本发明公开了一种绿色环保的活性染料数码印花浆,按照质量百分比计,由以下原料组成:魔芋粉3.7‑4.3%、半乳甘露聚糖2.1‑2.5%、芝麻脂素0.8‑1.3%、山梨醇酐单月桂酸酯1.4‑1.9%,余量为水。本发明以魔芋粉、半乳甘露聚糖、芝麻脂素、山梨醇酐单月桂酸酯以及水为原料,在各组分的共同作用下,发挥出优异的抗菌性能和防渗透性能,而且除水之外的其余原料均源自天然植物,具有温和、不刺激、无毒副作用的优点,有利于人体健康。

技术领域
本发明涉及数码印花浆料技术领域,具体是一种绿色环保的活性染料数码印花浆。
背景技术
数码喷墨印花技术是20世纪90年代以来国际上研制开发的最新印花技术。它集电子信息、计算机、机械等多种学科于一体,将计算机喷墨打印技术应用于纺织品印花,印花图案通过扫描仪等设备输入计算机,将印花机与计算机连接,由计算机控制印花机直接将染料喷在织物上。整个印花加工过程数字化、自动化,省去了传统的分色分套、描稿制版、制网、调色打样等过程,缩短了生产周期。数码喷墨印花生产过程灵活,重现性好、精度高,适应小批量和快交货的市场竞销机制。
活性染料,亦称反应性染料,是一类在染色时与纤维起化学反应的染料,活性染料分子中含有能与纤维发生化学反应的基团,染色时染料与纤维反应,二者之间形成共价键,成为整体,使耐洗和耐摩擦牢度提高。活性染料分子包括母体染料和活性基两个主要组成部分,能与纤维反应的基团称为活性基。
由于活性染料是由母体染料、连结基和活性基组成,使其在使用时能与纤维形成牢固的共价键结合,而具备一系列其它纤维素纤维染料无法比拟的特点,确立了其作为纤维素纤维用染料的发展和使用重点的地位,突出地表现在下列四个方面:
(1)活性染料是取代禁用染料和其它类型纤维素用染料如硫化染料、冰染染料和还原染料等的最佳选择之一;
(2)活性染料能用经济的染色工艺和简单的染色操作获得高水平的各项坚牢性能特别是湿牢度;
(3)活性染料的色谱广、色泽鲜艳、性能优异、适用性强,其色相和性能基本上与市场对纤维和衣料的要求相适应;
(4)活性染料适用于新型纤维素纤维产品如Lyocel l纤维等印染的需要。
现有的活性染料数码印花浆多采用化学原料,在数码印花过程中以及数码印花后的织 物使用过程中均会对人体产生刺激甚至毒副作用,因此,需要研究一种绿色环保、无刺激的活性染料数码印花浆。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种天然不刺激、无毒副作用且具有优异的抗菌性能的绿色环保的活性染料数码印花浆。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种绿色环保的活性染料数码印花浆,按照质量百分比计,由以下原料组成:魔芋粉3.7-4.3%、半乳甘露聚糖2.1-2.5%、芝麻脂素0.8-1.3%、山梨醇酐单月桂酸酯1.4-1.9%,余量为水。
作为本发明进一步的方案:按照质量百分比计,由以下原料组成:魔芋粉3.8-4.1%、半乳甘露聚糖2.2-2.4%、芝麻脂素0.9-1.1%、山梨醇酐单月桂酸酯1.6-1.8%,余量为水。
作为本发明进一步的方案:按照质量百分比计,由以下原料组成:魔芋粉3.8%、半乳甘露聚糖2.4%、芝麻脂素0.9%、山梨醇酐单月桂酸酯1.8%,余量为水。
作为本发明进一步的方案:按照质量百分比计,由以下原料组成:魔芋粉4.1%、半乳甘露聚糖2.2%、芝麻脂素1.1%、山梨醇酐单月桂酸酯1.6%,余量为水。
作为本发明进一步的方案:按照质量百分比计,由以下原料组成:魔芋粉4.0%、半乳甘露聚糖2.3%、芝麻脂素1.0%、山梨醇酐单月桂酸酯1.7%,余量为水。
所述的绿色环保的活性染料数码印花浆在数码印花中的应用。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明以魔芋粉、半乳甘露聚糖、芝麻脂素、山梨醇酐单月桂酸酯以及水为原料,除水之外的其余原料均源自天然植物,具有温和、不刺激、无毒副作用的优点,有利于人体健康。其中,魔芋粉既具有增稠效果又具有抗菌功能,半乳甘露聚糖和芝麻脂素充当抗菌剂的作用,山梨醇酐单月桂酸酯兼具成膜剂和防渗透剂的功效,在各组分的共同作用下,发挥出优异的抗菌性能和防渗透性能。

本发明实施例中,一种绿色环保的活性染料数码印花浆,按照质量百分比计,由以下原料组成:魔芋粉3.7%、半乳甘露聚糖2.5%、芝麻脂素0.8%、山梨醇酐单月桂酸酯1.9%,余量为水。

