Abstract

本发明属于无纺布技术领域,具体涉及一种提高无纺布拉伸强度的方法,包括(1)原料配比,无纺布:柠檬酸:乙酸酐:海藻酸钠:去离子水;(2)将无纺布放置到蚂蚁草蒸煮液中浸泡,然后超声波的环境下处理,采用氯化钙溶液浸泡,再取出,清水洗涤,烘干;(3)将无纺布放置在温度为50℃、空气相对湿度为40%的环境下放置;(4)将上述处理的无纺布、柠檬酸和去离子水按步骤(1)中的质量比例混合,然后置于超声波的环境下进行处理,再添加乙酸酐、海藻酸钠,置于微波反应仪进行处理,经微波处理后,取出,采用清水洗涤,最后烘干,即可。经过本发明各处理步骤的协同作用处理的无纺布弹性和回复性得到极大的提高,尤其是拉伸强度得到极大的提高。

技术领域
本发明属于无纺布技术领域,具体涉及一种提高无纺布拉伸强度的方法。
背景技术
无纺布制品质轻、环保、可循环利用,适用于农用薄膜、制鞋、制革、床垫、子母被、装饰、化工、印刷、汽车、剪裁、家具、服装衬布、医疗卫生用品等,用途广泛,经济实惠,随着无纺布的发展,无纺布的应用得到极大的推广,但是现有的聚丙烯无纺布拉伸强度不高,无法满足某些场合的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有的问题,提供了一种提高无纺布拉伸强度的方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种提高无纺布拉伸强度的方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)原料配比,其中,无纺布:柠檬酸:乙酸酐:海藻酸钠:去离子水质量为1:4-10:1-3:0.1-0.3:12-15;
(2)将无纺布放置到蚂蚁草蒸煮液中在40℃下浸泡30min,然后超声波的环境下处理2min,再取出无纺布,采用质量浓度为1.2%的氯化钙溶液在40℃下浸泡10min,再取出,清水洗涤,烘干;
(3)将无纺布放置在温度为50℃、空气相对湿度为40%的环境下放置3-5小时;
(4)将上述处理的无纺布、柠檬酸和去离子水按步骤(1)中的质量比例混合,浸泡25min,然后置于超声波的环境下进行处理4-6min,再添加乙酸酐、海藻酸钠,置于微波反应仪进行处理2-4min,经微波处理后,取出,采用清水洗涤,置于温度为42℃下,保温30min,最后烘干,即可。
进一步的,所述无纺布采用聚丙烯粒料为原料,经高温熔融、喷丝、铺纲、热压卷取生产而成。
进一步的,所述步骤(2)中超声波功率为800W。
进一步的,所述步骤(2)中蚂蚁草蒸煮液制备方法为:将蚂蚁草与豚草均匀混合后,放在太阳下晾晒2天,然后再采用质量浓度为20%的季戊四醇溶液浸泡40min,再过滤,添加蚂蚁草质量10倍的清水,大火烧开后,转小火继续煎煮1小时,然后过滤固体残渣,得其滤液,将滤液冷却后,放入0℃下冷藏4小时,然后自然恢复至室温,即得所需蚂蚁草蒸煮液。
进一步的,所述步骤(4)中超声波功率为1000W。
进一步的,所述步骤(4)中微波功率为200W。
本发明有益效果:经过本发明各处理步骤的协同作用处理的无纺布弹性和回复性得到极大的提高,耐温变性得到极大的加强,保形性好,强度高,尤其是拉伸强度得到极大的提高,并且还具有一定的热定型性,能保持住加热时形成的弯曲变形强力,耐磨性好,染色性好,染色牢固,在加热板136℃得条件下测定经过本发明处理的聚丙烯无纺布的热封强度为7N/25mm以上,拉伸强度为50MPa以上,经过本发明处理后的无纺布还具有抗菌性,经十多次漂洗后,抗菌性仍保持在90%以上,抗菌持久性好,可广泛应用于农用薄膜,制鞋,制革,床垫,子母被,装饰,化工,印刷,汽车,建材,家具等行业。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种提高无纺布拉伸强度的方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)原料配比,其中,无纺布:柠檬酸:乙酸酐:海藻酸钠:去离子水质量为1:4:1:0.1:12;
(2)将无纺布放置到蚂蚁草蒸煮液中在40℃下浸泡30min,然后超声波的环境下处理2min,再取出无纺布,采用质量浓度为1.2%的氯化钙溶液在40℃下浸泡10min,再取出,清水洗涤,烘干;
(3)将无纺布放置在温度为50℃、空气相对湿度为40%的环境下放置3小时;
(4)将上述处理的无纺布、柠檬酸和去离子水按步骤(1)中的质量比例混合,浸泡25min,然后置于超声波的环境下进行处理4min,再添加乙酸酐、海藻酸钠,置于微波反应仪进行处理2min,经微波处理后,取出,采用清水洗涤,置于温度为42℃下,保温30min,最后烘干,即可。
所述无纺布采用聚丙烯粒料为原料,经高温熔融、喷丝、铺纲、热压卷取生产而成。

