本发明的技术方案为:一种提神专用肥皂,包括以下组分:薄荷油2.3%‑5.5%,主要起到醒脑、提神作用,冰片1%‑1.5%,主要起到清凉作用,珍珠粉3.1%‑6.3%,主要起到杀菌、辅助提神作用,迷迭香精油0.5%‑0.8%,主要起到醒脑、提神作用,烷烷基苯磺酸钠5%‑10%,合成洗涤剂,提高肥皂的洗涤效果,皂化植物油35%‑55%,为肥皂的主要洗涤成分,保证肥皂的基本洗涤效果,其余为碳酸钙,作为肥皂的填料,提高硬度。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种肥皂,特别涉及一种提神专用肥皂及其制备工艺。
背景技术
随着人民生活水平的提高,现代生活中涌现出各种洗涤用品,如肥皂、香皂、洗衣粉等,它们的主要功能是去污、洗涤。随着人们生活水平提高,对洗涤用品提出了更高的要求,既具有较强的去污、洗涤效果,又可以进行提神的专用肥皂。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种提神专用肥皂,通过传统肥皂的改进,开发了具有提神功能的肥皂。
本发明的技术方案为:一种提神专用肥皂,包括以下组分:薄荷油2.3%-5.5%,主要起到醒脑、提神作用,冰片1%-1.5%,主要起到清凉作用,珍珠粉3.1%-6.3%,主要起到杀菌、辅助提神作用,迷迭香精油0.5%-0.8%,主要起到醒脑、提神作用,烷烷基苯磺酸钠5%-10%,合成洗涤剂,提高肥皂的洗涤效果,皂化植物油35%-55%,为肥皂的主要洗涤成分,保证肥皂的基本洗涤效果,其余为碳酸钙,作为肥皂的填料,提高硬度。

优选地,所述冰片、珍珠粉粒径为10-50微米,此粒径的冰片、珍珠粉,有助于在肥皂中混合均匀,也有助于提神的治疗。
为进一步提高提神专用肥皂的肥效,本发明还提供一种提神专用肥皂的制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)皂化反应,将植物油与过量的NaOH和水混合,加热至50-80℃,通过10-50r/s的速度进行搅拌,反应60-100分,使得皂化率达到80%;
(2)盐析,逐渐加入NaCl,将皂化植物油逐渐析出,过滤,得固态皂化植物油;
(3)粉碎,将冰片、珍珠粉粉碎至10-50微米,此粒径的冰片、珍珠粉,有助于在肥皂中混合均匀,也有助于提神的治疗;
(4)向水中依次按比例加入薄荷油、迷迭香精油、烷基苯磺酸钠、皂化植物油,并不断搅拌,制成饱和溶液;
(5)将(4)所述的饱和溶液倒入带有搅拌装置蒸煮锅,并按比例加入冰片、珍珠粉以及碳酸钙,加热蒸煮,并不断搅拌,至固化成提神专用肥皂。

实施例1
一种提神专用肥皂,包括以下组分:薄荷油4%,主要起到醒脑、提神作用,冰片1.2%,主要起到清凉作用,珍珠粉5%,主要起到杀菌、辅助提神作用,迷迭香精油0.7%,主要起到醒脑、提神作用,烷烷基苯磺酸钠6%,合成洗涤剂,提高肥皂的洗涤效果,皂化植物油45%,为肥皂的主要洗涤成分,保证肥皂的基本洗涤效果,其余为碳酸钙,作为肥皂的填料,提高硬度。
优选地,所述皂化植物油为皂化橄榄油、棕榈油中的一种,此类皂化植物油具有滋养皮肤的作用。
优选地,所述冰片、珍珠粉粒径为10微米,此粒径的冰片、珍珠粉,有助于在肥皂中混合均匀,也有助于提神的治疗。

实施例2
一种提神专用肥皂,包括以下组分:薄荷油5.5%,主要起到醒脑、提神作用,冰片1.5%,主要起到清凉作用,珍珠粉6.3%,主要起到杀菌、辅助提神作用,迷迭香精油0.8%,主要起到醒脑、提神作用,烷烷基苯磺酸钠10%,合成洗涤剂,提高肥皂的洗涤效果,皂化植物油55%,为肥皂的主要洗涤成分,保证肥皂的基本洗涤效果,其余为碳酸钙,作为肥皂的填料,提高硬度。
优选地,所述皂化植物油为皂化橄榄油、棕榈油中的一种,此类皂化植物油具有滋养皮肤的作用。
优选地,所述冰片、珍珠粉粒径为50微米,此粒径的冰片、珍珠粉,有助于在肥皂中混合均匀,也有助于提神的治疗。
为进一步提高提神专用肥皂的肥效,本发明还提供一种提神专用肥皂的制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)皂化反应,将植物油与过量的NaOH和水混合,加热至80℃,通过50r/s的速度进行搅拌,反应100分,使得皂化率达到80%;
(2)盐析,逐渐加入NaCl,将皂化植物油逐渐析出,过滤,得固态皂化植物油;
(3)粉碎,将冰片、珍珠粉粉碎至50微米,此粒径的冰片、珍珠粉,有助于在肥皂中混合均匀,也有助于提神的治疗;
(4)向水中依次按比例加入薄荷油、迷迭香精油、烷基苯磺酸钠、皂化植物油,并不断搅拌,制成饱和溶液;
(5)将(4)所述的饱和溶液倒入带有搅拌装置蒸煮锅,并按比例加入冰片、珍珠粉以及碳酸钙,加热蒸煮,并不断搅拌,至固化成提神专用肥皂。

Claims (5)

1.一种提神专用肥皂,其特征在于,包括以下组分:
薄荷油2.3%-5.5%、冰片1%-1.5%、珍珠粉3.1%-6.3%、迷迭香精油0.5%-0.8%、烷烷基苯磺酸钠5%-10%、皂化植物油35%-55%、其余为碳酸钙。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种提神专用肥皂,其特征在于,包括以下组分:
薄荷油4%、冰片1.2%、珍珠粉5%、迷迭香精油0.7%、烷烷基苯磺酸钠6%、皂化植物油45%、其余为滑石粉。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的一种提神专用肥皂,其特征在于:所述皂化植物油为皂化橄榄油、棕榈油中的一种。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的一种提神专用肥皂,其特征在于:所述冰片、珍珠粉粒径为10-50微米。
5.一种提神专用肥皂的制备工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)皂化反应,将植物油与过量的NaOH和水混合,加热至50-80℃,通过10-50r/s的速度进行搅拌,反应60-100分,使得皂化率达到80%;
(2)盐析,逐渐加入NaCl,将皂化植物油逐渐析出,过滤,得固态皂化植物油;
(3)粉碎,将冰片、珍珠粉粉碎至10-50微米;
(4)向水中依次按权利要求1或2所述的比例加入薄荷油、迷迭香精油、烷基苯磺酸钠、皂化植物油,并不断搅拌,制成饱和溶液;
(5)将(4)所述的饱和溶液倒入带有搅拌装置蒸煮锅,并按权利要求1或2所述的比例加冰片、珍珠粉以及碳酸钙,加热蒸煮,并不断搅拌,至固化成提神专用肥皂。
