As shown in fig. 1 and 2, a prefabricated bag dividing and conveying device for a bag feeding type horizontal packing machine comprises a bag storage bin 10, a bag dividing mechanism 20, a conveying mechanism 30 and a bag taking mechanism 40; the end of the conveying mechanism 30 is fixedly arranged on the base plate 50 of the horizontal packing machine, the bag storage bin 10 is arranged above the starting end of the conveying mechanism 30, the bag separating mechanism 20 is arranged below the starting end of the conveying mechanism 30 and is arranged corresponding to the bag storage bin 10, and the bag taking mechanism 40 is arranged above the end of the conveying mechanism 30.

In a specific embodiment, the nut 143 and the screw rod 144 are further arranged on the bag bin mounting side plate 14, one end of the screw rod 144 is provided with a rotary handle 145, the other end of the screw rod 144 penetrates through the nut 143 and is connected with the bag bin side plate 11, and the width of the bag bin side plate 11 is pushed by rotating the rotary handle 145 and the screw rod 144 in the nut 143, so that the adjustment precision is further improved.
The bracket 12 is arranged below the side plate 11 of the bag bin, and a sliding rod 121 and a towing rod 122 are arranged on the bracket 12; one end of the sliding rod 121 is fixedly connected with the bracket 12, and the other end of the sliding rod passes through a sliding rod hole on the side plate 11 of the bag bin and is connected with the towing bar 122; the pallet 13 is mounted on the carrier 12.
The bag separating mechanism 20 comprises a bag separating cylinder 21, a bag separating suction pipe 22, a bag separating sucker 23, a connecting plate 24 and a clamping block 25; the bag separating cylinder 21 is fixedly arranged on a supporting plate 38 connected with the conveying installation side plate 35, and a piston rod of the bag separating cylinder 21 is connected with the connecting plate 24; the bag separating suction pipe 22 and the bag separating suction cup 23 are arranged on the connecting plate 24 through the clamping blocks 25. The bag separating cylinder 21 drives the connecting plate 24, and then drives the bag separating suction pipe 22 and the bag separating suction cup 23 to move up and down, and the bag separating suction cup 23 sucks the packaging bag in the bag storage bin 10 onto the conveying belt 33 of the conveying mechanism 30 to separate the bag.
The bag taking mechanism 40 comprises a first rocker 411, a first connecting rod 421, a second rocker 412, a rotating shaft 43, a second connecting rod 422, a third connecting rod 423, a cross rod 44, a bag taking mounting plate 45, a swing arm 46, a bag taking suction pipe 47 and a bag taking suction disc 48.
The tail end of the bag taking mounting plate 45 is arranged on a base plate 50 of the horizontal packing machine, and the rotating shaft 43 is arranged at the starting end of the bag taking mounting plate 45; the first rocker 411 is connected with a cam 60 on the main shaft of the horizontal packing machine, and the first rocker 411, the first connecting rod 421, the second rocker 412, the rotating shaft 43, the swing arm 46 and the cross rod 44 are sequentially connected; the second link 422, the third link 423 and the cross bar 44 are connected in sequence, and the lower end of the second link 422 is rotatably mounted on the bag taking mounting plate 45.
The bag taking suction pipe 45 and the bag taking suction cup 46 are mounted on the cross bar 44 and are arranged corresponding to the conveyor belt 33. The cam 60 on the main shaft of the horizontal packing machine drives the first rocker 411, and the swing arm 46 is rotated by the first connecting rod 421, the second rocker 412, the rotating shaft 43, the second connecting rod 422 and the third connecting rod 423, so that the bag taking suction pipe 45 and the bag taking suction disc 46 on the cross rod 44 are driven to do swinging motion, and bag taking work is completed, so that the packing bag enters the work flow of the horizontal packing machine.
