Description

Fertilizer synergistic wrapping agent containing water-soluble organic matters and microorganisms and preparation method and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of fertilizers, and particularly relates to a fertilizer synergistic wrapping agent containing water-soluble organic matters and microorganisms, and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
Agriculture is the foundation of national economy, and the application of chemical fertilizers is improved without departing from the yield and income increase of agricultural economic crops. However, due to the long-term application of a large amount of chemical fertilizers singly or partially, various problems of soil in China occur, such as hardening, acidification, salinization and soil microbial diversification are damaged, the soil fertility is directly reduced, a large amount of field diseases and insect pests occur, the agricultural yield is not obviously increased, a series of problems of environmental pollution and the like are brought, the ecological environment of the soil is increasingly worsened, and the sustainable development of agriculture is seriously challenged. The problem of the improper application of the fertilizers is not negligible, and researchers are forced to continuously search and explore ways for improving the utilization rate of the chemical fertilizers to achieve balanced fertilization and reasonable fertilization so as to overcome the defects of the chemical fertilizers.
CN 104262062A discloses coated urea, which comprises urea and a coating agent, wherein the coating agent is degradable low-density polyethylene and oxidized starch, the oxidized starch is oxidized starch oxidized by hydrogen peroxide, the utilization rate of the coated urea is high, the loss of the urea can be reduced, and ammonia generated by urea decomposition can be stored in soil for a long time; the preparation method is simple and the operation is simple. CN 102838420B discloses a selenium-rich slow-release coated urea, which is a particulate matter formed by wrapping a fertilizer core by using cold-soluble polyvinyl alcohol as a binder and bentonite as a coating material; the bentonite accounts for 2-5% of the mass of the fertilizer core, and the fertilizer core comprises, by weight, 15-35 parts of urea, 5-10 parts of antibacterial peptide and 10-20 parts of chelated selenium. The fertilizer can obviously improve the absorption and utilization effect of crops on nitrogen, enhance the absorption of plants on nitrogen and other nutrient elements, obviously improve the utilization rate of the fertilizer, improve the utilization rate of the fertilizer to 30-40 percent and reduce the using amount of the fertilizer by 20-33 percent. Under the condition of equal amount of fertilizer, the yield of grains can be increased by 15-30%, the yield of vegetables can be increased by 20-50%, and the yield of cash crops can be increased by more than 20%.
In such a harsh soil ecology, soil and plant researchers recommend applying microbial agents to soil to improve soil properties, thereby improving soil ecology and increasing crop yield and quality. The microorganisms can dissolve fixed mineral elements in soil, increase nutrient effectiveness, degrade pollutants in soil, remove the harm of heavy metals and pesticides, secrete hormone substances to stimulate and regulate the growth of crops, generate volatile or non-volatile substances for inhibiting the growth of pathogenic bacteria, limit the growth or metabolism of the pathogenic bacteria, improve plant resistance, have dual effects of protection and treatment, and can effectively prevent and treat soil-borne diseases. Therefore, from the perspective of ecological agriculture, the microorganisms have a wide application prospect in agriculture.
In the existing microbial fertilizer preparation process, a microbial agent is mainly added in the granulation process, a large number of microbes die due to high-temperature treatment, and the microbial agent is short in effectiveness time, poor in repeatability and stability after being applied. In addition, since the microorganisms in the microbial fertilizer cannot directly contact with the chemical fertilizer, the microbial fertilizer has the problems of low survival rate of the microorganisms, poor activity and the like, and therefore, the microbial fertilizer with high survival rate of the microorganisms and simple preparation process needs to be developed to improve the current situation that the soil ecological environment is continuously worsened at present.
