本发明公开了一种木地板原木色效果涂装工艺，包括如下步骤：地板素板砂光；涂布原木色水性底漆；涂布UV油或UV漆涂装。UV漆包括UV附着底漆、UV哑光底漆、UV无光面漆，均为低光泽，涂饰后漆膜接近木材的本色。本发明优点：操作工艺简单、涂饰的地板外观自然，保持了木地板基材自身的颜色和外观特点，具有原木的原滋原味，使用后易打理翻修。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种木地板原木色效果涂装工艺。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平日益提高，对地板的风格化和个性化的需求越来越多，现有工艺涂装生产的地板多数是油漆涂膜很厚、比较光亮的，操作工艺比较复杂，并且厚厚的漆膜让地板失去了木材本身的一些自然属性，感觉像在地板上面覆盖了一层塑料薄膜。
发明内容
为了获得木材涂饰后还具有原木的涂装效果，本发明的目的是提供一种木材原木色涂装工艺，通过原木色的水性底漆封闭性强的特点，来保持木材的颜色，让木材的涂装更自然，同时结合UV油的涂装，突出了木材本身的纹理，让地板保持木材的自然的属性。本发明操作施工简单，是一套新的地板涂装风格。本发明丰富了地板的涂装效果，让地板回归自然的属性，是一种地板涂装新的风格体系，满足个性化的需求。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案实现：
一种木地板原木色效果涂装工艺，其特征在于涂装工艺如下：
1）地板素板打磨处理，除尽灰尘；
2）涂布原木色水性底漆15~20 g/m2，过红外烘道烘干；
3）涂布UV油或UV漆涂装，完成木地板原木色涂装工艺。
本发明中，地板素板用240#砂纸、320#砂纸打磨处理。
UV油分底油和面油，各涂布一道，涂布效果开放自然。UV漆包括UV附着底漆、UV哑光底漆、UV无光面漆，均为低光泽，涂饰后漆膜接近木材的本色。
本发明原木色涂装工艺中，原木色水性底漆成膜性好，封闭性强，既不改变木材本身的颜色，同时能防止UV油或UV漆对木材的渗透和润湿，让木材保持本身的色调。
本发明优点：操作工艺简单、涂饰的地板外观自然，接近木材本色的色调，具有原木的效果，让木地板保持了原有的自然属性，使用后易打理翻修。
具体实施方式
一种木地板原木色效果涂装工艺，如下：
（1）地板素板用240#砂纸、320#砂纸打磨处理，除尽灰尘；
（2）涂布原木色水性底漆15~20 g/m2，过红外烘道烘干；
（3）涂布UV油或UV漆涂装。
实施例1
（1）将地板素板用240#砂纸、320#砂纸打磨处理，除尽灰尘；
（2）涂布原木色水性底漆15~20 g/m2，过红外烘道烘干；
（3）辊涂UV底油,涂布量：10~20g/m2，过紫外灯，抛光；辊涂UV面油，涂布量：5~7g/m2，过紫外灯，全固化。
实施例2
（1）将地板素板用240#砂纸、320#砂纸打磨处理，除尽灰尘；
（2）涂布原木色水性底漆15~20 g/m2，过红外烘道烘干；
（3）辊涂UV附着力底漆,涂布量：15~20g/m2，过紫外灯，半固化；辊涂UV哑光底漆，涂布量：15~20g/m2，打毛刷，过紫外灯，表干，抛光；辊涂UV无光面漆，涂布量：5~7g/m2，过紫外灯，半固化；辊涂UV无光面漆，涂布量：5~7g/m2，过紫外灯，全固化。
实施例3
针对不同的木材，木材本身的颜色有差异，可以在原木色水性中根据木材的颜色进行修色，修色中使用透明的纳米水性色浆。
检测涂装好的地板的性能，结果如下：

1.一种木地板原木色效果涂装工艺，其特征在于涂装工艺如下：
1）地板素板打磨处理，除尽灰尘；
2）涂布原木色水性底漆15~20 g/m2，过红外烘道烘干；
3）涂布UV油或UV漆涂装，完成木地板原木色涂装工艺。
2.根据权利要求1所述的木地板原木色效果涂装工艺，其特征在于：地板素板用240#砂纸、320#砂纸打磨处理。
3.根据权利要求1所述的木地板原木色效果涂装工艺，其特征在于：UV油分底油和面油，各涂布一道，涂布效果开放自然。
4.根据权利要求1所述的木地板原木色效果涂装工艺，其特征在于：UV漆包括UV附着底漆、UV哑光底漆、UV无光面漆，均为低光泽，涂饰后漆膜接近木材的本色。
