背景技术
空气净化器又称空气清洁器、空气清新机,能够吸附、分解或转化各种空气污染物,能有效提高空气清洁度。面对空气污染日益严重的问题,空气净化器显得尤为重要。现在空气净化器应用普遍,但一般只具有简单的空气过滤净化功能,其灭菌效果微弱,针对医院、餐厅灯对空气质量要求严格的场所,其并不适用,往往还需使用其他辅助灭菌手段才能达到空气净化灭菌的要求,使用不方便,还会增加额外开支。所以现在缺少一种能对空气进行深层次灭菌净化的空气净化设备。

其中,臭氧发生装置产生的臭氧由布风管流入深度净化箱内,经粗效过滤器和高效过滤器过滤后的空气由深度净化箱的进风口进入;在第一导风板的导流作用下向下倾斜流向深度净化箱的底部,并由第一导风板和深度净化箱底部之间的空隙向深度净化箱的中部流动,向下倾斜流动的气流流至深度净化箱底部后向上倾斜反弹,流至深度净化箱的中部,与由布风管上的布风孔排出的臭氧剧烈混合,臭氧对气流进行深层净化灭菌作用;臭氧和空气的混合气流再由第二导风板导流,经第二导风板与深度净化箱顶部的空隙流向深度净化箱的出风口,经第二活性炭层和PTFE纤维层除去残留臭氧后,由深度净化箱的出风口排入室内。
由于臭氧的密度比空气大,在深度净化箱内臭氧会下沉,即深度净化箱底部的臭氧浓度大于顶部,由深度净化箱的进风口进入的气流在第一导风板的导流作用下向下倾斜流向深度净化箱底部,与深度净化箱底部撞击后方向改变为倾斜向上,由于与深度净化箱底部的撞击作用,气流产生高度紊流,在此过程中,气流与臭氧充分混合,且气流在第二导风板的导流作用下继续倾斜向上流动,气流在向上流动的过程中与下沉的臭氧碰撞混合,从而使进入深度净化箱内的气流与臭氧达到高度混合状态,使臭氧对深度净化箱内的气流进行充分的净化灭菌;且由于在深度净化箱内空气向上流动并由上方的空隙排出,臭氧向下流动,能有效降低由上方的空隙排出的混合气流中的残余臭氧的浓度。第一导风板、第二导风板的设置及布风管的设置,能使深度净化箱内气流与臭氧达到高度混合状态,达到对空气进行深度净化灭菌的目的,同时能减少排出的混合气流中残余的臭氧。
所述深度净化箱侧壁上还设置有与所述第一导风板连接的用于控制所述第一导风板旋转的第一旋钮和与所述第二导风板连接的用于控制所述第二导风板旋转的第二旋钮。通过第一旋钮和第二旋钮调节第一导风板与第二导风板的旋转,以对深度净化箱的进风量和出风量进行调节,从而调节深度净化箱内空气与臭氧的混合程度。如旋转第一旋钮控制第一导风板沿气流方向旋转,使第一导风板与深度净化箱底部的空隙增大,从而增大进风量,旋转第二旋钮控制第二导风板沿气流方向旋转,使第二导风板与深度净化箱顶部的空隙增大,从而增大出风量,进风量和出风量均增大时,深度净化箱内空气与臭氧的混合时间减少,混合程度降低,臭氧的灭菌净化速度提高,提高深度净化箱的净化效率。当需要增大深度净化箱内空气与臭氧的混合程度时,通过第一旋钮和第二旋钮调节第一导风板与第二导风板旋转,减少第一导风板与深度净化箱底部的空隙和第二导风板与深度净化箱顶部的空隙,从而减少进风量和出风量,增强臭氧与深度净化箱内空气的混合,提高深度净化箱的净化程度。通过第一旋钮和第二旋钮能实现深度净化箱净化程度与净化效率的调节。
其中,第二活性炭层和PTFE纤维层能有效去除残余臭氧,防止过高浓度的臭氧对人体健康造成危害。
所述新风入口内侧设置有第一空气质量传感器,所述第一空气质量传感器至少包括PM2.5传感器、甲醛传感器和TVOC传感器。所述深度净化箱的出风口内侧设置有第二空气质量传感器;所述第二空气质量传感器至少包括臭氧传感器、PM2.5传感器、甲醛传感器和TVOC传感器。
所述热管的外侧壁上设置有用于显示所述第一空气质量传感器和第二空气质量传感器检测结果的显示屏。用户根据显示屏显示的空气质量情况,来调节第一旋钮和第二旋钮,调节深度净化箱的净化程度与净化效率。当室内空气质量较差时,则调节第一旋钮和第二旋钮增大深度净化箱的净化程度,以保证空气品质;当室内空气质量较好时,则调节第一旋钮和第二旋钮增大深度净化箱的净化效率,以节约能源。
在第一风机作用下,室外新风由新风入口进入新风进风腔,再依次经过粗效过滤器和高效过滤器过滤,然后经过热管与室内旧风进行热量交换,再经过深度净化箱灭菌净化后进入新风出风腔,最后由新风出口排入到室内;在第二风机作用下,室内旧风由旧风入口进入旧风进风腔,再进入旧风出风腔,最后由旧风出口排出。
室外新风依次经粗效过滤器过滤、高效过滤器进一步过滤、深度净化箱深度灭菌净化后排入室内,能对空气进行深层次净化,极大提高空气品质,尤其适用于对空气质量要求高的场合,如医院、特殊科研场所等。同时对空气进行深层次净化程度可方便调节,能满足不同用户的实际需求。
在本发明的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“中心”、“纵向”、“横向”、“长度”、“宽度”、“厚度”、“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“顶”、“底”“内”、“外”、“顺时针”、“逆时针”、“轴向”、“径向”、“周向”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。
尽管本发明的实施方案已公开如上,但其并不仅仅限于说明书和实施方式中所列运用。它完全可以被适用于各种适合本发明的领域。对于熟悉本领域的人员而言,可容易地实现另外的修改。因此在不背离权利要求及等同范围所限定的一般概念下,本发明并不限于特定的细节和这里示出与描述的图例。

