Abstract
本发明公开了一种基于呼吸机波形精准发现呼吸***漏气的方法,以临床工作中呼吸机管路8处容易漏气点作为检查点,发现漏气波形后,依次排除各种情况后,精准发现漏气问题;这款呼吸机能够更加精准快速的配合其方法发现漏气问题。其优点在于:本发明能够精确快速的找到呼吸***漏气问题所在,提高工作效率,降低患者的痛苦,保障患者的生命安全。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及呼吸机使用过程中呼吸***漏气检测方法,特别是一种基于呼吸机波形精准发现呼吸***漏气的方法。
背景技术
呼吸机是抢救呼吸衰竭病人、治疗呼吸***疾病的必要医疗设备,可通过气管插管式的有创通气或佩戴面罩、口鼻罩等通气接口的无创通气实现,主要通气模式包括容量控制通气模式与压力控制通气模式。尽管无创通气因其无需进行气管插管、患者耐受性好、不易引起继发性肺损伤等优点,正越来越多地应用于家庭与临床,然而呼吸通路漏气是无创通气中不可避免的问题。漏气可能导致患者通气量不足,降低通气耐受性,严重影响通气效果,甚至可能威胁生命。
发明内容
本发明的目的克服现有技术的不足,提供一种高效的基于呼吸机波形精准发现呼吸***漏气的方法。
本发明解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案是:
一种基于呼吸机波形精准发现呼吸***漏气的方法,其创新点在于,以临床工作中呼吸机管路8处容易漏气点作为检查点,具体步骤包括:
1)呼吸机显示屏上发现漏气波形后,自动报警呼吸机管路漏气,提示:检测1、2、3、4、5、6处是否出现漏气;若6处漏气点均未发现漏气,而波形也未恢复正常;呼吸机报警提示:则断开呼吸机管道与病人的人工气道连接处,呼吸机管道连接模肺.
2)若连接模肺后,波形还是未恢复正常,呼吸机报警提示:呼吸机出现问题;若波形恢复正常,呼吸机报警提示:检测气管插管的气囊压力7处;
3)若检测气管插管的气囊压力正常,但是波形未恢复正常,呼吸机报警提示:患者可能出现气胸,需拍胸片确诊8处;若检测插管的气囊压力不足,呼吸机报警提示:增加气囊压力至正常范围,再观察波形是否恢复正常;
4)若气囊压力充气后在1分钟之内呈下降趋势,呼吸机报警提示:更换气管插管。
本发明的有益效果如下:
本发明能够精确快速的找到呼吸***漏气问题所在,提高工作效率,降低患者的痛苦,保障患者的生命安全。

具体实施方式
如图1所示的基于呼吸机波形精准发现呼吸***漏气的方法,以临床工作中呼吸机管路8处容易漏气点(如图2所示)作为检查点,具体步骤包括:
1)呼吸机显示屏上发现漏气波形(如图4所示)后,自动报警呼吸机管路漏气,提示:检测1、2、3、4、5、6处是否出现漏气;若6处漏气点均未发现漏气,而波形也未恢复正常;呼吸机报警提示:则断开呼吸机管道与病人的人工气道连接处,呼吸机管道连接模肺.
2)若连接模肺后,波形还是未恢复正常,呼吸机报警提示:呼吸机出现问题;若波形恢复正常,呼吸机报警提示:检测气管插管的气囊压力7处;

1.一种基于呼吸机波形精准发现呼吸***漏气的方法,其特征在于,以临床工作中呼吸机管路8处容易漏气点作为检查点,具体步骤包括:
1)呼吸机显示屏上发现漏气波形后,自动报警呼吸机管路漏气,提示:检测1、2、3、4、5、6处是否出现漏气;若6处漏气点均未发现漏气,而波形也未恢复正常;呼吸机报警提示:则断开呼吸机管道与病人的人工气道连接处,呼吸机管道连接模肺;
2)若连接模肺后,波形还是未恢复正常,呼吸机报警提示:呼吸机出现问题;若波形恢复正常,呼吸机报警提示:检测气管插管的气囊压力7处;
