本发明涉及一种重型汽车分动箱的换挡机构,解决了分动箱体积大、效率低、重量重等技术问题。该换挡机构包括行星齿轮传动机构、齿圈支架(7)、齿圈(8)、滑套(9)、活塞杆(4)和气缸(5);滑套(3)套装在活塞杆(4)的中部,活塞杆(4)的一端与分动箱输入轴(11)滑动连接,齿圈支架(7)通过花键与分动箱输入轴(11)固定连接,齿圈(8)通过花键与齿圈支架(7)固定连接,太阳轮(2)与滑套(3)的一端通过花键连接,中间套(14)的另一端通过花键与换挡机构的输出轴(15)连接,换挡机构输出轴(15)上的齿轮与分动箱的中间轴齿轮啮合,当处于越野档位时,滑套(3)的另一端通过花键与端盖(6)啮合。

本发明属于重型汽车技术领域,具体涉及一种重型汽车分动箱的换挡机构。
背景技术
现有重卡行业所用分动箱的换挡机构普遍采用平行轴减速机构,存在体积大、效率低、重量重的结构缺陷。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种重型汽车分动箱的换挡机构,解决了分动箱体积大、效率低、重量重等技术问题。
本发明的技术方案是,一种重型汽车分动箱的换挡机构包括行星齿轮传动机构、齿圈支架、齿圈、滑套、活塞杆和气缸。滑套套装在活塞杆的中部,滑套与活塞杆轴向固定,活塞杆的一端与分动箱输入轴滑动连接,齿圈支架通过花键与分动箱输入轴固定连接,齿圈通过花键与齿圈支架固定连接,太阳轮与滑套的一端通过花键连接,行星框架与中间套的一端固定连接,中间套的另一端通过花键与换挡机构的输出轴连接,换挡机构输出轴上的齿轮与分动箱的中间轴齿轮啮合,当处于越野档位时,滑套的另一端通过花键与端盖啮合,换挡机构箱体的一端与分动箱固定连接,换挡机构箱体的另一端固定有中间盖,端盖固定在中间盖外端面上。
本发明的有益效果是,通过将结构设计改进为行星减速结构,可使分动箱具备传动比大、传动效率高、结构紧凑等优点。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本发明一种重型汽车分动箱的换挡机构包括行星齿轮传动机构、齿圈支架7、齿圈8、滑套9、活塞杆4、气缸5、端盖6和换挡机构箱体10。行星齿轮传动机构、齿圈支架7、齿圈8、滑套9、活塞杆4、气缸5、端盖6均位于换挡机构箱体10内。行星齿轮传动机构包括太阳论2、多个行星轮12和行星框架13。行星框架13采用分体组合结构。滑套3套装在活塞杆4的中部,滑套3内周与活塞杆4外周之间设置有轴承,且滑套3与活塞杆4轴向固定。活塞杆4的一端与分动箱输入轴11滑动连接,且活塞杆4与分动箱输入轴11同轴。活塞杆4的另一端固定的活塞与气缸5滑动连接。活塞杆4相对分动箱输入轴11处于三个不同位置时,换挡机构分别处于公路档位、空挡位和越野档位。气缸5固定在端盖6上。齿圈支架7套装在分动箱输入轴11上,齿圈支架7通过花键与分动箱输入轴11固定连接,齿圈8套装在齿圈支架7的外周上,齿圈8通过花键与齿圈支架7固定连接。行星齿轮传动机构位于齿圈内部,太阳轮2套装在滑套3的外周上,太阳轮2与滑套3的一端通过花键连接。太阳轮2与多个行星轮12啮合,多个行星轮12的轮轴支撑在行星框架13上。中间套14套装在滑套3外周上,行星框架13与中间套14的一端固定连接,中间套14的另一端套装在换挡机构的输出轴15上,且通过花键连接。换挡机构输出轴15上的齿轮与分动箱的中间轴齿轮啮合。当处于越野档位时,滑套3的另一端通过花键与端盖6啮合。
换挡机构箱体10的一端与分动箱固定连接,换挡机构箱体10的另一端固定有中间盖1,端盖6固定在中间盖1外端面上。太阳轮2内部花键采取了变齿厚,防脱档,保证行星轮系运转灵活。
本发明的工作过程是,分动箱输入轴11与变速箱输出轴连接,气缸5上有两个进气口,两个进气口分别位于气缸活塞两侧腔体上,当车辆气瓶对气缸5右侧腔体作用下,活塞杆4相对滑动,活塞杆4带动滑套3沿轴向滑动到最左端公路档位时,分动箱输入轴11带动齿套支架7转动,通过齿圈8、行星轮12、太阳论2、滑套3、行星轮框架13、中间套14、换挡机构输出轴15将转动传递到分动箱中间轴,实现分动箱的公路档位;当滑套3滑到中部档位时实现空档位;在车辆气瓶对气缸5左侧腔体作用下,当滑套3向右滑到最右端越野档位时,与滑套3与端盖6中部花键结合,滑套3不转,太阳轮2不自传,行星轮12绕太阳轮2公转,行星轮框架13公转,行星轮框架13带动中间套14转动,进一步带动换挡机构输出轴转动,将运动传递给分动箱中间轴,实现越野档。从而实现分动箱原来由平行轴结构达到的换挡性能。

1.一种重型汽车分动箱的换挡机构,其特征是:该换挡机构包括行星齿轮传动机构、齿圈支架(7)、齿圈(8)、滑套(9)、活塞杆(4)和气缸(5);滑套(3)套装在活塞杆(4)的中部,滑套(3)与活塞杆(4)轴向固定,活塞杆(4)的一端与分动箱输入轴(11)滑动连接,齿圈支架(7)通过花键与分动箱输入轴(11)固定连接,齿圈(8)通过花键与齿圈支架(7)固定连接,太阳轮(2)与滑套(3)的一端通过花键连接,行星框架(13)与中间套(14)的一端固定连接,中间套(14)的另一端通过花键与换挡机构的输出轴(15)连接,换挡机构输出轴(15)上的齿轮与分动箱的中间轴齿轮啮合,当处于越野档位时,滑套(3)的另一端通过花键与端盖(6)啮合,换挡机构箱体(10)的一端与分动箱固定连接,换挡机构箱体(10)的另一端固定有中间盖(1),端盖(6)固定在中间盖(1)外端面上。
