本发明提供一种旋转蓄热式加热炉,包括炉体、燃烧室、蓄热室、连通通道、滑轨、电动滑台、蓄热体;炉体内设有同轴心设置的燃烧室,燃烧室外周设有环形的蓄热室,燃烧室、蓄热室之间设有隔墙间隔而成的连通通道,蓄热室内底端设有圆形的滑轨,滑轨与炉体内同轴心设置,滑轨上设有电动滑台,电动滑台固定设有蓄热体。本发明的有益效果是蓄热体在蓄热室内旋转,可充分利用蓄热室内的热量,提高温度分布的均一性,提高锻造工件的质量。

技术领域
本发明属于加热炉技术领域,尤其是涉及一种旋转蓄热式加热炉。
背景技术
蓄热式加热炉是一种新型的节能加热炉,蓄热式余热回收的优点是使炉温更加均匀,加热质量大大改善,产品合格率大幅度提高。因此蓄热式加热炉在工业轧钢领域具有广泛的应用,然而现有技术中,蓄热体大都固定设置,而分布在燃烧室不同方向的蓄热体吸收热量不同,因此还是存在温度分布死角,一种可以解决这种问题的旋转蓄热式加热炉还有待于进一步研究和开发。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种结构简单、操作简单、可有效解决能源的旋转蓄热式加热炉。
本发明的技术方案是:本发明的一种旋转蓄热式加热炉,包括炉体、燃烧室、蓄热室、连通通道、滑轨、电动滑台、蓄热体;
炉体内设有同轴心设置的燃烧室,燃烧室外周设有环形的蓄热室,燃烧室、蓄热室之间设有隔墙间隔而成的连通通道,蓄热室内底端设有圆形的滑轨,滑轨与炉体内同轴心设置,滑轨上设有电动滑台,电动滑台固定设有蓄热体。
更进一步的,所述蓄热体设有三个,并且通过电动滑台均匀的分布在滑轨上。
本发明具有的优点和积极效果是:
由于采用上述技术方案,蓄热式加热炉的温度分布更加均匀,更加节能环保;具有结构简单,维修方便,加工成本低、便于推广应用等优点。

下面结合附图对本发明做详细说明。
实施例1
如图1所示,本发明的一种旋转蓄热式加热炉,包括炉体1、燃烧室2、蓄热室3、连通通道4、滑轨5、电动滑台6、蓄热体7;
炉体1内设有同轴心设置的燃烧室2,燃烧室2外周设有环形的蓄热室3,燃烧室2、蓄热室3之间设有隔墙间隔而成的连通通道4,蓄热室3内底端设有圆形的滑轨5,滑轨5与炉体1内同轴心设置,滑轨5上设有电动滑台6,电动滑台6固定设有蓄热体7。
实施例2
本实施例在实施例1的基础上进行改进,所述蓄热体7设有三个,并且通过电动滑台6均匀的分布在滑轨5上。
本实例的工作过程:
燃烧室2燃烧产生的热量可通过连通通道4进入到蓄热室3内,被蓄热体7吸收,可有效利用燃烧产生的热能,减少热损失,提高加热炉内温度分布的均一性。
蓄热体7随着电动滑台6在蓄热室3内转动,更能充分的利用热能,避免炉体内温度分布不均匀的现象,提高锻造工件的加工质量。

1.一种旋转蓄热式加热炉,其特征在于:包括炉体、燃烧室、蓄热室、连通通道、滑轨、电动滑台、蓄热体;
炉体内设有同轴心设置的燃烧室,燃烧室外周设有环形的蓄热室,燃烧室、蓄热室之间设有隔墙间隔而成的连通通道,蓄热室内底端设有圆形的滑轨,滑轨与炉体内同轴心设置,滑轨上设有电动滑台,电动滑台固定设有蓄热体。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种旋转蓄热式加热炉,其特征在于:所述蓄热体设有三个,并且通过电动滑台均匀的分布在滑轨上。
