Description

Prosthesis recovery device
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of medical instruments, and particularly relates to a prosthesis recovery device
Background
Prosthesis implantation, such as stent implantation, is a technique which utilizes puncture, catheter, balloon catheter expansion formation, metal stent implantation and other techniques to expand and recanalize narrow and occluded blood vessels or cavities and solves the problem of the traditional surgical blind area; the operation has the advantages of small wound, high curative effect, low risk, less complication, short hospitalization time and the like, and is a frequently adopted treatment method for diseases such as narrow cavity channel, occlusion and the like; however, an important risk in this type of surgery is the unintended detachment of the prosthesis, i.e. the unloading of the prosthesis. The unloading of the prosthesis may lead to acute thrombosis with serious consequences such as stent drift and even death of the patient. At present, three main ideas exist for the treatment of stent unloading, namely, fixing the unloaded stent in a blood vessel, such as expanding or extruding by using a balloon to prevent the unloaded stent from drifting; secondly, the stent is taken out through the channel of the implantation operation, for example, the stent is taken out by using the basket net device, the double-guide-wire technology and other instruments; thirdly, the bracket is taken out through surgical operation. The manner in which this is re-secured is of limited scope and in many cases requires the stent to be removed. And the intracavity stent is taken out by adopting the operation, so that the pain of the patient is increased, and the recovery period is prolonged.
And the stent is taken out through the path of the implantation operation, which is an effective way for reducing the risk of the operation and causing secondary injury to the patient. For example, chinese patent document CN2317883Y discloses an endoluminal stent retrieval device, which at least comprises two hook rods, a hook rod support, a catheter and a cover tube, wherein the hook rods are bent and have front ends with hooks, and rear ends thereof are circumferentially fixed at the front ends of the hook rod support at equal intervals; when the device is used, the guide wire is firstly positioned in an intracavity support waiting for recovery, the guide wire penetrates through a guide wire hole in the center of the hook rod support and the guide pipe, then the guide pipe of the recovery device is pulled backwards, the hook rod is retracted into the hood pipe, the hood pipe and the guide pipe are pushed to the upper part of the intracavity support along the guide wire direction, the hood pipe is positioned, the guide pipe is slowly pushed forwards, the hook rod at the front end of the hood pipe extends out of the hood pipe and is opened for a certain angle, the hook at the front end of the hook rod hooks the upper end of the intracavity support, then the guide pipe is pulled backwards, and in the process, the hook rod drives the intracavity support to contract and move upwards and to be retracted into. And finally, the recoverer and the guide wire are retracted.
However, because of poor visual conditions of the operation, the stent retrieving device disclosed in CN2317883Y requires multiple attempts to successfully perform operations such as positioning the covering tube and hooking the stent by the hook, so that the operation process is complicated and the success rate is not high.

Detailed Description
Example 1
The technical scheme of the invention is clearly and completely described in the following with reference to the accompanying drawings
A prosthesis retrieval device, comprising:
a support part 1 having a certain hardness;
a variable part connected to the support part;
the variable portion is adapted to change a radial dimension into an expanded state under the influence of a predetermined factor to limit displacement of the prosthesis.
The supporting part 1 is a rod-shaped component; the variable part is a winding body 2, and the winding body 2 is partially or completely wound on the rod-shaped component. In this embodiment, the retrieval device is a guide wire, so that when the prosthesis is unloaded, the stent can be removed by controlling the variable portion to expand and pull the guide wire. In an alternative embodiment, the retrieval device may be a separate mechanism which is extended from the outside into the body when it is desired to remove the prosthesis, allowing the variable portion to expand and hook over the prosthesis, pulling to remove the prosthesis.
One end of the rod-shaped component is formed with a reducing part 1-1, and the winding body 2 is wound on the reducing part 1-1; therefore, the diameter of the device is not too large, and the device is convenient to enter the human body.
The winding is made of a memory alloy such that the winding exhibits different volumes at different temperatures. In this embodiment, the memory alloy is a nickel titanium alloy. In an alternative embodiment, other memory alloys may be provided.
The winding body is provided with a winding body, and the winding body is provided with a heating device which is used for changing the temperature of the environment where the winding body is located so that the winding body expands in volume; the heating device comprises a heating wire arranged on the supporting part and a power supply arranged outside, and the temperature of the supporting part is controlled by changing the input current of the power supply. Therefore, the volume of the winding body can be conveniently controlled. In an alternative embodiment, the heating device may also be infrared radiation, laser radiation, magnetic field transformation, etc.
The support and/or variable portion is circular or square. In an alternative embodiment, the supporting portion and the variable portion may be provided in other shapes, such as triangle, ellipse, etc.
The distal end of the support portion is provided in a smooth shape. In this way, it is possible to facilitate the passage of the support into the body when the prosthesis needs to be removed.
Example 2
This embodiment differs from example 1 in that:
the variable part is made of a material with certain elasticity; the release state of the variable part is an expansion state and is connected with the support part through at least one connecting part so as to keep a contraction state; the connecting portion can be fused under the action of a heating body arranged on the supporting portion, and then the variable portion is released to be in a spreading state. Therefore, the variable part is made of different materials, and the manufacturing cost can be reduced.
It should be understood that the above examples are only for clarity of illustration and are not intended to limit the embodiments. Other variations and modifications will be apparent to persons skilled in the art in light of the above description. And are neither required nor exhaustive of all embodiments. And obvious variations or modifications therefrom are within the scope of the invention.
