本发明涉及一种用于钢包烘烤设备上的换向阀，尤其涉及一种换向阀。
背景技术
目前冶金行业蓄热式钢包烘烤装置，为了尽可能的提高热效率，烘烤器都采用了不同形式的排烟余热回收装置，以提高助燃空气的温度和降低烟道的排烟温度，减少烘烤器的排烟热损失。从钢包内返回溢出的余热，通过竖烟道，进入换向阀，可将助燃空气预热至300-500℃左右。这样能够节省能源，增加热效率。换向阀就是利用烘烤废气余热与助燃空气进行热交换，达到预热助燃空气的目的。一般多采用空气及烟气同步换向，其换向***结构复杂，特别是燃气含杂质度高、纯度低时，容易堵塞，不易清理，保养困难等缺点。
发明内容
本发明为了解决以上问题提供了一种换向阀，结构简单合理，不易堵塞，方便清理，本发明实用性强，尤其适合低热值、低纯度燃气介质燃烧的换向阀。
本发明的技术方案是：所述的换向阀包括阀体、进气腔、出气腔、密封体、密封盘和连杆机构，所述的密封体固定设置在密封盘上，所述的密封盘上设有球形卡槽锁紧机构，所述的密封体设置在进气腔的进气口，所述的连杆机构包括伸缩压杆和驱动机构，所述的伸缩压杆前端设有与球形卡槽锁紧机构相适配的球状卡块。
本发明通过气缸的伸缩动作控制连杆，带动密封盘来快速实现烘烤器的换向，结构简单，操作方便，换向腔内部不易堵塞，提高了工作效率，尤其适合低热值、低纯度燃气介质的燃烧，减少了维护和生产成本，清理方便。
