Abstract
The invention relates to a fishing line softness testing device, which comprises a fishing line, a weighing device and an adjusting device, wherein the weighing device is arranged on the fishing line; the adjusting device comprises a fixed end, a movable end and a counting device for recording the distance between the fixed end and the movable end; the movable end is fixed with a first sleeve; the weighing position of the weighing device is provided with a second sleeve coaxial with the first sleeve; one end of the fishing line extends into the first sleeve, and the other end extends into the second sleeve; a gap is formed between the first sleeve and the second sleeve; the two ends of the fishing line are respectively placed in the first sleeve and the second sleeve, the movable end of the adjusting device is pressed down until the fishing line bends from a gap between the first sleeve and the second sleeve, the counting device records the pressed distance, the weighing device is used for weighing and counting the weight of the fishing line and subtracting the weight of the fishing line to obtain softness data, different fishing lines are pressed down to the same pressed distance to be detected, different softness data are obtained, the softness difference of the fishing line can be compared, the detection reliability is good, and the detection data are objective and fair; the whole structure is simple, and the cost is low.

As shown in fig. 1, the weighing device further comprises a base 4 for supporting the weighing device 2, a fixed supporting rod 40 is arranged on the base 4, and a fixed arm 400 for fixing the adjusting device 3 is arranged on the fixed supporting rod 40; the whole structure is simple, the cost is low, and the integrity and the stability are good.
As shown in fig. 1, the fixing arm 400 is provided with a clamp 401 fixed to the fixing strut 40, so that the fixing arm is easy to assemble and disassemble.
As shown in FIG. 1, the gap between the first sleeve 310 and the second sleeve 20 is not less than 3mm, which facilitates higher accuracy and is well suited for larger line diameters.
As shown in fig. 1, the adjusting device 3 is an inside micrometer or a height gauge, and has the advantages of convenient detection, low cost and high precision.
As shown in fig. 1, the weighing device 2 includes a weighing tray 21; the second sleeve 20 is fixedly arranged on the weighing tray 21, so that the stability is good, and the detection effect is ensured.
As shown in fig. 1, the adjusting device 3 is provided with a leveling device (not shown in the figure), and the leveling device can adopt an electronic level meter or a level bubble, etc., so that the leveling of the adjusting device 3 is facilitated, the accuracy of test data is ensured, and meanwhile, the installation and the debugging are facilitated.
As shown in fig. 1, the end of the fishing line 1 extending into the first sleeve 310 is adhered and fixed to the bottom of the first sleeve 310 by glue, so as to avoid the influence of dead weight of the fishing line, and the dead weight of the fishing line is not required to be subtracted from the data during detection, thereby facilitating detection.
The method for testing the softness of the fishing line is implemented by using the fishing line softness testing device, as shown in fig. 1, and comprises the following steps of respectively placing two ends of the fishing line 1 into a first sleeve 310 and a second sleeve 20, pressing down the movable end 31 of an adjusting device 3 until the fishing line 1 bends from a gap between the first sleeve 310 and the second sleeve 20, recording the pressing distance by a counting device 32, obtaining softness data by subtracting the weight of the fishing line 1 from the weighing count of a weighing device 2, detecting the same pressing distance when different fishing lines 1 are pressed down, obtaining different softness data, namely comparing the softness difference of the fishing line 1, and having good detection reliability and objective and fair detection data; the whole structure is simple, and the cost is low.

Claims (7)
1. A fishing line softness testing device comprises a fishing line; the device is characterized by further comprising a weighing device and an adjusting device; the adjusting device comprises a fixed end, a movable end and a counting device for recording the distance between the fixed end and the movable end; the movable end is fixed with a first sleeve; the weighing position of the weighing device is provided with a second sleeve coaxial with the first sleeve; one end of the fishing line extends into the first sleeve, and the other end extends into the second sleeve; a gap is formed between the first sleeve and the second sleeve; the adjusting device is an inside micrometer or a height gauge; the weighing device comprises a weighing tray; the second sleeve is fixedly arranged on the weighing tray.
2. The fishing line softness testing device of claim 1, further comprising a base supporting the weighing device, the base having a fixing strut provided thereon, the fixing strut having a fixing arm provided thereon for fixing the adjusting device.
3. The fishing line softness testing device according to claim 2, wherein the fixing arm is provided with a jig fixed to the fixing pole.
4. The fishing line softness testing device of claim 1, wherein the gap between the first sleeve and the second sleeve is not less than 3mm.
5. The fishing line softness testing device according to claim 1, wherein the adjustment device is provided with a leveling device.
6. The fishing line softness testing device according to claim 1, wherein the end of the fishing line extending into the first sleeve is fixed to the bottom of the first sleeve by glue bonding.
7. A method for testing softness of a fishing line comprises the steps of putting two ends of the fishing line into a first sleeve and a second sleeve respectively, pressing down the movable end of an adjusting device until the fishing line bends from a gap between the first sleeve and the second sleeve, recording the pressing distance by a counting device, and subtracting the weight of the fishing line from the weighing count of a weighing device to obtain softness data.
