Abstract
本发明公开了一种耐磨强化地板,包括基材层,在基材层下方设置有平衡层,在基材层上方依次设置有装饰纸层和耐磨层,在装饰纸层的两侧分别设置有保护层,在上侧保护层与耐磨层之间设置有高分子耐磨材料层,在所述高分子耐磨材料层中设置有陶瓷微珠。本发明的耐磨强化地板,首先在装饰纸层的两侧设置保护层,避免装饰纸层的损坏,然后在传统耐磨层的下方加设一层高分子耐磨材料层,并在高分子耐磨材料层中设置有陶瓷微珠,增加耐磨性能。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及装饰地板技术领域,特别涉及一种耐磨强化地板及其加工工艺。
背景技术
地板是用于房屋地面或者建筑物表面层的建筑材料,一般是由木料或者其他加工板材制成。常见的强化地板包括耐磨层、装饰层、基材层和平衡层,常规的强化地板存在耐磨性能不好,甚至会影响装饰纸层的花纹,导致地板使用寿命短,在耐磨层遭到破坏并影响到装饰层后,表面磨花,即使修复后也非常影响美观。
发明内容
本发明需要解决的技术问题是现有的强化地板耐磨性能不好,影响使用效果和使用寿命。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种耐磨强化地板,包括基材层,在基材层下方设置有平衡层,在基材层上方依次设置有装饰纸层和耐磨层,在装饰纸层的两侧分别设置有保护层,在上侧保护层与耐磨层之间设置有高分子耐磨材料层,在所述高分子耐磨材料层中设置有陶瓷微珠。本发明的耐磨强化地板,首先在装饰纸层的两侧设置保护层,避免装饰纸层的损坏,然后在传统耐磨层的下方加设一层高分子耐磨材料层,并在高分子耐磨材料层中设置有陶瓷微珠,增加耐磨性能。
其中,所述保护层为强化树脂层,在所述耐磨层外侧还设置有UV强化处理层;在所述平衡层上方还设置有弹性耐磨层,优选的在所述平衡层上方下方均设置有弹性耐磨层。保护层为强化树脂,既能将装饰纸层很好的塑封保护,而且强韧有一定的弹性,可以增加地板的使用舒适性;UV强化处理层可以增强耐磨性,并且使得地板表面更加易于维护;另外对传统的平衡层增加弹性耐磨保护,既能提高防潮性能,而且提高了对基材的底部保护,延长使用寿命,既耐磨又静音。
其中优选的,所述陶瓷微珠为增加耐磨性透明陶瓷微珠,并且所述陶瓷微珠颗粒为各种直径微珠的混合颗粒,并且所述陶瓷微珠嵌入保护层中。陶瓷微珠隔热隔音,抗压强度高,化学稳定性好,增强硬度、耐磨性,具有优良的耐候性,耐腐蚀性和耐化学性能,在陶瓷微珠中还可以增加少量的刚性有机粒子,增加少量的刚性有机粒子可以提高拉伸强度和抗冲击强度,陶瓷微珠为纳米陶瓷颗粒,陶瓷微珠包括一层均匀设置的大颗粒层,并在大颗粒之间填充有小颗粒的陶瓷微珠,以保证材料的耐磨性。
进一步改进在于,在基材层的四周连接侧面也设置有防水耐磨涂层。基材层的连接侧面在开槽后也涂覆防水耐磨涂层,保证使用性能。
本发明还提供了一种耐磨强化地板的加工工艺,包括以下步骤:
1)在装饰纸层两侧封塑强化树脂材质的保护层,对基材层的上下表面进行防潮耐磨处理;
2)将装饰纸层和基材层以及依次设置在基材层下方的弹性耐磨层和平衡层热压粘贴在一起;
