the user mobile terminal accesses the intelligent display equipment through a wireless communication network according to the connection information, wherein the connection information comprises the name and the connection password of the wireless communication network;
the user mobile terminal sends a user name and a user password to the management and control port address;
the intelligent display equipment identifies the user according to the user name and acquires the user authority level of the user;
inquiring and managing: the user mobile terminal receives a parameter query request, a display query request or a video acquisition request sent by a user, and sends the parameter query request, the display query request and the video acquisition request to the management and control port address;
the intelligent display equipment calls equipment performance parameters according to the parameter query request and the user permission level, and sends the equipment performance parameters to the user mobile terminal for display;
the intelligent display equipment calls current video playing information or a current equipment display interface according to the display query request and the user permission level, and sends the current video playing information or the current equipment display interface to the user mobile terminal for displaying;
and the intelligent display equipment calls target video information according to the video acquisition request and the user permission level and sends the target video information to the user mobile terminal for display.
2. The two-dimension code scanning access management method for the intelligent display device according to claim 1, wherein before the accessing and identifying step, the method further comprises a user registration step of:
the intelligent display equipment acquires a user name, a user password, a user registration request and user basic information of each user to be registered;
and the intelligent display equipment matches the user authority level for the user name according to the user basic information and the user registration request.

The two-dimensional code scanning access management method for the intelligent display device according to claim 1, wherein the intelligent display device calls device performance parameters according to the parameter query request and the user permission level, and specifically comprises: the intelligent display equipment calls equipment performance parameters according to the parameter query request and the user permission level;
