技术领域
本发明涉及到建筑材料的技术领域,特别是指一种保温装饰一体板。
背景技术
随着外界气候冷热交替循环、风霜雪雨等客观因素的影响,建筑物外层容易发生变黑、起壳、开裂、脱落等现象。近年来国家对建筑节能环保的要求不断升级,越来越多的建筑物外墙上都披上了一层保温材料,但是现有的外墙改造对原墙体都有破坏,而且在施工过程中会产生大量的粉尘、噪音,工序也复杂;有的保温材料的防火等级低,在施工过程中有时还会发生火灾,从而对人们的生命财产造成威胁。还有一些为了外墙美观,直接在外墙上涂上一层涂料,时间长了,仍然会造成脱落、起壳现象,这就需要重新涂刷,从而浪费人力、物力。
大多采用存在成本高、安装不方便、安装难度大的问题,且与墙体固定不牢固,容易脱落。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足,提供一种人造洞石保温装饰一体板及其制备方法。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种人造洞石保温装饰一体板,其特征在于,包括连接件、保温层和粘接在保温层外侧的人造洞石板;连接件包括连接杆和设置在连接杆上的环形凸起。所述连接杆的两端分别***到保温层、人造洞石板内,环形凸起位于保温层、人造洞石板之间。
进一步地,所述保温层通过粘结砂浆与人造洞石板粘结。
进一步地,还包括铺设于粘结砂浆上的网格布,所述网格布的孔径介于连接杆直径和环形凸起的直径之间;所述环形凸起位于网格布、人造洞石板之间。
进一步地,所述人造洞石板的侧壁具有插槽。
进一步地,所述人造洞石板的组分如下:白水泥:石英砂:减水剂:铁黄粉:铁红粉的质量比为1000:2000:3:0.4:0.05。
一种人造洞石保温装饰一体板的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)以洞石原模为模板,制备硅胶模;
(2)在硅胶模中进行面层颜料喷涂,之后浇筑人造洞石板浆料。所述面层颜料组分的质量配比按水:白水泥:铁黑:群青:铁红:铁黄=100:20:0.2:0.2:0.1:1.2。所述人造洞石板浆料通过以下方法得到:先将1000重量份的水泥和2000重量份的石英砂在搅拌机中加650-750重量份的水搅拌,将3重量份的减水剂、0.4重量份的铁黄、0.05重量份的铁红、30-60重量份的水搅拌为均匀悬浊液后,加入到水泥石英砂中,继续搅拌至颜色均匀一致后得到人造洞石板浆料;
(3)在保温层上涂覆粘结砂浆,后铺设网格布;然后将所述连接件的一端从网格布上方***到保温层内;
(4)将步骤2处理后的保温层贴合与浆料上方,使得连接件的另一端***到浆料内。
(5)养护到期后脱模,即得到人造洞石保温装饰一体板。
进一步地,所述硅胶模内侧壁具有插片模型,脱模后得到的人造洞石板具有插槽。
本发明的有益效果在于:比较于传统的陶粒洞石面密度小,由于有机保温层的存在使保温隔热效果更好;另一方面,将仿洞石与保温层复合,内置加强筋可以在实现保温装饰效果的同时从源头上增加***强度安全性,预埋槽可以极大的在保证***安全性基础上提高安装效率。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,一种人造洞石保温装饰一体板,包括连接件1、保温层2和粘接在保温层2外侧的人造洞石板3;其中,保温层2通过粘结砂浆4与人造洞石板3粘结。粘结砂浆4上铺设有网格布5,网格布5位于粘结砂浆4和人造洞石板3之间;连接件1包括连接杆11和设置在连接杆11上的环形凸起12。所述网格布5的孔径介于连接杆11直径和环形凸起12的直径之间;所述连接杆11的两端分别***到保温层2、人造洞石板3内,所述环形凸起12位于网格布5、人造洞石板3之间。通过网格布5与连接件1的相互配合,可以在实现保温装饰效果的同时从源头上提高产品抗折强度、饰面层与保温层的复合强度,从而增强***安全性。
此外,人造洞石板3的侧壁还可以具有插槽31,方便通过Z字形扣件进行安装,实现与墙体的粘锚,大大增强其抗负风压能力,如图1所示。
上述人造洞石保温装饰一体板通过以下步骤制备得到:
(1)以洞石原模为模板,制备硅胶模;具体如下:
(1.1)将洞石原模上的大孔及边缘棱角处的孔洞用云石胶补平,放置水平台上确保洞石原模平整
(1.2)以平整度极高的建筑模板作为底板,四周采用同材质模板做框形成模框,将模框放置在水平台上进行浇筑。
(1.4)模具硅胶与固化剂按一次性7kg:0.08kg比例进行配置,混合后搅拌约15min左右,使其混合均匀,之后放入真空箱内抽真空消除搅拌产生的气泡;
(1.5)将硅胶浇筑在洞石原模上,用刮板用力刮平(消除残余气泡及提高平整度)浇筑好的硅胶应表面平整与框齐高,且底板上无硅胶流出。约20h后可以拆模,拆模后模具可以马上开始使用。
(2)在硅胶模中浇筑人造洞石板浆料,进行面层颜料喷涂,所述面层颜料组分的质量配比按水:白水泥:铁黑:群青:铁红:铁黄=100:20:0.2:0.2:0.1:1.2。所述人造洞石板浆料通过以下方法得到:先将1000重量份的水泥和2000重量份的石英砂在搅拌机中加650-750重量份的水搅拌,将3重量份的减水剂、0.4重量份的铁黄、0.05重量份的铁红、30-60重量份是水搅拌为均匀悬浊液后,加入到水泥石英砂中,继续搅拌至颜色均匀一致后得到人造洞石板浆料;
(3)在保温层2上涂覆粘结砂浆4,后铺设网格布5;然后将所述连接件1的一端从网格布5上方***到保温层2内;
(4)将步骤2处理后的保温层2贴合与浆料上方,使得连接件1的另一端***到浆料内。
(5)养护到期后脱模,得到人造洞石保温装饰一体板。
经测试,人造洞石保温装饰一体板的拉伸粘结强度大于0.10MPa(且破坏发生在保温层内部),面密度小于等于20kg/m2。
为构建人造洞石板3侧壁的插槽31,可通过在硅胶模内侧壁的插片模型来实现。

1.一种人造洞石保温装饰一体板,其特征在于,包括连接件(1)、保温层(2)和粘接在保温层(2)外侧的人造洞石板(3);所述保温层(2)通过粘结砂浆(4)与人造洞石板(3)粘结。粘结砂浆(4)与人造洞石板(3)之间铺设有网格布(5);连接件(1)包括连接杆(11)和设置在连接杆(11)上的环形凸起(12)。所述网格布(5)的孔径介于连接杆(11)直径和环形凸起(12)的直径之间;所述连接杆(11)的两端分别***到保温层(2)、人造洞石板(3)内,环形凸起(12)位于网格布(5)、人造洞石板(3)之间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的人造洞石保温装饰一体板,其特征在于,所述人造洞石板(3)的侧壁具有插槽(31)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的人造洞石保温装饰一体板,其特征在于,所述人造洞石板(3)的组分如下:白水泥:石英砂:减水剂:铁黄粉:铁红粉的质量比为1000:2000:3:0.4:0.05。

(5)养护到期后脱模,即得到人造洞石保温装饰一体板。
