The invention provides an outdoor unit air outlet cover, aiming at solving the problem that air flow flowing through the outdoor unit air outlet cover is diffused to the periphery.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in an embodiment of the present invention, the outdoor unit air-out housing includes a louver housing 2 and an air duct 1 having one end disposed on an air-out side surface of the louver housing 2, and a free end 11 of the air duct 1 is bent toward a predetermined direction outside the air duct 1. The air outlet side of the louver housing 2 refers to the side of the louver housing 2 back to the fan 3. Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, the air guide duct 1 having a tubular shape includes a fixed end portion 12 and a free end portion 11 which are provided to face each other, the fixed end portion 12 is fixed to the louver 2, and a portion of the free end portion 11 is curved. In this embodiment, the free end 11 of the air duct 1 is bent in a predetermined direction outside the air duct 1, so that the air flowing through the louver 2 is concentrated and guided in a predetermined direction, thereby preventing the air after heat exchange from being diffused all around. For example, the outdoor unit of the air conditioner is mostly placed under a window, and the free end portion 11 of the air duct 1 is bent downward, so that the air flow passing through the air outlet cover of the outdoor unit can be guided downward, thereby preventing the air flow after heat exchange from being diffused into the room, and reducing the influence of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner on the indoor temperature.
As a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the number of the air ducts 1 is plural, that is, a plurality of air ducts 1 are provided in the louver casing 2 of the outdoor unit air-out casing, and the plurality of air ducts 1 are sequentially nested with a space between the adjacent air ducts 1. The air flow flowing out of the louver housing 2 is combed and guided through the combined action of the air guide cylinders 1, so that the air flow after heat exchange can flow in a preset direction.
As shown in fig. 3, in a preferred embodiment, the length of the inner air guide duct 1 is greater than the length of the outer air guide duct 1, so that the inner air flow can be directly guided to a predetermined direction without interfering with the outer air flow. As can be seen from fig. 3, the bending angle of the air guide duct 1 on the outer side is larger than that of the air guide duct 1 on the inner side, so that the mutual disturbance between the airflows flowing out from the adjacent air guide ducts 1 is minimized, and the airflow flow path is more reasonable.
As shown in fig. 3, in the above embodiment, the free end portion 11 of the air guide duct 1 is bent in the predetermined direction only on one side near the predetermined direction, and the air flow can be guided only by the one-side bending. In other embodiments, the entire free end 11 of the air guiding duct 1 may be bent in a predetermined direction to improve the air guiding effect.
Further, as shown in fig. 4, as a preferred embodiment, the louver 2 comprises a central platform 22, a plurality of annular strips 23 and a plurality of radial spokes 24, the plurality of annular strips 23 being coaxially spaced apart in the radial direction of the central platform 22, the radial spokes 24 being connected between any two adjacent annular strips 23, between the central platform 22 and the annular strips 23 adjacent to the central platform 22 and outside the outermost annular strips 23. The louver housing 2 is disposed corresponding to the fan 3 so that the air flow conveyed during the rotation of the fan 3 can flow out of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner through the louver housing 2, and the louver housing 2 isolates the fan 3 in the outdoor unit of the air conditioner, thereby preventing the rotation of the fan 3 from accidentally injuring a user or preventing an external object from obstructing the rotation of the fan 3.
For the purpose of facilitating the description of the structure and shape of the blind 2, a reference plane is defined as a plane perpendicular to the axis of the annular strip 23. The radial spokes 24 within the same annular region are square pieces of the same shape and size. Wherein a plurality of radial spokes 24 within the same annular region are arranged at progressively oblique angles relative to a reference plane to direct airflow to a predetermined area, as shown in figure 4. That is, the inclination angle of the radial spokes 24 with respect to the reference plane is gradually changed, and the airflow can be guided by converging the airflow in the same direction. Wherein the annular region refers to the region between adjacent annular strips 23.
In a preferred embodiment, the radial spokes 24 within the same annular region closer to the predetermined wind gathering region have smaller projection on the reference plane, that is, the distance between adjacent radial spokes 24 is gradually increased when the radial spokes are closer to the predetermined wind gathering region, so as to facilitate the air flow, and the distance between adjacent radial spokes 24 is gradually decreased when the radial spokes are farther from the predetermined wind gathering region, so that the inclination angle of the radial spokes 24 is larger, so that the air flow direction can be changed and the air flow is gathered to the wind gathering region. In order to enable the airflow to flow towards the preset direction, the wind gathering area is arranged close to the preset direction, so that the airflow gathered through the louver housing 2 can directly flow towards the preset direction after being guided by the air guide cylinder 1, the flow guide effect on the airflow is obviously improved, the air quantity loss and the guide effect are optimized, and the wind is softer.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 4, two wind collecting areas, specifically, a wind collecting area B and a wind collecting area C, may be formed on the louver 2, and two wind collecting areas disposed on two opposite sides of the central platform 22 are provided in the same annular area, that is, the wind collecting area B and the wind collecting area C are respectively disposed on two opposite sides of the central platform 22. The air outlet ends (i.e., the ends back to the fan 3) of the radial spokes 24 are deviated to the air collecting region B to guide the air flow to the air collecting region B, and the air collecting region B is arranged close to the predetermined direction, i.e., the air guide tube 1 near the air collecting region B is bent outwards, so that the air flow collected after passing through the air collecting region B can directly flow towards the predetermined direction after being guided by the air guide tube 1, the flow guide effect on the air flow is remarkably improved, and the air flow loss and the guide effect are optimized. Meanwhile, the wind gathering area C is far from the wind gathering area B, and the airflow flowing out of the wind gathering area C has less interference with the airflow concentrated in the wind gathering area B.
Furthermore, a plurality of mounting holes 21 are formed in the annular strip 23, a plurality of mounting posts 13 are correspondingly formed in the fixed end 12 of the air guide duct 1, and the air guide duct 1 can be mounted on the annular strip 23 through fasteners matched with the mounting holes 21 and the mounting posts 13. The fastening member may be a screw or a bolt, an internal threaded hole is formed in the mounting column 13, and the screw penetrates through the mounting hole 21 and enters the mounting column 13, so that the air guide duct 1 can be mounted on the annular bar 23. A plurality of mounting holes 21, for example, four mounting holes 21 in fig. 4, may be distributed on one ring-shaped strip 23, and the four mounting holes 21 are uniformly distributed along the circumferential direction of the ring-shaped strip 23, and accordingly, the air guide duct 1 is mounted by four fastening members uniformly distributed along the circumferential direction, so that the mounting stability of the air guide duct 1 can be improved, and the air guide duct 1 is prevented from being detached from the louver housing 2 due to the vibration of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner.
The present invention also provides an outdoor unit of an air conditioner (not shown), which includes a casing (not shown), a fan 3 disposed in the casing, and the outdoor unit outlet cover disposed on the casing, wherein the outdoor unit outlet cover is disposed on the air outlet side of the fan 3. In this embodiment, the free end 11 of the air duct 1 is bent in a predetermined direction outside the air duct 1, so that the air flowing through the louver 2 is concentrated and guided in a predetermined direction, thereby preventing the air after heat exchange from being diffused all around.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and is not intended to limit the scope of the present invention, and all modifications and equivalents of the present invention, which are made by the contents of the present specification and the accompanying drawings, or directly/indirectly applied to other related technical fields, are included in the scope of the present invention.