本发明实施例中,一种绿色环保的活性染料数码印花浆,按照质量百分比计,由以下原料组成:魔芋粉4.3%、半乳甘露聚糖2.1%、芝麻脂素1.3%、山梨醇酐单月桂酸酯1.4%,余量为水。

本发明实施例中,一种绿色环保的活性染料数码印花浆,按照质量百分比计,由以下原料组成:魔芋粉3.8%、半乳甘露聚糖2.4%、芝麻脂素0.9%、山梨醇酐单月桂酸酯1.8%,余量为水。

本发明实施例中,一种绿色环保的活性染料数码印花浆,按照质量百分比计,由以下原料组成:魔芋粉4.0%、半乳甘露聚糖2.3%、芝麻脂素1.0%、山梨醇酐单月桂酸酯1.7%,余量为水。
对比例1
在实施例5的基础上,以半乳甘露聚糖取代芝麻脂素,其余与实施例5完全相同。
对比例2
在实施例5的基础上,以芝麻脂素取代半乳甘露聚糖,其余与实施例5完全相同。
对比例3
在实施例5的基础上,以魔芋粉取代半乳甘露聚糖、芝麻脂素,其余与实施例5完全相同。
现对上述实施例1-5以及对比例1-3制得的数码印花浆进行抗菌性能和防渗透性能的测试,其中,抗菌性能的测试方法为:采用GB 20944.3-2008-T纺织品抑菌功能的评价第3部分:振荡法,利用抑菌率来衡量其抗菌性能;防渗透性能的测试方法为:通过电脑绘制点样,采用印花浆料在真丝面料上绘制16个直径为3cm的圆形墨点,然后对真丝面料上浆、印花、水洗、烘干,通过电脑扫描仪扫描真丝面料,扫描仪的设置为600dpi,亮度为-75,对比度为50,所得图像用CPAS图像处理软件分析,通过图像分析得到真丝面料上圆形墨点的面积(cm2),采用渗化率来表示汽蒸处理后圆形墨点面积与汽蒸处理前圆形墨点面积之差占据汽蒸处理前圆形墨点面积的百分比,渗化率的单位为%,取16个圆形墨点的渗化率的平均值来衡量数码印花浆的防渗透性能。测试得到的抑菌率和渗化率结果如表1所示。

由表1可以看出:经实施例1-5的数码印花浆数码印花得到的面料对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、黑曲霉的抑菌率分别为95.9-99.0%、93.4-98.7%、90.2-92.5%,渗化率为0.694-0.781%,该抑菌率大大高于对比例1-3,而渗化率则远远低于对比例1-3,说明本发明数码印花浆具有优异的抗菌性能和防渗透性能,利用其进行数码印花得到的面料花色鲜艳、清晰无渗化,不易滋生细菌,对人体健康无影响;对比实施例5和对比例1-3,可以发现本发明是在半乳甘露聚糖和芝麻脂素以及其余组分的共同作用下,才具有如此优异的抗菌性能和防渗透性能。
对于本领域技术人员而言,显然本发明不限于上述示范性实施例的细节,而且在不背离本发明的精神或基本特征的情况下,能够以其他的具体形式实现本发明。因此,无论从哪一点来看,均应将实施例看作是示范性的,而且是非限制性的,本发明的范围由所附权利要求而不是上述说明限定,因此旨在将落在权利要求的等同要件的含义和范围内的所有变化囊括在本发明内。
此外,应当理解,虽然本说明书按照实施方式加以描述,但并非每个实施方式仅包含一个独立的技术方案,说明书的这种叙述方式仅仅是为清楚起见,本领域技术人员应当将说明书作为一个整体,各实施例中的技术方案也可以经适当组合,形成本领域技术人员可以理解的其他实施方式。

1.一种绿色环保的活性染料数码印花浆,其特征在于,按照质量百分比计,由以下原料组成:魔芋粉3.7-4.3%、半乳甘露聚糖2.1-2.5%、芝麻脂素0.8-1.3%、山梨醇酐单月桂酸酯1.4-1.9%,余量为水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的绿色环保的活性染料数码印花浆,其特征在于,按照质量百分比计,由以下原料组成:魔芋粉3.8-4.1%、半乳甘露聚糖2.2-2.4%、芝麻脂素0.9-1.1%、山梨醇酐单月桂酸酯1.6-1.8%,余量为水。
3.根据权利要求2所述的绿色环保的活性染料数码印花浆,其特征在于,按照质量百分比计,由以下原料组成:魔芋粉3.8%、半乳甘露聚糖2.4%、芝麻脂素0.9%、山梨醇酐单月桂酸酯1.8%,余量为水。
4.根据权利要求2所述的绿色环保的活性染料数码印花浆,其特征在于,按照质量百分比计,由以下原料组成:魔芋粉4.1%、半乳甘露聚糖2.2%、芝麻脂素1.1%、山梨醇酐单月桂酸酯1.6%,余量为水。
5.根据权利要求2所述的绿色环保的活性染料数码印花浆,其特征在于,按照质量百分比计,由以下原料组成:魔芋粉4.0%、半乳甘露聚糖2.3%、芝麻脂素1.0%、山梨醇酐单月桂酸酯1.7%,余量为水。
