一种用于光学镜头的去污擦拭湿巾,涉及光学镜头的处理技术领域,通过无纺布主材选择,无纺布预处理,浸泡液配置后,与无纺布进行配合浸泡后,包装得到。本发明的有益效果是:本发明工艺流程简洁,通过针对光学镜头的特有特性,通过将清洗剂直接植入无纺布中,制成湿巾纸,直接进行镜头擦拭,方便快捷,不会产生二次污染,快捷高效。

技术领域
本发明涉及光学镜头的处理技术领域,具体涉及一种用于光学镜头的去污擦拭湿巾。
背景技术
镜头是指相机上接收光学对象,并且对其进行调整,从而实现光学成像的光学器材。镜头通常由一块或者多块光学玻璃组成的透镜组,基本单元为凹透镜、凸透镜,或其组合。现代照相机镜头还有采用非球面镜,非球面镜又有光学玻璃磨制非球面镜和塑料压制非球面镜之分。在成像质量基本相同的情况下,其制造成本,使用寿命有较大的区别。理论上而言,一个简单的凸透镜就是一个镜头,但是在实际应用中,镜头需要各种透镜的组合来矫正光学畸变。
镜头是成像设备中最为重要的光学元件之一,诸如相机、投影仪及摄像机等,镜头都是必不可少的元件,然而由于镜头都是直接暴露在空气中,因此在实际的使用中,镜头是最容易出现污损的部件之一,而镜头的污损是直接导致设备使用时精度的缺失,因此必须对镜头进行定位的清洗,但是在目前而言,对于镜头的清洗处理,只是简单的处理,大部分都是通过去污剂,然后通过采用棉布擦拭,但是这种方式并不能得到有效的处理,同时使用时也不方便,影响实际的使用效果。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种加工方法简单,配方合理,使用方便的用于光学镜头的去污擦拭湿巾。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种用于光学镜头的去污擦拭湿巾,其特征在于,包括以下制备步骤:
1)取主材无纺布进行初步裁剪,规格以15*15cm为宜,然后采用喷***将其表面的含尘可以吹离,备用;
2)将上述处理后的无纺布进行初步搓洗,然后采用清水漂净后,直接置放于煎煮罐中,加入清水煮沸后,恒温煎煮5-10min;
3)待上述步骤2中的无纺布处理结束后,将其取出然后自然晾干后,再采用烘干机进行烘干后,备用;
4)取一搅拌罐,然后在搅拌罐内加入30%的处理剂和70%的清水,开启加热至水温为60-80℃,加热的同时进行相应的搅拌,搅拌时间控制在35-40min后,得到浸泡液;
上述处理剂的配方为:无水偏硅酸钠3-5份、阴离子表面活性剂5-7份、无机碱2-4份、非离子表面活性剂3-5份、羧甲基纤维素2-4份、络合剂1-3份、丙醇6-7份、氢氧化钾2-4份、聚氯乙酸6-8份;
制备方法为:将上述所有原料全部进行合并后,投入搅拌容器中,然后在其内部加入总量3倍的清水,开启搅拌后10-20min后,即可得到;
5)将上述步骤3中的无纺布取出直接置放于步骤4中的搅拌罐中,然后开启搅拌,并且将内部浸泡液进行加热至沸腾后,恒温煎煮3-5min后,自然冷却至室温;
6)待步骤5处理结束后,将搅拌罐加盖密封,然后密闭浸泡5-7天后取出无纺布,进行初步晾晒;
上述密闭浸泡时,每个48小时进行一次搅拌;
7)将上述无纺布晾晒至含水率为35-45%时,采用包装袋进行逐个真空包装后,即可。

