Abstract

本发明一种混凝土护壁的充气预应力钢管桩主要用于建筑工程领域钢管桩使用,它重量轻,承压强度高,能充分发挥钢材的抗拉性能且不需要钢管内的混凝土,施工速度快;本发明主要由传力盖、筒身、充气膜、底座、空腔、进气管、桩承台、混凝土护壁组成;其主要工作原理是:封闭在空腔内的高压空气向上下传力盖、筒身施加各方向均等的压应力,使筒身承受均等的环状拉应力及竖向拉应力,当桩承台受到向下的轴向压力后,压力先传递给桩承台及传力盖,传力盖再把压力均匀传递给空腔内的高压空气,一小部分压力传递给筒身,因此外部的轴向压力荷载主要由高压空气承担,筒身主要承担高压空气传来的拉应力,这样就充分发挥了钢材的抗拉强度。

本发明主要用于建筑工程领域钢管桩使用。
背景技术
目前的钢管桩都是在钢管内灌注混凝土,由钢管和混凝***同承受轴向压力,在这种受力状态下,钢管不能发挥其抗拉强度比抗压强度高的优越性,钢材耗用量多,混凝土耗用量大。
发明内容
本发明克服了上述缺陷,它重量轻,承压强度高,能充分发挥钢材的抗拉性能且不需要钢管内的混凝土,施工速度快;本发明主要由传力盖(1)、筒身(2)、充气膜(3)、底座(4)、空腔(5)、进气管(6)、桩承台(7)、锚固钢筋(9),混凝土护壁(10)组成;上下两个传力盖(1)与筒身(2)焊接,上传力盖(1)焊接有多根连锚固钢筋(9),进气管(6)焊接在上传力盖(1)上并与空腔(5)相通,充气膜(3)有空腔(5);本发明的主要施工方法是:先用成孔设备施工桩孔,再浇筑混凝土底座(4),在混凝土终凝前放下钢管桩,使钢管桩底部的传力盖(1)进入底座(4)的混凝土内,并使底座(4)的混凝土将传力盖(1)完全包裹,为了防止钢管桩上浮,钢管桩的上端需码放临时压重块,再浇筑混凝土护壁(10),然后向进气管(6)输入高压空气,高压空气进入空腔(5)内,当空腔(5)内的高压空气的压力值达到预定值后,封闭进气管(6),再施工桩承台(7),撤去临时压重块,桩基施工完成;需说明:传力盖(1)的外形是圆缺形,是半圆形;充气膜(3)是具有延性的,不透气材料制造的;钢管桩需做防腐防锈处理;钢管桩的主要工作原理是:封闭在空腔(5)内的高压空气向上下传力盖(1)、筒身(2)施加各方向均等的压应力,使筒身(2)承受均等的环状拉应力及竖向拉应力,这种竖向拉应力就是给筒身(2)施加了竖向预拉应力,当桩承台(7)受到向下的轴向压力后,压力先传递给桩承台(7)及传力盖(1),传力盖(1)再把压力均匀传递给空腔(5)内的高压空气,一小部分压力传递给筒身(2),因此外部的轴向压力荷载主要由高压空气承担,筒身(2)主要承担高压空气传来的拉应力,这样就充分发挥了钢材的抗拉强度。

具体实施方式
发明内容已详细说明了本发明的具体实施方式,这里不再重复,需说明:一、锚固钢筋9的主要作用是将钢管桩与桩承台7牢固拉结;二、混凝土护壁10的主要作用是将钢管桩完全包裹,防止钢管桩生锈腐蚀,本发明实际上是在已申请的专利“一种充气预应力钢管桩及施工方法”,申请号:2017101049057的基础上增加了混凝土护壁10,这样钢管桩可以得到双层保护,因为钢管桩在吊放及回填过程中,其表面的防腐防锈层容易被桩孔壁土层或者回填土刮伤破坏失去保护作用,钢管桩一旦腐蚀破坏,造成高压气体漏气,钢管桩将完全失去承载力,后果不堪设想,同样地充气膜3也是保护高压气体不会渗漏,使高压气体保持压力不变;三、为了便于钢管桩的运输及安装,筒身2可以分段运输、分段焊接安装,当筒身2安装完后,再安装充气膜3,最后将上传力盖1与筒身2焊接。
