Abstract

一种包含动圈式低音的多驱动器入耳式耳机,包括有外壳,所述外壳内有至少一只高音驱动器和一只低音驱动器,低音驱动器发出的声波经过膜片背面的腔体和小孔组成的一个二阶声学低通滤波器之后再经过外壳腔体与导音管组成的第二个二阶声学低通滤波器,之后再与高频驱动器发出的声波融合并输出到人耳。有益效果有:1 、通过两个二阶的声学低通滤波器衰减低频驱动器发出的高频成分,减小与高频驱动器发出的声波的相互干扰;2、结构简单、有利于生产制造,降低了生产成本,有利于产品的市场竞争。

一种多驱动器入耳式耳机
技术领域
本发明涉及一种耳机多驱动器入耳式耳机,尤其是用动圈式电声还能器做低音的多驱动器入耳式耳机。
背景技术
普通动以圈式换能器为低音的多驱动器入耳式耳机的低频未做特殊处理,美国专利US 8280094 B2和US 8311259 B2公布了几种为不同驱动器设置不同的声通道的设计,但是对低频的滤波未做特殊处理。这种情况下容易导致不同驱动器之间在某些频率重合太多而相互影响,影响耳机音质。本发明尝试用声学低通滤波器对低频驱动器进行滤波,衰减其重放的高频成分,从而减小不同驱动器之间的相互干扰。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种改善多驱动器入耳式耳机不同驱动单元之间相互干扰的设计。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
本发明的有益效果有:1、通过为低频驱动器设置声学低通滤波器,衰减其发出的高频成分,减小与高频驱动器之间的相互干扰;2、结构简单、有利于生产制造,降低了生产成本,有利于产品的市场竞争。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本发明所指的一种多驱动器的入耳式耳机。在外壳10中设置有导音管101、导音管102和外壳腔体103,外壳腔体103通过导音管102与导音管101相连。在外壳10中设置有高频驱动器20,高频驱动器20音频输出口201设置在导音管101处。外壳10中还设置有低频驱动器30,低音驱动器30的振动膜片301后设置有一个驱动器腔体311,驱动器腔体311通过一个小孔312与外壳腔体103相连。驱动器腔体311与小孔312构成一个二阶声学低通滤波器,外壳腔体103与导音管102构成另外一个二阶声学低通滤波器。
高频驱动器20发出的声波通过音频输出口201传输到导音管101中。低频驱动器30发出的声波通过驱动器腔体311与小孔312进入外壳腔体103,之后再经过导音管102进入导音管101中与高频驱动器20发出的声波融合。所以低频驱动器30发出的声波在于高频驱动器20发出的声波融合之前已经经过两个二阶声学低通滤波器的滤波,能极大的衰减有效频带以外的声波,从而减小与高频驱动器20发出的声波之间的相互干扰。
图2是本发明的另外一种试试方案,与图1相比取消了外壳腔体103。低频驱动器30发出的声波经过驱动器腔体311和小孔312的滤波之后,直接经导音管102传输到导音管101中,减少一个二阶声学低通滤波器,节省空间,同时同样有较好的高频衰减能力。
在使用时,由于采用了声学低通滤波器,改善了不同驱动器发出的声波之间的相互干扰,改善音质,具有更好的市场竞争力,有利于推广应用。

Claims (3)

1.一种多驱动器入耳式耳机,包括有外壳10,所述外壳10内至少设置有一只高音驱动器20和一只低音驱动器30,所述低音驱动器30内设置有膜片301,所述膜片30的背面设置有驱动器腔体311和一个小孔312,所述外壳10内有导音管101和102以及外壳腔体103,其特征在于所述低音驱动器30膜片301背面发出的声波首先经过驱动器腔体311和小孔312组成的第一个声学低通滤波器,再经过外壳腔体103和导音管102组成的第二个声学低通滤波器,然后与高音驱动器20发出的声波在导音管101中融合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的多驱动器入耳式耳机,其特征在于取消外壳腔体103,所述低音驱动器30膜片301背面发出的声波经过驱动器腔体311和小孔312组成的声学低通滤波器之后再经过导音管102进入导音管101与高音驱动器20发出的声波融合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的多驱动器入耳式耳机,其特征在于低音驱动器30膜片301正面发出的声波经过外壳腔体103和导音管102组成的声学低通滤波器之后进入导音管101与高音驱动器20发出的声波融合。
