本发明涉及一种环保洗涤剂,包括三聚磷酸钠、聚乙醇、柠檬酸、乙氧基化烷基硫酸钠、柠檬酸钠、香精、水,各组分的质量份数为:三聚磷酸钠50‑60、聚乙醇21‑35、柠檬酸6‑12、乙氧基化烷基硫酸钠11‑17、柠檬酸钠5‑10、香精5‑10、水80‑100。本发明涉及的环保洗涤剂清洗效果优异,清洗污垢的速度快,溶垢彻底;清洗成本低,不造成过多的资源消耗;采用该去污油清洗衣物的顽固油渍、黄斑、锈渍、污渍等,去污能力强、对衣物没有损伤、使衣物色泽鲜艳不掉色。不在清洗对象表面残留下不溶物,不产生新污溃,不形成新的有害于后续工序的覆盖层,不影响清洗对象的质量。该清洗剂可广泛应用于纺织工业、酒店、旅业、家庭、日用化工等场所作清洗剂。

本发明涉及清洗剂技术领域,具体地讲,本发明涉及一种环保洗涤剂。
背景技术
现有的洗涤剂品种繁多,根据需要洗涤的种类不同,配方也略有差异,但是它的组成成分均可分为乙氧基化烷基硫酸钠、助溶剂和其它添加剂。现有的洗衣粉有的去污能力不够好,如果不用力搓洗的话,污点很难去除。综上所述,开发一种清洗效果优良且对人体和环境友好的清洗剂已成为本领域亟待解决的技术问题。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的上述不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种效果好的环保洗涤剂。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:提供一种环保洗涤剂,包括三聚磷酸钠、聚乙醇、柠檬酸、乙氧基化烷基硫酸钠、柠檬酸、香精、水,各组分的质量份数为:三聚磷酸钠50-60、聚乙醇21-35、柠檬酸6-12、乙氧基化烷基硫酸钠11-17、柠檬酸5-10、香精5-10、水80-100。
作为优选,所述清洗剂各组分质量份数为:三聚磷酸钠57、聚乙醇28、柠檬酸6、乙氧基化烷基硫酸钠12、柠檬酸6、香精5、水98。
作为优选,所述香精为柠檬香料。
一种制备上述环保洗涤剂的步骤如下 :
(1)、将本发明内容中所提供的质量组份的三聚磷酸钠加入水,搅拌均匀;
(2)、控制压力在50~100Torr,温度90~120℃时依次加入聚乙醇、柠檬酸混合溶解;
(3)、然后加入柠檬酸、乙氧基化烷基硫酸钠,在搅拌和加热条件下加入香精,混合均匀;
(4)、常温下静置2h,封存。
本发明涉及的衣物清洗剂清洗效果优异,清洗污垢的速度快,溶垢彻底;清洗成本低,不造成过多的资源消耗;采用该去污油清洗衣物的顽固油渍、黄斑、锈渍、污渍等,去污能力强、对衣物没有损伤、使衣物色泽鲜艳不掉色。不在清洗对象表面残留下不溶物,不产生新污溃,不形成新的有害于后续工序的覆盖层,不影响清洗对象的质量。该去污油可广泛应用于纺织工业、酒店、旅业、家庭、日用化工等场所作清洗剂。
具体实施方式
本发明提供的一种环保洗涤剂,包括三聚磷酸钠、聚乙醇、柠檬酸、乙氧基化烷基硫酸钠、柠檬酸、香精、水,各组分的质量份数为:三聚磷酸钠50-60、聚乙醇21-35、柠檬酸6-12、乙氧基化烷基硫酸钠11-17、柠檬酸5-10、香精5-10、水80-100。
作为优选,所述清洗剂各组分质量份数为:三聚磷酸钠57、聚乙醇28、柠檬酸6、乙氧基化烷基硫酸钠12、柠檬酸6、香精5、水98。
作为优选,所述香精为柠檬香料。
一种制备上述环保洗涤剂的步骤如下 :
(1)、将本发明内容中所提供的质量组份的三聚磷酸钠加入水,搅拌均匀;
(2)、控制压力在50~100Torr,温度90~120℃时依次加入聚乙醇、柠檬酸混合溶解;

1.一种环保洗涤剂,其特征在于:包括三聚磷酸钠、聚乙醇、柠檬酸、乙氧基化烷基硫酸钠、柠檬酸、香精、水,各组分的质量份数为:三聚磷酸钠50-60、聚乙醇21-35、柠檬酸6-12、乙氧基化烷基硫酸钠11-17、柠檬酸钠5-10、香精5-10、水80-100。
2.根据权利要求1所述的环保洗涤剂,其特征在于:所述清洗剂各组分质量份数为:三聚磷酸钠57、聚乙醇28、柠檬酸6、乙氧基化烷基硫酸钠12、柠檬酸钠6、香精5、水98。
3.根据权利要求2所述的环保洗涤剂,其特征在于:所述香精为柠檬香料。
4.一种制备上述环保洗涤剂的步骤如下 :
(1)、将本发明内容中所提供的质量组份的三聚磷酸钠加入水,搅拌均匀;