(2)将无纺布放置到蚂蚁草蒸煮液中在40℃下浸泡30min,然后超声波的环境下处理2min,再取出无纺布,采用质量浓度为1.2%的氯化钙溶液在40℃下浸泡10min,再取出,清水洗涤,烘干;
(3)将无纺布放置在温度为50℃、空气相对湿度为40%的环境下放置5小时;
(4)将上述处理的无纺布、柠檬酸和去离子水按步骤(1)中的质量比例混合,浸泡25min,然后置于超声波的环境下进行处理6min,再添加乙酸酐、海藻酸钠,置于微波反应仪进行处理4min,经微波处理后,取出,采用清水洗涤,置于温度为42℃下,保温30min,最后烘干,即可。

(3)将无纺布放置在温度为50℃、空气相对湿度为40%的环境下放置4小时;
(4)将上述处理的无纺布、柠檬酸和去离子水按步骤(1)中的质量比例混合,浸泡25min,然后置于超声波的环境下进行处理5min,再添加乙酸酐、海藻酸钠,置于微波反应仪进行处理3min,经微波处理后,取出,采用清水洗涤,置于温度为42℃下,保温30min,最后烘干,即可。

Claims (6)

1.一种提高无纺布拉伸强度的方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)原料配比,其中,无纺布:柠檬酸:乙酸酐:海藻酸钠:去离子水质量为1:4-10:1-3:0.1-0.3:12-15;
(2)将无纺布放置到蚂蚁草蒸煮液中在40℃下浸泡30min,然后超声波的环境下处理2min,再取出无纺布,采用质量浓度为1.2%的氯化钙溶液在40℃下浸泡10min,再取出,清水洗涤,烘干;
(3)将无纺布放置在温度为50℃、空气相对湿度为40%的环境下放置3-5小时;
(4)将上述处理的无纺布、柠檬酸和去离子水按步骤(1)中的质量比例混合,浸泡25min,然后置于超声波的环境下进行处理4-6min,再添加乙酸酐、海藻酸钠,置于微波反应仪进行处理2-4min,经微波处理后,取出,采用清水洗涤,置于温度为42℃下,保温30min,最后烘干,即可。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种提高无纺布拉伸强度的方法,其特征在于,所述无纺布采用聚丙烯粒料为原料,经高温熔融、喷丝、铺纲、热压卷取生产而成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种提高无纺布拉伸强度的方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(2)中超声波功率为800W。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种提高无纺布拉伸强度的方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(2)中蚂蚁草蒸煮液制备方法为:将蚂蚁草与豚草均匀混合后,放在太阳下晾晒2天,然后再采用质量浓度为20%的季戊四醇溶液浸泡40min,再过滤,添加蚂蚁草质量10倍的清水,大火烧开后,转小火继续煎煮1小时,然后过滤固体残渣,得其滤液,将滤液冷却后,放入0℃下冷藏4小时,然后自然恢复至室温,即得所需蚂蚁草蒸煮液。
