Abstract

本发明涉及复合布技术领域，尤其是一种环保型复合布，它包括表面层和底面层，在表面层和底面层之间分别设置两层中间层，所述的表面层为氨纶丝编织而成，所述的底面层为锦纶丝编织而成，两层中间层分别为碳纤维纱编织而成和表面涂布有活性碳的亚麻纤维层，表面层、底面层及中间层之间均通过粘胶或纱线复合而成。本发明所得到的一种环保型复合布，其内部设置的碳纤维纱编织的中间层具有一定的空气净化能力，同时尤其是表面涂布活性碳的亚麻纤维层，具有较强的有害气体吸附能力，净化空气能力强。

一种环保型复合布
技术领域
本发明涉及复合布技术领域，尤其是一种环保型复合布。
背景技术
目前的复合布均采用多层化纤或植物纤维编织而成的面料复合而成，其复合的面料无任何对空气的净化能力。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述技术的不足而提供一种结构合理，能有效的实现对空气进行净化处理的环保型复合布。
为了达到上述目的，本发明所设计的一种环保型复合布，它包括表面层和底面层，在表面层和底面层之间分别设置两层中间层，所述的表面层为氨纶丝编织而成，所述的底面层为锦纶丝编织而成，两层中间层分别为碳纤维纱编织而成和表面涂布有活性碳的亚麻纤维层，表面层、底面层及中间层之间均通过粘胶或纱线复合而成。
所述的碳纤维纱编织的中间层与底面层贴合，亚麻纤维层的中间层与表面层贴合。
本发明所得到的一种环保型复合布，其内部设置的碳纤维纱编织的中间层具有一定的空气净化能力，同时尤其是表面涂布活性碳的亚麻纤维层，具有较强的有害气体吸附能力，净化空气能力强。

下面通过实施例结合附图对本发明作进一步的描述。
实施例1：
如图1所示，本实施例描述的一种环保型复合布，它包括表面层1和底面层3，在表面层1和底面层3之间分别设置两层中间层2，所述的表面层1为氨纶丝编织而成，所述的底面层3为锦纶丝编织而成，两层中间层2分别为碳纤维纱编织而成和表面涂布有活性碳的亚麻纤维层，表面层1、底面层3及中间层2之间均通过粘胶复合而成。所述的碳纤维纱编织的中间层2与底面层3贴合，亚麻纤维层的中间层2与表面层1贴合。

1.一种环保型复合布，其特征是：它包括表面层和底面层，在表面层和底面层之间分别设置两层中间层，所述的表面层为氨纶丝编织而成，所述的底面层为锦纶丝编织而成，两层中间层分别为碳纤维纱编织而成和表面涂布有活性碳的亚麻纤维层，表面层、底面层及中间层之间均通过粘胶或纱线复合而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型复合布，其特征是：所述的碳纤维纱编织的中间层与底面层贴合，亚麻纤维层的中间层与表面层贴合。