为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。
实施例1
一种用于光学镜头的去污擦拭湿巾,包括以下制备步骤:
1)取主材无纺布进行初步裁剪,规格以15*15cm为宜,然后采用喷***将其表面的含尘可以吹离,备用;
2)将上述处理后的无纺布进行初步搓洗,然后采用清水漂净后,直接置放于煎煮罐中,加入清水煮沸后,恒温煎煮10min;
3)待上述步骤2中的无纺布处理结束后,将其取出然后自然晾干后,再采用烘干机进行烘干后,备用;
4)取一搅拌罐,然后在搅拌罐内加入30%的处理剂和70%的清水,开启加热至水温为80℃,加热的同时进行相应的搅拌,搅拌时间控制在40min后,得到浸泡液;
上述处理剂的配方为:无水偏硅酸钠3-5份、阴离子表面活性剂7份、无机碱4份、非离子表面活性剂5份、羧甲基纤维素4份、络合剂3份、丙醇7份、氢氧化钾4份、聚氯乙酸8份;
制备方法为:将上述所有原料全部进行合并后,投入搅拌容器中,然后在其内部加入总量3倍的清水,开启搅拌后20min后,即可得到;
5)将上述步骤3中的无纺布取出直接置放于步骤4中的搅拌罐中,然后开启搅拌,并且将内部浸泡液进行加热至沸腾后,恒温煎煮5min后,自然冷却至室温;
6)待步骤5处理结束后,将搅拌罐加盖密封,然后密闭浸泡7天后取出无纺布,进行初步晾晒;
上述密闭浸泡时,每个48小时进行一次搅拌;
7)将上述无纺布晾晒至含水率为45%时,采用包装袋进行逐个真空包装后,即可。
实施例2
一种用于光学镜头的去污擦拭湿巾,其特征在于,包括以下制备步骤:
1)取主材无纺布进行初步裁剪,规格以15*15cm为宜,然后采用喷***将其表面的含尘可以吹离,备用;
2)将上述处理后的无纺布进行初步搓洗,然后采用清水漂净后,直接置放于煎煮罐中,加入清水煮沸后,恒温煎煮5min;
3)待上述步骤2中的无纺布处理结束后,将其取出然后自然晾干后,再采用烘干机进行烘干后,备用;
4)取一搅拌罐,然后在搅拌罐内加入30%的处理剂和70%的清水,开启加热至水温为60℃,加热的同时进行相应的搅拌,搅拌时间控制在35min后,得到浸泡液;

1.一种用于光学镜头的去污擦拭湿巾,其特征在于,包括以下制备步骤:
1)取主材无纺布进行初步裁剪,规格以15*15cm为宜,然后采用喷***将其表面的含尘可以吹离,备用;
2)将上述处理后的无纺布进行初步搓洗,然后采用清水漂净后,直接置放于煎煮罐中,加入清水煮沸后,恒温煎煮5-10min;
3)待上述步骤2中的无纺布处理结束后,将其取出然后自然晾干后,再采用烘干机进行烘干后,备用;
4)取一搅拌罐,然后在搅拌罐内加入30%的处理剂和70%的清水,开启加热至水温为60-80℃,加热的同时进行相应的搅拌,搅拌时间控制在35-40min后,得到浸泡液;
上述处理剂的配方为:无水偏硅酸钠3-5份、阴离子表面活性剂5-7份、无机碱2-4份、非离子表面活性剂3-5份、羧甲基纤维素2-4份、络合剂1-3份、丙醇6-7份、氢氧化钾2-4份、聚氯乙酸6-8份;
制备方法为:将上述所有原料全部进行合并后,投入搅拌容器中,然后在其内部加入总量3倍的清水,开启搅拌后10-20min后,即可得到;
5)将上述步骤3中的无纺布取出直接置放于步骤4中的搅拌罐中,然后开启搅拌,并且将内部浸泡液进行加热至沸腾后,恒温煎煮3-5min后,自然冷却至室温;
6)待步骤5处理结束后,将搅拌罐加盖密封,然后密闭浸泡5-7天后取出无纺布,进行初步晾晒;
7)将上述无纺布晾晒至含水率为35-45%时,采用包装袋进行逐个真空包装后,即可。
2.根据权利要求所述的一种用于光学镜头的去污擦拭湿巾,其特征在于:所述的步骤6中密闭浸泡时,每个48小时进行一次搅拌。
