweight force of the counterweight water, and the water stop float bowl 22 can be floated upwards due to the larger buoyancy, and after water stop, the counterweight force of the counterweight water on the water stop float bowl 22 disappears, the water stop float bowl 22 is unchanged at the water falling position L4 before and after the counterweight water is increased, and the interval between the water stop float bowl 22 and the water falling position L4 of the water stop float bowl is increased; similarly, a counterweight structure is adopted to provide a magnetic force to the water-stop float bowl 22, after the magnetic force is applied to the water-stop float bowl 22, the water-stop float bowl 22 needs larger buoyancy to overcome the magnetic force, the water-stop float bowl 22 floats upwards due to the larger buoyancy, so that the water-stop water level L3 is increased, and after water is stopped, the water-stop float bowl 22 has no change in the water-stop water level L4 due to the disappearance of the magnetic force to the water-stop float bowl 22, so that the interval between the water-stop water level L3 and the water-stop water level L4 can be increased. Here, for the water inlet valve provided with only a single water stop float bowl 22 without the water stop cup 21, when the water level in the water tank reaches the siphon end water level L2 after the siphon is ended, the water inlet valve 20 may be in a water stop state or may be in a continuous water inlet state, in the first case, when the water inlet valve 20 is in a water stop state after the siphon is ended, the siphon end water level L2 is flush with the second water stop water level; in the second case, when the water inlet valve 20 is in a continuous water inlet state after the siphon is completed, the water level in the water tank 10 will rise from the siphon end water level L2 to the second water stop level, and the water inlet valve 20 stops water inlet, and at this time, the siphon end water level L2 is lower than the second water stop level.
The working principle of the invention is briefly described as follows:
according to the invention, when the water inlet valve 20 stops water, the water quantity in the water tank 10 is more than the water quantity required by normal operation of a toilet, in the water inlet process of the water inlet valve 20, when the water level in the water tank 10 reaches the siphon starting water level L1, the siphon channel 43 starts to generate siphonage, at the moment, the water inlet valve 20 continuously enters water, the water level in the water tank 10 continuously rises to the water stopping water level L3 because the water inlet flow rate is more than the siphon flow rate, the water inlet valve 20 stops water, the siphon starting water level L1 is only slightly lower than the water stopping water level L3, so that the water stopping of the water inlet valve 20 and the siphon channel 43 start to generate siphonage almost simultaneously, the siphon channel 43 pumps the water in the water tank 10 to the overflow channel 32 of the overflow pipe 31 through the siphonage action to supplement water for the toilet, until the water level in the water tank 10 is reduced from the water stopping water level L3 to the siphon ending water level L2, and after the siphon ending, the water feeding control mechanism 23 enables the water level in the water tank 10 to be at the second water stopping level L3 for stopping siphonage, the water stopping the water feeding valve is enabled to be at the water stopping level L2, namely, the water stopping control mechanism 23 is enabled to be in the water stopping siphon state under the water stopping state of water stopping of the siphon; because the water supplementing quantity extracted by the siphon channel 43 is fixed, the water supplementing quantity of the whole and half drainage of the drainage valve is consistent, and the water supplementing quantity is not influenced by the water inlet time of the whole drainage or half drainage water inlet valve; and when the water supplementing quantity is regulated, the full and half water supplementing quantity is directly and uniformly regulated, the regulation is not needed respectively, and the operation is more convenient. Therefore, the invention adopts the siphon way to supplement water for the toilet, so that the water supplementing amount is consistent when the toilet is fully arranged and semi-arranged, and the water supplementing way is used for supplementing water, and has the advantages of simple and reliable structure, convenient adjustment, small volume, good general matching property and low cost.
