Abstract
The invention relates to a rapid modeling method for a reinforcing plate with a chamfer angle, which comprises the following steps: (1) positioning a layer needing to create a reinforcing plate in the PDMS structure tree; (2) selecting and filling the length, width, thickness and each side chamfer angle value of the reinforcing plate on a tool interface; (3) selecting points (namely welding position points of the reinforcing plate and the beam) required by reinforcing plate generation; (4) positioning the model according to the actual position of the reinforcing plate; (5) the model of the reinforcing plate is completed. The method is realized based on PML language development, and the coordinate values of the points required by the generation of the reinforcing plate are automatically calculated through the data of the reinforcing plate given by a user, the origin coordinates of the reinforcing plate generation position are selected, and the rapid establishment of the reinforcing plate is completed. The tool is simple to use, and the creation efficiency of the reinforcing plate model in the PDMS is greatly improved.

Technical Field

(5) the model of the reinforcing plate is completed.
The further improvement lies in that: the length, width, thickness and chamfer angle value of each side of the reinforcing plate in the step (2) are all preset.

A method for quickly modeling a reinforcing plate with a reverse right angle is realized based on PML language development, and automatically calculates coordinate values of points required by the generation of the reinforcing plate and origin coordinates of the reinforcing plate where the reinforcing plate is selected to be generated through data of the reinforcing plate given by a user, so as to finish quick creation of the reinforcing plate, and comprises the following steps:

(5) the model of the reinforcing plate is completed.
The length, width, thickness and chamfer angle value of each side of the reinforcing plate in the step (2) are all preset.
Example (c):
a large number of reinforcing ribs need to be generated for steel structure model members 5 in a certain project, models are created through tools of PDMS self-contained creation plates, coordinates are sequentially input for creation, the tools of PDMS self do not have the function of direct chamfering, negative entities need to be created for chamfering of the reinforcing plates for cutting, and the creating mode is complicated in steps for rib plates of the same type.
The automatic creation of the model can be performed by inputting a plurality of main dimension values of the rib plate and capturing the positioning points through the rib plate tool, and the creation efficiency is greatly improved.

(5) the model of the reinforcing plate is completed.
