技术领域
本发明涉及养殖饲料技术领域,特别涉及一种蛋鸡复合预混合饲料及其全价日粮。
背景技术
药物及化学合成物质残留危害着消费者的健康,而中国鸡蛋人均年消费近300枚,随着经济的发展和人们生活水平的提高,人们更加注重食品安全、食品营养,绿色天然无公害的品牌蛋更受国人欢迎。
目前,品牌蛋多以小蛋系为主,目前有峪口小粉蛋系列、农大系、新杨系、花凤系以及其他土鸡系列,而国内仅有2004年所出的鸡饲养标准,对于小蛋系蛋鸡并无统一的标准,所以亟需针对小蛋系的饲料产品,以保证其更好地发挥生产性能,并具备适宜的蛋重、优秀的蛋品质及蛋壳质量。
复合预混合饲料在全价饲料中所占比例很小,但其对全价饲料的饲养效果却起着极其重要的作用。对于一般的养殖户或小型饲料厂来说,往往缺乏精细的设备工艺及完善的质量管理体系,所以购买预混料配制配合饲料是更便捷和有保障的一种做法。
发明内容
本发明旨在提供一种蛋鸡复合预混合饲料,从蛋鸡产蛋期着手,研发了蛋鸡预产期复合预混合饲料及其全价日粮,在保证饲料安全的前提下,为高产蛋率提供全面而均衡的营养,使品牌蛋达到合适的脂肪含量,风味更佳,并减少原料霉变对生产性能的影响。

