本发明公开了一种助燃剂、一种含有该助燃剂的高效复合燃料油、以及该高效复合燃料油的生产方法,其中,该助燃剂为含有小分子有机胺和氨的水溶液,各原料的用量比例为:小分子有机胺1.0ml、饱和氨水1.0ml、水补足100ml;该高效复合燃料油由以下质量百分比的原料组成:多元低碳醇20‑60%、助燃剂10‑50%、甲醇15%、甲苯5%、乙醇5%、高级脂肪醇4%、甲基叔丁基醚0.9%、过氧化氢0.05%、二茂铁0.05%。本发明的有益之处在于:(1)助燃剂常温状态下理化性质稳定、与其他组分互溶性好,高温状态下理化性质活跃、可促进燃料油充分燃烧;(2)复合燃料油引入助燃剂以后,大大提高了可燃物质的燃烧效率,由于燃烧更加完全,所以不仅提供的热能更多,而且排放的气体也更加清洁。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种助燃剂、一种含有该助燃剂的高效复合燃料油、以及该高效复合燃料油的生产方法,属于化学技术领域。
背景技术
现有的复合燃料油,由于长链烃含量较高,燃烧时与氧接触不充分,所以其燃烧效率不高。
由于现有的复合燃料油燃烧不够完全,所以不仅不能提供较多的热能,而且排放的气体中含有较多的污染物(例如:碳、一氧化碳等)。
发明内容
本发明的第一个目的在于提供一种常温状态下理化性质稳定、与其他组分互溶性好,高温状态下理化性质活跃、可促进燃料油充分燃烧的助燃剂。
本发明的第二个目的在于提供一种具有较高燃烧效率的高效复合燃料油,以及生产该高效复合燃料油的方法。
为了实现第一个目标,本发明采用如下的技术方案:
一种助燃剂,其特征在于,为含有小分子有机胺和氨的水溶液,各原料的用量比例为:
小分子有机胺 1.0ml、
饱和氨水 1.0ml、
水 补足100ml。
前述的助燃剂,其特征在于,前述小分子有机胺为乙二胺或乙醇胺。
前述的助燃剂,其特征在于,前述小分子有机胺为乙二胺和乙醇胺的混合物,二者之间以任意比例混合。
为了实现第二个目标,本发明采用如下的技术方案:
一种高效复合燃料油,其特征在于,含有前述的助燃剂,并由以下质量百分比的原料组成:
前述的高效复合燃料油,其特征在于,前述多元低碳醇为乙二醇。
前述的高效复合燃料油,其特征在于,前述高级脂肪醇为8-13碳醇。
前述的高效复合燃料油,其特征在于,生产方法为:
(1)将甲醇和二茂铁按先后顺序加入到一号配料罐中,搅拌20分钟待用;
(2)将多元低碳醇、甲苯、乙醇、高级脂肪醇、甲基叔丁基醚按顺序加入到二号配料罐中,搅拌30分钟待用;
(3)将助燃剂、过氧化氢按顺序加入到三号配料罐中,搅拌30分钟待用;
(4)将一号配料罐、二号配料罐、三号配料罐中配好的组分按先后顺序投入到四号罐中,搅拌40分钟,打入成品罐中,生产即告完成。
本发明的有益之处在于:
(一)助燃剂
(1)助燃剂是小分子化合物,在高温时性质非常活跃,能让燃料油液滴快速与环境中的氧充分接触,使其完全燃烧;
(2)助燃剂分子含有强氢键,在常温状态下物理性质和化学性质都十分稳定;
(3)助燃剂在常温下为液态物质,与其它组分互溶性很好。
(二)复合燃料油
引入助燃剂以后,在高温时助燃剂能让燃料油液滴快速与环境中的氧充分接触,使其完全燃烧,大大提高了可燃物质的燃烧效率,由于燃烧更加完全,不仅提供的热能更多,而且排放的气体也更加清洁。