3)在上侧保护层上方涂覆高分子耐磨材料层,在高分子耐磨材料层中分布有透明陶瓷微珠,并且所述陶瓷微珠颗粒为大直径和小直径微珠的混合颗粒;
4)在高分子耐磨材料层外侧再热压耐磨层;
5)对热压完成后的地板进行散热、去毛边、裁板以及开槽;
6)对开槽后的地板进行打磨除尘后放置养生;
7)将开槽后基材层的四个侧边分别涂覆防水耐磨涂层,在养生的时间段内可以进行至少两次防水耐磨涂层的涂覆,间隔时间为2-5天。
其中,打磨除尘后对地板的四个侧边进行热压圆角处理,然后对耐磨层外侧进行UV强化处理。
本发明的耐磨强化地板的加工工艺,处理后的地板表面耐磨,并且装饰纸层受到很好的保护,避免损坏影响美观,整个地板的防水耐磨性能有效提升。
本发明的耐磨强化地板,表面耐磨层损坏后不会伤害到装饰纸层,并且基于高分子耐磨材料层的存在,表面耐磨层易于修复,因而提高耐磨性的同时延长地板的使用寿命,并且保持花纹的持久性,对耐磨层外侧进行UV强化处理,进一步增强耐磨性,并且使得地板表面更加易于维护,对于平衡层的上下侧的处理,既能有效保护平衡层,提高防水防潮的效果,还能改善使用性能,降低噪音。

下面结合附图详细说明本发明的优选技术方案。
如图所示,本发明的耐磨强化地板,包括基材层1,在基材层1下方设置有平衡层2,在基材层1上方依次设置有装饰纸层3和耐磨层4,在装饰纸层3的两侧分别设置有保护层7,在上侧保护层7与耐磨层4之间设置有高分子耐磨材料层5,在所述高分子耐磨材料层5中设置有陶瓷微珠。
其中,所述保护层7为强化树脂层,在所述耐磨层4外侧还设置有UV强化处理层8;在所述平衡层2上方还设置有弹性耐磨层6,优选的在所述平衡层2上方下方均设置有弹性耐磨层6。
所述陶瓷微珠为增加耐磨性透明陶瓷微珠,并且所述陶瓷微珠颗粒为各种直径微珠的混合颗粒,并且所述陶瓷微珠嵌入保护层中。
进一步的,在基材层1的四周连接侧面也设置有防水耐磨涂层。
本发明还提供了一种耐磨强化地板的加工工艺,包括以下步骤:
1)在装饰纸层两侧封塑强化树脂材质的保护层,对基材层的上下表面进行防潮耐磨处理;
2)将装饰纸层和基材层以及依次设置在基材层下方的弹性耐磨层和平衡层热压粘贴在一起;
3)在上侧保护层上方涂覆高分子耐磨材料层,在高分子耐磨材料层中分布有透明陶瓷微珠,并且所述陶瓷微珠颗粒为大直径和小直径微珠的混合颗粒;
4)在高分子耐磨材料层外侧再热压耐磨层;
5)对热压完成后的地板进行散热、去毛边、裁板以及开槽;
6)对开槽后的地板进行打磨除尘后放置养生;
7)将开槽后基材层的四个侧边分别涂覆防水耐磨涂层,在养生的时间段内可以进行至少两次防水耐磨涂层的涂覆,间隔时间为2-5天。

本发明的耐磨强化地板的加工工艺,处理后的地板表面耐磨,并且装饰纸层受到很好的保护,避免损坏影响美观,整个地板的防水耐磨性能有效提升。
本发明的耐磨强化地板,首先在装饰纸层的两侧设置保护层,避免装饰纸层的损坏,然后在传统耐磨层的下方加设一层高分子耐磨材料层,并在高分子耐磨材料层中设置有陶瓷微珠,增加耐磨性能。