本发明的蛋鸡复合预混合饲料包括石粉280-340份,海泡石100-200份;磷酸氢钙150-190份;氯化钠60-70份;碳酸氢钠10-20份;石粉的主要成分为碳酸钙,在蛋鸡营养中起到补充钙元素的作用;海泡石作为稀释剂,稻壳粉因含水量低,承载力大,吸水性强,pH适宜等特性,常用作预混料载体,以保证预混料混合均匀及活性成分的稳定性。海泡石与载体稻壳粉搭配使用,可有效中和作为载体的稻壳粉粗纤维水平高,流动性差的缺点;磷酸氢钙,补充蛋鸡饲粮中的磷,其中磷是动物机体内新陈代谢和维持生理机能的重要元素,素有“生命之素”之撑;氯化钠,是畜禽饲料中重要的矿物质,是维持生命活动必不可少的物质,对维持血液和组织液酸碱平衡,调节正常渗透压,刺激唾液分泌,促进脂肪蛋白等物质代谢能具有重要作用。选择以上重量份主要依据蛋鸡产蛋期的生理需求;考虑活性物质的添加量以及预混料空间,稻壳粉为100-200份。
氨基酸52-64份,包括蛋氨酸30-36份;氯化胆碱24-28份;赖氨酸盐酸盐22-28份;赖氨酸和蛋氨酸均是畜禽所需的必需氨基酸,对于赖氨酸,通常作为饲料添加剂使用的主要是L-赖氨酸的盐酸盐,而蛋氨酸可以利用的添加剂产品形式为蛋氨酸(DL型,L型),或者衍生物-羟基蛋氨酸、羟基蛋氨酸钙和N-羟甲基蛋氨酸钙等。氯化胆碱,代号维生素B4,主要参与脂肪代谢、并作为甲基供体,作为饲料添加剂的商品形式有氯化胆碱以及酒石酸胆碱,前者较为常用。选择以上配比是根据蛋鸡产蛋鸡生理特点,可最大限度发挥其生产性能。
微生态复合包主要包括鸡源乳酸菌(粪肠球菌)、枯草芽孢杆菌、酵母菌及其代谢产物,有效活菌含量≥500亿CFU/克,能有效促进动物体调节肠道微生态平衡。依据生产需求进行选择性的使用,其质量份为2-4份,同时添加量适宜,可保持肠道菌群的平衡。
植酸酶可增加植物中植酸磷的分解来满足动物体对磷的需求,提高饲料中磷的利用率,降低磷酸氢钙使用量,依据于蛋鸡的生理阶段以及饲粮中有效磷水平,其质量份为2-4份。
蛋壳改良剂主要包括富马酸亚铁,蛋氨酸锰,蛋氨酸锌,酵母硒,可有效减少软破壳蛋,提高蛋壳颜色,经过实验发现,选择质量份为4-6份,可有效达到以上效果。
增色剂包括β-阿朴胡萝卜素酸乙酯、斑蝥黄,可以使蛋黄颜色更黄,烹煮后不易褪色,为了保持蛋黄颜色在可接受范围内,不能过浅或过深,其质量份为1.5-2.5份。
为了延缓饲料的氧化腐败时间,延长货架时间,添加一定量的抗氧化剂,作为添加剂,其添加量不可过多,可根据具体起到的抗氧化效果以及对产品的货架期需求等对其添加量进行常规的选择和调整选择质量份为2-3份。
复合微量元素29-31份;复合维生素9-11份;L-肉碱0.05-0.15份;植物提取物0.6-1份,该质量份的L-肉碱能够改善正常饲养和高温环境下饲养蛋鸡的蛋品质,提高蛋白高度和哈氏单位,可降低血脂,与植物提取物联合使用减少应激、提高免疫和抗氧化机能。植物提取物主要包括金银花,杜仲等,主要成分为绿原酸、异绿原酸以及黄酮类物质等。可抗菌消炎,增强畜禽抗病能力,根据蛋鸡饲养环境以及机体健康程度,选择质量份范围为0.6-1份。
该复合预混合饲料还包括抗应激剂2-4份,抗应激剂包括苜蓿提取物、甘草提取物、谷氨酰胺、黄芪等,其总多糖≥6%、谷氨酰胺≥25%、总黄酮≥1%。维生素C 1-3份,霉菌吸附剂16-20份。抗应激剂可缓解、防治由应激源引起的应激综合症、维生素C缓解应激、霉菌吸附剂可减少原料霉变对蛋鸡生产性能的影响。
其中,本发明所选用的各组分原料完全符合国家《饲料原料目录》、《添加剂目录》,不使用任何药物性饲料添加剂;营养性饲料添加剂的使用量符合1224号公告所规定的营养需要量及最高限量规定,以上原料中,原料的纯度均为饲料级原料的常规纯度。
复合微量元素主要包括:一水硫酸亚铁7-9份;五水硫酸铜1.4-1.8份;一水硫酸锰7-9份;一水硫酸锌7-9份;碘硒钴预混剂3-4份。复合维生素主要包括:维生素A 24-25份;维生素E 95-105份;烟酸胺75-85份;泛酸钙40-44份;维生素B2 20-24份;维生素D3 11.5-12.5份;维生素K3 10-12份;维生素B6 8-8.4份;生物素11-15份;维生素B1 8-10份;维生素B12 4-6份;叶酸1.4-1.8份。
本发明还提供了根据本发明的复合预混合饲料的全价日粮,玉米56-66%;豆粕18-23%;麸皮2-5%;油脂0.5-1.2%;石粉7.8-9.5%;本发明的复合预混合饲料4.5-5.5%。其中,油脂选用大豆油。
玉米,家禽日粮中代谢能的主要来源;豆粕,是大豆提取豆油后得到的一种副产品,按照国家标准,分为3个等级,含有丰富的蛋白质,是畜禽日粮中蛋白质的主要来源,其氨基酸组成对于各类家禽来说都是极好的;麸皮,小麦加工的副产品,是小麦的外皮,纤维含量较高,属于中低档能量饲料,具有比重轻、体积大、能值低的特点,常可用来调节日粮的能量浓度;油脂,主要成分甘油三酯,在畜禽配合饲料中使用可提高能量浓度,提高代谢能的利用率,提高净能量,提高饲粮适口性,促进动物采食,可缓减少环境温度变化对动物造成的应激等;根据蛋鸡的生理状况以及对各个营养成分的需求,对饲料各组成含量进行调整,获得相应的禽代谢能、粗蛋白和钙等参数,得到以上最佳配比,以使其适合蛋鸡产蛋期生产性能的正常发挥。
该全价日粮针对蛋鸡5%产蛋-尖峰-88%产蛋率、88%-80%产蛋率、80%-淘汰三个阶段而制定,在每个阶段采用不同的日粮配方。
本发明的蛋鸡复合预混合饲料及其全价日粮在饲喂5%产蛋率-淘汰阶段小型粉壳蛋鸡上的应用,根据特色蛋鸡品种营养需求研发、料蛋比更低、经济效益更高。使用本发明,能为品牌蛋打造良好的外观,使其蛋重适中,70周饲养日平均蛋重53g,50g以下占80%以上,其次鸡蛋颜色好,蛋色均匀、鲜亮,并且蛋壳厚、蛋壳强度高,抗破损能力强;另外,蛋黄颜色黄,色度>10,烹饪后不褪色,且蛋黄比例大、蛋清稠;使用本发明后,蛋鸡羽毛全,即淘汰时毛色鲜亮、羽毛脱落少。