Claims (9)

1.一种具有深层灭菌净化效果的新风净化器,包括:箱体、新风***、旧风***、臭氧发生装置和热管,其特征在于,
所述新风***和旧风***并排设置于所述箱体内,所述新风***包括从右至左依次连通设置的新风入口、新风进风腔、深度净化箱、新风出风腔和新风出口,所述旧风***包括从左至右依次连通设置的旧风入口、旧风进风腔、旧风出风腔和旧风出口;
所述热管纵向跨设于所述箱体内,所述热管前部连通设置于所述新风进风腔中,所述热管后部连通设置于所述旧风出风腔中,以实现室外新风与室内旧风的热量交换;
所述新风进风腔中从右至左依次设置有粗效过滤器和高效过滤器;
所述深度净化箱内沿气流方向依次设置有第一导风板和第二导风板,所述深度净化箱内中部还设置有布风管;
所述臭氧发生装置设置于所述旧风进风腔内,与所述深度净化箱内的布风管连通;
所述第一导风板的上端边与所述深度净化箱进风口处顶部可旋转连接,下端边与所述深度净化箱的底部之间留有空隙,以形成进风通道。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有深层灭菌净化效果的新风净化器,其特征在于,所述粗效过滤器包括从右至左依次设置的无纺布层、苯乙烯-二乙烯苯交联吸附树脂滤层、活性炭层和竹炭纤维层。
3.根据权利要求2所述的具有深层灭菌净化效果的新风净化器,其特征在于,所述高效过滤器包括从右至左依次设置的尼龙层、羊毛纤维层、聚苯硫醚纤维层、玻璃纤维层和纳米碳纤维布层。
4.根据权利要求3所述的具有深层灭菌净化效果的新风净化器,其特征在于,所述第二导风板的下端边与所述深度净化箱出风口处底部可旋转连接,上端边与所述深度净化箱的顶部之间留有空隙,以形成出风通道。
5.根据权利要求4所述的具有深层灭菌净化效果的新风净化器,其特征在于,所述深度净化箱侧壁上还设置有与所述第一导风板连接的用于控制所述第一导风板旋转的第一旋钮和与所述第二导风板连接的用于控制所述第二导风板旋转的第二旋钮。
6.根据权利要求1-5中任意一项所述的具有深层灭菌净化效果的新风净化器,其特征在于,所述布风管至少包括2根,所述布风管上密集设置有布风孔。
7.根据权利要求1-5中任意一项所述的具有深层灭菌净化效果的新风净化器,其特征在于,所述新风入口内侧设置有第一空气质量传感器,所述第一空气质量传感器至少包括PM2.5传感器、甲醛传感器和TVOC传感器。
8.根据权利要求7所述的具有深层灭菌净化效果的新风净化器,其特征在于,所述深度净化箱的出风口内侧设置有第二空气质量传感器;所述第二空气质量传感器至少包括臭氧传感器、PM2.5传感器、甲醛传感器和TVOC传感器,所述深度净化箱的出风口外侧上沿气流方向依次设置有第二活性炭层和PTFE纤维层。
9.根据权利要求8所述的具有深层灭菌净化效果的新风净化器,其特征在于,所述热管的外侧壁上设置有用于显示所述第一空气质量传感器和第二空气质量传感器检测结果的显示屏。