保护层为强化树脂,既能将装饰纸层很好的塑封保护,而且强韧有一定的弹性,可以增加地板的使用舒适性;UV强化处理层可以增强耐磨性,并且使得地板表面更加易于维护;另外对传统的平衡层增加弹性耐磨保护,既能提高防潮性能,而且提高了对基材的底部保护,延长使用寿命,既耐磨又静音。
陶瓷微珠隔热隔音,抗压强度高,化学稳定性好,增强硬度、耐磨性,具有优良的耐候性,耐腐蚀性和耐化学性能,在陶瓷微珠中还可以增加少量的刚性有机粒子,增加少量的刚性有机粒子可以提高拉伸强度和抗冲击强度,陶瓷微珠为纳米陶瓷颗粒,陶瓷微珠包括一层均匀设置的大颗粒层,并在大颗粒之间填充有小颗粒的陶瓷微珠,以保证材料的耐磨性。
基材层的连接侧面在开槽后也涂覆防水耐磨涂层,保证使用性能。
本发明的耐磨强化地板,表面耐磨层损坏后不会伤害到装饰纸层,并且基于高分子耐磨材料层的存在,表面耐磨层易于修复,因而提高耐磨性的同时延长地板的使用寿命,并且保持花纹的持久性,对耐磨层外侧进行UV强化处理,进一步增强耐磨性,并且使得地板表面更加易于维护,对于平衡层的上下侧的处理,既能有效保护平衡层,提高防水防潮的效果,还能改善使用性能,降低噪音。
其中,耐磨层内含三氧化铝,具有耐磨、阻燃、防水等功能,是衡量强化木地板质量的重要指标之一。
装饰纸层由三聚氰胺树脂构成,不同的装饰纸层构成了不同的花色品种。
基材层由高密度纤维板制成,具有强度高、不易变形、环保、防潮等功能。
平衡层由浸渍酚醛脂制成,用于平衡地板、阻止水分进入基材层、防止地板起拱变形。
Claims (7)
1.一种耐磨强化地板,其特征在于:包括基材层,在基材层下方设置有平衡层,在基材层上方依次设置有装饰纸层和耐磨层,在装饰纸层的两侧分别设置有保护层,在上侧保护层与耐磨层之间设置有高分子耐磨材料层,在所述高分子耐磨材料层中设置有陶瓷微珠。
2.如权利要求1所述的耐磨强化地板,其特征在于:所述保护层为强化树脂层,在所述耐磨层外侧还设置有UV强化处理层。
3.如权利要求1所述的耐磨强化地板,其特征在于:在所述平衡层上方还设置有弹性耐磨层。
4.如权利要求1或2或3所述的耐磨强化地板,其特征在于:所述陶瓷微珠为增加耐磨性透明陶瓷微珠,并且所述陶瓷微珠颗粒为各种直径微珠的混合颗粒,并且所述陶瓷微珠嵌入保护层中。
5.如权利要求4所述的耐磨强化地板,其特征在于:在基材层的四周连接侧面也设置有防水耐磨涂层。
6.如权利要求5所述的耐磨强化地板的加工工艺,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
1)在装饰纸层两侧封塑强化树脂材质的保护层,对基材层的上下表面进行防潮耐磨处理;
2)将装饰纸层和基材层以及依次设置在基材层下方的弹性耐磨层和平衡层热压粘贴在一起;
3)在上侧保护层上方涂覆高分子耐磨材料层,在高分子耐磨材料层中分布有透明陶瓷微珠,并且所述陶瓷微珠颗粒为大直径和小直径微珠的混合颗粒;
4)在高分子耐磨材料层外侧再热压耐磨层;
5)对热压完成后的地板进行散热、去毛边、裁板以及开槽;
6)对开槽后的地板进行打磨除尘后放置养生;
7)将开槽后基材层的四个侧边分别涂覆防水耐磨涂层。
7.如权利要求6所述的耐磨强化地板的加工工艺,其特征在于:打磨除尘后对地板的四个侧边进行热压圆角处理,然后对耐磨层外侧进行UV强化处理。