对比测试例
为了更好地体现本发明的蛋鸡复合预混合饲料及其全价日粮的优越性,试验选取3072只60周龄健康的京粉6号商品代蛋鸡,由北京市华都峪口禽业有限责任公司提供。鸡群随机分成4组,每组4个重复,每个重复192只鸡,试验期1个月。试验在同一栋鸡舍内进行,三层笼养,饲喂管理条件按照峪口禽业饲养标准,自由采食、饮水。准确记录试验期的采食量、产蛋数、料蛋比等。其中,试验组1-3分别对应实施例1-3中的复合预混合饲料的配比。表4为对照组和试验组的全价日粮配方。表5为对照组和试验组的各项指标参数。

试验结果采用SPSS17.0进行统计分析,结果表明:对照组和试验组的采食量和蛋重差异不显著(P>0.05);而在产蛋率、蛋黄颜色、蛋壳强度、蛋白高度指标上,试验组的数据都显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。以上结果说明,使用本发明的蛋鸡产蛋期复合预混料与普通蛋鸡产蛋期预混料相比,发挥了产蛋鸡的生产性能,显著提高了蛋品质和蛋壳质量。
综上,使用本发明所涉及的蛋鸡复合预混合饲料及其全价日粮,能为品牌蛋打造良好的外观,使其蛋重适中,鸡蛋颜色好,蛋色均匀、鲜亮,并且蛋壳厚、蛋壳强度高,抗破损能力强;另外,蛋黄颜色黄,色度>10,烹饪后不褪色,且蛋黄比例大、蛋清稠;使用本发明后,蛋鸡羽毛全,即淘汰时毛色鲜亮、羽毛脱落少。

1.一种蛋鸡复合预混合饲料,其特征在于,包括以下组分,所述各组分的质量份表示如下:

抗应激剂 2-4份;
维生素C 1-3份;
霉菌吸附剂 16-20份。
3.如权利要求2所述的蛋鸡复合预混合饲料,其特征在于,所述氨基酸包括DL-蛋氨酸30-36份,L-赖氨酸盐酸盐22-28份。
4.如权利要求2所述的蛋鸡复合预混合饲料,其特征在于,所述植物提取物为金银花、杜仲,主要成分包括绿原酸及黄酮类物质。
5.如权利要求4所述的蛋鸡复合预混合饲料,其特征在于,所述复合微量元素包括以下组分,所述各组分的质量份表示如下:

9.一种根据权利要求1-8任一项所述的复合预混合饲料的全价日粮,其特征在于,所述全价日粮包括以下组分,所述各组分的重量表示如下:
根据权利要求1-6任一项
所述的复合预混合饲料 4.5-5.5%。
10.一种如权利要求1-8任一项所述的蛋鸡复合预混合饲在饲喂5%产蛋率-淘汰阶段小型粉壳蛋鸡上的应用。
