本发明公开了一种环保多彩涂料,由下述重量份的原料制备而成:聚氯乙烯95‑105份、硝化棉15‑25份、乙酸辛酯30‑40份、二甲苯50‑60份、1,3‑丙二醇1‑10份、甲基异丁基甲酮25‑35份、颜料10‑20份、乙二胺15‑25份、二氧化钛10‑20份、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯5‑10份、三聚氰胺35‑45份、蓖麻油10‑20份、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯20‑30份、紫外线吸收剂0.1‑1份、阻燃剂0.5‑5份、水80‑90份。本发明提供的环保多彩涂料,涂膜色彩鲜艳、装饰效果好;通过合理的配比,优选出适合涂料用紫外线吸收剂、阻燃剂的种类及用量,提高了耐人工气候老化性、耐火性、耐腐蚀性及稳定性优良,粘结强度高,无剥落,无裂纹,安全无毒,固化时间短,施工方便,效率高。

技术领域
本发明涉及涂料技术领域,尤其涉及一种环保多彩涂料。
背景技术
涂料涂饰于物体表面能与基体材料很好粘结并形成完整而坚韧保护膜的物料,称为涂料。涂料与油漆是同一概念。油漆是人们沿用已久的习惯名称,引进我国后,就一直利用在建筑行业。涂料的作用可以概括为三个方面:保护作用,装饰作用,特殊功能作用。涂料的一般组成:包含成膜物质、颜填料、溶剂、助剂。
建筑涂料具有装饰功能、保护功能和居住性改进功能。各种功能所占的比重因使用目的不同而不尽相同。装饰功能是通过建筑物的美化来提高它的外观价值的功能。主要包括平面色彩、图案及光泽方面的构思设计及立体花纹的构思设计。但要与建筑物本身的造型和基材本身的大小和形状相配合,才能充分的发挥出来。
保护功能是指保护建筑物不受环境的影响和破坏的功能。不同种类的被保护体对保护功能要求的内容也各不相同。如室内与室外涂装所要求达到的指标差别就很大。有的建筑物对防霉、防火、保温隔热、耐腐蚀等有特殊要求。
本发明提供了一种环保多彩涂料,具有优异的保温效果。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的上述不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种环保多彩涂料。
本发明目的是通过如下技术方案实现的:
一种环保多彩涂料,由下述重量份的原料制备而成:
聚氯乙烯95-105份、硝化棉15-25份、乙酸辛酯30-40份、二甲苯50-60份、1,3-丙二醇1-10份、甲基异丁基甲酮25-35份、颜料10-20份、乙二胺15-25份、二氧化钛10-20份、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯5-10份、三聚氰胺35-45份、蓖麻油10-20份、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯20-30份、紫外线吸收剂0.1-1份、阻燃剂0.5-5份、水80-90份。
优选地,所述的紫外线吸收剂为2,2'-二羟基-4,4'-二甲氧基二苯甲酮-5,5'-二磺酸、2-羟基-4-十二烷氧基二苯甲酮、2-羟基-4-正辛氧基二苯甲酮中一种或多种的混合物。
更优选地,所述的紫外线吸收剂由2,2'-二羟基-4,4'-二甲氧基二苯甲酮-5,5'-二磺酸、2-羟基-4-十二烷氧基二苯甲酮、2-羟基-4-正辛氧基二苯甲酮混合而成,所述2,2'-二羟基-4,4'-二甲氧基二苯甲酮-5,5'-二磺酸、2-羟基-4-十二烷氧基二苯甲酮、2-羟基-4-正辛氧基二苯甲酮的质量比为(1-3):(1-3):(1-3)。
优选地,所述的阻燃剂为次磷酸铝、次磷酸铁、二乙基磷酸铝中一种或多种的混合物。
更优选地,所述的阻燃剂由次磷酸铝、次磷酸铁、二乙基磷酸铝混合而成,所述次磷酸铝、次磷酸铁、二乙基磷酸铝的质量比为(1-3):(1-3):(1-3)。
优选地,所述的颜料为氧化铁红、氧化铁绿、氧化铁黄中一种或多种的混合物。
本发明提供的环保多彩涂料,涂膜色彩鲜艳、装饰效果好;通过合理的配比,优选出适合涂料用紫外线吸收剂、阻燃剂的种类及用量,提高了耐人工气候老化性、耐火性、耐腐蚀性及稳定性优良,粘结强度高,无剥落,无裂纹,安全无毒,固化时间短,施工方便,效率高。

