weighing 2.5 parts of lemon oil, 1.5 parts of geranial and 1 part of Brazilian sweet orange oil by weight, mixing to prepare the fruit flavor, weighing L-menthol 33.5 parts, peppermint oil 10 parts, ws-232.5 parts and absolute ethyl alcohol 4 parts by weight, stirring and dissolving at normal temperature until the solution is clear and transparent, filtering to obtain filtrate, namely the mint flavor, weighing 7.5 parts of palm oil and 37.5 parts of glyceryl caprylate by weight, uniformly stirring with the prepared fruit flavor and mint flavor at normal temperature, adding 0.03 part of span 80, continuously stirring for 0.5-1h, standing until foams disappear, and obtaining the lemon mint essential oil.
The lemon mint essential oil is prepared into cigarette blasting beads by adopting the existing dripping pill preparation method, then the cigarette blasting beads are added into a cigarette filter tip, and sensory evaluation is carried out on the cigarette blasting beads by 7 smoking evaluators. The results of the smoke panel test show that: the cigarette sample added with the bead blasting essence has strong mint fragrance and fresh lemon fruit fragrance in the oral cavity and the throat during smoking, and has lasting fragrance and strong impact force.
In the comparative example, L-menthol 83 parts, dementholized peppermint oil 3 parts, spearmint oil 1 part, propylene glycol 4 parts and glycerol 9 parts are weighed according to the weight proportion and are uniformly mixed at normal temperature to obtain the common mint essence.
The mint essence in the comparative example is added into triglyceride according to a proportion of 10%, and the mint type cigarette filter stick is prepared according to a conventional process, so that the cigarette is subjected to sensory evaluation by 7 smokers. The results of the smoke panel test show that: the cigarette sample added with the common mint essence has weak mint fragrance in smoking, the fragrance retention time is short, and the smoke cool taste is reduced along with the increase of the number of smoking openings.
According to the comparative example, the lemon mint essential oil prepared in the invention is prepared into the bead blasting and added into cigarettes, so that the aroma is more lasting, the mint aroma is more intense, the smoking cool taste is stronger, and the impact force is strong.
Claims (2)
1. A preparation method of bead-blasting lemon mint essential oil for cigarettes is characterized by comprising the following specific steps:
(1) taking the following substances in percentage by mass: 50-80% of lemon oil, 10-30% of geranial and 10-20% of Brazilian sweet orange oil, and the substances are uniformly mixed to prepare the fruit essence;
(2) l-menthol 65-80%, dementholized peppermint oil 19-22%, N,2, 3-trimethyl-2-isopropyl butanamide 1-5% and absolute ethyl alcohol 0-8% by weight percentage, stirring and dissolving the substances at normal temperature until the solution is clear and transparent, and then filtering to obtain filtrate, namely the peppermint essence;
(3) mixing the fruit essence prepared in the step (1), the mint essence prepared in the step (2) and an essence diluent according to a weight ratio of 1-5: 10-60: 35-89, stirring uniformly at normal temperature, adding span 80, continuing stirring for 0.5-1h, and standing until foams disappear to obtain the lemon mint essential oil; the essence diluent is prepared by mixing 24-degree palm oil and caprylic capric glyceride according to the mass ratio of 1-5: 1-5; when the content of mint essence in the mentha citrifolia essential oil is 10-20%, the essence diluent is formed by mixing 24-degree palm oil and caprylic capric glyceride according to a mass ratio of 5:1, and the addition amount of span 80 is 7-9 per mill of the total weight of the mentha citrifolia essential oil; when the content of mint essence in the mentha citrifolia essential oil is 21% -35%, the essence diluent is formed by mixing 24-degree palm oil and caprylic capric glyceride according to a mass ratio of 2:3, and the addition amount of span 80 is 4-6 per mill of the total weight of the mentha citrifolia essential oil; when the content of mint essence in the mentha citrifolia essential oil is 36% -60%, the essence diluent is formed by mixing 24-degree palm oil and caprylic capric acid glyceride according to the mass ratio of 1:5, and the addition amount of span 80 is 2-3 per mill of the total weight of the mentha citrifolia essential oil.
2. The application of the lemon mint essential oil for cigarette prepared by the method in claim 1 is characterized in that: adding the above essential oil into hopper of dripping pill machine, adjusting discharge port, mixing with dripping pill wrapping material in the glue pot of dripping pill machine and curing agent in container, and making into dripping pill for cigarette; in the process of forming cigarette filter tow, the prepared lemon mint cigarette blasting bead is applied to a filter rod in a positioning mode, and cigarettes are manufactured.
