本发明涉及化工涂料领域,尤其涉及一种环保油漆。
背景技术
油漆是一种能牢固覆盖在物体表面,起保护、装饰、标志和其他特殊用途的化学混合物涂料。中国涂料界比较权威的涂料工艺一书是这样定义的:涂料是一种材料,这种材料可以用不同的实施工艺涂覆在物件表面,形成粘附牢固、具有一定强度、连续固态薄膜。这样形成的膜通称涂膜,又称漆膜或涂层。属于有机化工高分子材料,所形成的涂膜属于高分子化合物类型。按照现代通行的化工产品的分类,涂料属于精细化工产品。现有市场上的油漆大多含有有害化学物质,使用后味道很大,且不断散发一些有机化合物游离在空气中,一定程度上影响了消费者的健康。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种环保油漆,具有附着力强、成本低、环保卫生的特点。
为实现上述目的,本发明所提供的技术方案为:一种环保油漆,由以下按照重量份的原料组成:水溶丙烯酸树脂5-10份、钛白粉15-25份、纳米氧化银1-5份、植物油性树脂25-35份、松节油8-13份、天然树脂10-15份、氧化钙13-18份、水40-60份。
优选地,所述环保油漆由以下按照重量份的原料组成:水溶丙烯酸树脂5份、钛白粉15份、纳米氧化银1份、植物油性树脂25份、松节油8份、天然树脂10份、氧化钙13份、水40份。