聚氯乙烯,CAS号:9002-86-2,具体采用中国石油化工股份有限公司齐鲁分公司提供的牌号为S-1000的聚氯乙烯树脂。
硝化棉,CAS号:9004-70-0,采用汨罗市洞庭化工经营部提供的硝化棉。
乙酸辛酯,即4-乙酸辛酯,CAS号:5921-87-9。
二甲苯,CAS号:1330-20-7。
1,3-丙二醇,CAS号:504-63-2。
甲基异丁基甲酮,CAS号:108-10-1。
颜料采用上海缘钛化工产品有限公司提供的型号为130,粒度为325目的氧化铁红。
乙二胺,CAS号:107-15-3。
二氧化钛,采用品牌为杜邦,型号为R-706的金红石型二氧化钛。
邻苯二甲酸二丁酯,CAS号:84-74-2。
三聚氰胺,CAS号:108-78-1。
蓖麻油,CAS号:8001-79-4,采用湖州南浔耀鑫橡塑有限公司提供的一级蓖麻油。
丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯,CAS号:108-65-6。

实施例1
环保多彩涂料原料(重量份):
聚氯乙烯100份、硝化棉20份、乙酸辛酯35份、二甲苯55份、1,3-丙二醇5份、甲基异丁基甲酮30份、颜料15份、乙二胺20份、二氧化钛15份、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯7份、三聚氰胺40份、蓖麻油15份、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯25份、紫外线吸收剂0.39份、阻燃剂2.4份、去离子水85份。
所述的紫外线吸收剂由2,2'-二羟基-4,4'-二甲氧基二苯甲酮-5,5'-二磺酸、2-羟基-4-十二烷氧基二苯甲酮、2-羟基-4-正辛氧基二苯甲酮按质量比为1:1:1搅拌混合均匀得到。
所述的阻燃剂由次磷酸铝、次磷酸铁、二乙基磷酸铝按质量比为1:1:1搅拌混合均匀得到。
环保多彩涂料的制备方法:将聚氯乙烯、乙酸辛酯、二甲苯、1,3-丙二醇加入去离子水中,加热至40℃以300转/分搅拌3小时,加入甲基异丁基甲酮、乙二胺、二氧化钛、蓖麻油、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、阻燃剂升温至50℃用瓷衬工业球磨机(采用厦门市程功矿业设备有限公司提供的型号XMCQ-Φ280×290的瓷衬球磨机)中进行粉磨,在球料比为3、转速为70转/分、粉磨时间10分钟条件粉磨;然后加入硝化棉、颜料、三聚氰胺、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯、紫外线吸收剂升温至60℃以300转/分搅拌2小时。得到实施例1的环保多彩涂料。
实施例2
与实施例1基本相同,区别仅在于:所述的紫外线吸收剂由2-羟基-4-十二烷氧基二苯甲酮、2-羟基-4-正辛氧基二苯甲酮按质量比为1:1搅拌混合均匀得到。得到实施例2的环保多彩涂料。
实施例3
与实施例1基本相同,区别仅在于:所述的紫外线吸收剂由2,2'-二羟基-4,4'-二甲氧基二苯甲酮-5,5'-二磺酸、2-羟基-4-正辛氧基二苯甲酮按质量比为1:1搅拌混合均匀得到。得到实施例3的环保多彩涂料。
实施例4
与实施例1基本相同,区别仅在于:所述的紫外线吸收剂由2,2'-二羟基-4,4'-二甲氧基二苯甲酮-5,5'-二磺酸、2-羟基-4-十二烷氧基二苯甲酮按质量比为1:1搅拌混合均匀得到。得到实施例4的环保多彩涂料。

