打包丝主要用于再生资源的废旧物品打包用,一般为金属材质,为了便于捆绑废旧物品,通常将打包丝的一端部回绕后制成盘扣。生产打包丝的操作工序为:先将盘丝通过打包丝设备拉直后切断,然后再将其一端部回绕成盘扣。
打包丝需要具有很高的韧性和强度以及稳定性,一般金属材料达不到。