(三)复合燃料油的制备方法
操作简便,易于实现,适合大规模生产。
具体实施方式
以下结合具体实施例对本发明作具体的介绍。
一、助燃剂
实施例1
将1.0ml乙二胺和1.0ml饱和氨水溶于水中,并定容至100ml。
实施例2
将1.0ml乙醇胺和1.0ml饱和氨水溶于水中,并定容至100ml。
实施例3
将0.5ml乙二胺、0.5ml乙醇胺和1.0ml饱和氨水溶于水中,并定容至100ml。
得到的助燃剂在常温下为液态物质,由于是小分子有机胺和氨的水溶液,所以与其它组分互溶性很好。
此外,由于助燃剂中的各组分均含有氢氧键或氮氢键,所以使其在常温状态下物理性质和化学性质都十分稳定。
助燃原理:由于得到的助燃剂是小分子化合物,沸点低,容易气化,所以在高温时性质非常活跃,并且由于饱和氨水、水和小分子有机胺(乙二胺、乙醇胺)的沸点依次提高,所以在不同的燃烧阶段助燃剂会以“***”的方式将燃料油液滴破碎分散,让燃料油液滴快速的、充分的与环境中的氧充分接触,使其完全燃烧。
二、复合燃料油
1、准备原料
多元低碳醇(乙二醇)、助燃剂、甲醇、甲苯、乙醇、高级脂肪醇(8-13碳醇)、甲基叔丁基醚、过氧化氢、二茂铁。
在上述各原料中,甲醇、甲苯、乙醇和高级脂肪醇为复合燃料油的主体,多元低碳醇用来提高复合燃料油的低温稳定性,过氧化氢利于点燃复合燃料油,助燃剂用来让燃料油液滴快速与环境中的氧充分接触从而使燃料油完全燃烧,甲基叔丁基醚和二茂铁用来提高燃烧的稳定性。
实施例4
多元低碳醇(乙二醇)20%、助燃剂50%、甲醇15%、甲苯5%、乙醇5%、高级脂肪醇(8碳醇)4%、甲基叔丁基醚0.9%、过氧化氢0.05%、二茂铁0.05%。
实施例5
多元低碳醇(乙二醇)35%、助燃剂35%、甲醇15%、甲苯5%、乙醇5%、高级脂肪醇(10碳醇)4%、甲基叔丁基醚0.9%、过氧化氢0.05%、二茂铁0.05%。
实施例6
多元低碳醇(乙二醇)60%、助燃剂10%、甲醇15%、甲苯5%、乙醇5%、高级脂肪醇(13碳醇)4%、甲基叔丁基醚0.9%、过氧化氢0.05%、二茂铁0.05%。
在实施例4、实施例5和实施例6中,使用的是实施例3所得到的助燃剂。
2、生产方法
(1)将甲醇和二茂铁按先后顺序加入到一号配料罐中,搅拌20分钟待用。
(2)将多元低碳醇、甲苯、乙醇、高级脂肪醇、甲基叔丁基醚按顺序加入到二号配料罐中,搅拌30分钟待用。
(3)将助燃剂、过氧化氢按顺序加入到三号配料罐中,搅拌30分钟待用。
(4)将一号配料罐、二号配料罐、三号配料罐中配好的组分按先后顺序投入到四号罐中,搅拌40分钟,打入成品罐中,生产即告完成。
三、复合燃料油的燃烧试验结果
试验组:含有助燃剂的复合燃料油(实施例4、实施例5和实施例6)。
对照组:不含有助燃剂的复合燃料油。
经燃烧试验,发现:
(1)试验组排放的尾气无色、无味,说明燃烧充分;
(2)对照组排放的尾气中含有黑色粉尘,说明燃烧不够充分。
四、结论
由此可见,引入助燃剂以后,大大提高了可燃物质的燃烧效率,由于燃烧更加完全,所以不仅提供的热能更多,而且排放的气体也更加清洁,同时大大降低了单位成本。
需要说明的是,上述实施例不以任何形式限制本发明,凡采用等同替换或等效变换的方式所获得的技术方案,均落在本发明的保护范围内。