与实施例1基本相同,区别仅在于:所述的阻燃剂由次磷酸铁、二乙基磷酸铝按质量比为1:1搅拌混合均匀得到。得到实施例5的环保多彩涂料。

与实施例1基本相同,区别仅在于:所述的阻燃剂由次磷酸铝、二乙基磷酸铝按质量比为1:1搅拌混合均匀得到。得到实施例6的环保多彩涂料。
实施例7
与实施例1基本相同,区别仅在于:所述的阻燃剂由次磷酸铝、次磷酸铁按质量比为1:1搅拌混合均匀得到。得到实施例7的环保多彩涂料。
测试例1
对实施例1-7制备得到的环保多彩涂料进行耐黄变性测试,耐黄变性按IOS11507:1997测试。具体测试结果见表1。

本发明环保多彩涂料测试后无起泡、无剥落、无裂纹。同时,比较实施例1与实施例2-4,实施例1(2,2'-二羟基-4,4'-二甲氧基二苯甲酮-5,5'-二磺酸、2-羟基-4-十二烷氧基二苯甲酮、2-羟基-4-正辛氧基二苯甲酮复配)耐黄变性能明显优于实施例2-4(2,2'-二羟基-4,4'-二甲氧基二苯甲酮-5,5'-二磺酸、2-羟基-4-十二烷氧基二苯甲酮、2-羟基-4-正辛氧基二苯甲酮中任意二者复配)。比较实施例1与实施例5-7,实施例1(次磷酸铝、次磷酸铁、二乙基磷酸铝复配)耐黄变性能明显优于实施例5-7(次磷酸铝、次磷酸铁、二乙基磷酸铝中任意二者复配)。
测试例2
对实施例1-7制备得到的环保多彩涂料进行阻燃性能测试。阻火性:按GB/T15442.4的规定进行试验,耐燃时间:按GB/T15442.2的规定进行试验。具体测试数据见表2。

比较实施例1与实施例2-4,实施例1(2,2'-二羟基-4,4'-二甲氧基二苯甲酮-5,5'-二磺酸、2-羟基-4-十二烷氧基二苯甲酮、2-羟基-4-正辛氧基二苯甲酮复配)阻火性和耐燃时间明显优于实施例2-4(2,2'-二羟基-4,4'-二甲氧基二苯甲酮-5,5'-二磺酸、2-羟基-4-十二烷氧基二苯甲酮、2-羟基-4-正辛氧基二苯甲酮中任意二者复配)。比较实施例1与实施例5-7,实施例1(次磷酸铝、次磷酸铁、二乙基磷酸铝复配)阻火性和耐燃时间明显优于实施例5-7(次磷酸铝、次磷酸铁、二乙基磷酸铝中任意二者复配)。
测试例3
对实施例1和实施例5-7制备得到的环保内墙涂料的抗菌性能进行测试,抗菌性能测试参照GB/T21866-2008《抗菌涂料抗菌性能测定方法和抗菌效果》。
抗菌测试:大肠杆菌ATYCC 25922、金黄色葡萄球菌ATCC 6538。
具体测试结果见表3。

1.一种环保多彩涂料,其特征在于,由下述重量份的原料制备而成:聚氯乙烯95-105份、硝化棉15-25份、乙酸辛酯30-40份、二甲苯50-60份、1,3-丙二醇1-10份、甲基异丁基甲酮25-35份、颜料10-20份、乙二胺15-25份、二氧化钛10-20份、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯5-10份、三聚氰胺35-45份、蓖麻油10-20份、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯20-30份、紫外线吸收剂0.1-1份、阻燃剂0.5-5份、水80-90份。
2.如权利要求1所述的环保多彩涂料,其特征在于:所述的紫外线吸收剂为2,2'-二羟基-4,4'-二甲氧基二苯甲酮-5,5'-二磺酸、2-羟基-4-十二烷氧基二苯甲酮、2-羟基-4-正辛氧基二苯甲酮中一种或多种的混合物。
