In the present embodiment, the jaw assembly 20 is provided with the first positioning plate 271, the second positioning plate 272 and the guide rod 273 erected on the first positioning plate 271 and the second positioning plate 272, and in addition, the jaw assembly 20 further includes the guide block 274 sleeved on the guide rod 273 and sliding along the guide rod 273, and the jaw driving device 24 is connected with the second jaws 22 through the guide block 274, so that it can be ensured that the second jaws 22 move according to the predetermined position.
In order to determine whether paper is dropped into the charge bag, as shown in fig. 6, the bag supporting mechanism further includes a paper drop detecting device 40, and the paper drop detecting device 40 is disposed at the side of the first and second jaws 21 and 22 to detect whether paper is dropped into the charge bag. By arranging the paper falling detection device 40 on the bag opening mechanism, whether paper falls into the material loading bag or not can be detected by arranging the paper falling detection device 40 on the side surfaces of the first claw 21 and the second claw 22.
The falling paper detection device 40 includes a sensor 41 for detecting whether or not a sheet of paper falls into the pocket, an attachment plate 42 for attaching the sensor 41, and a reflection plate 43 for assisting in detecting whether or not a sheet of paper falls into the pocket. The sensor 41 is arranged on the mounting plate 42, the reflection plate 43 is arranged opposite to the mounting plate 42, here, the sensor 41 is an infrared sensor which emits infrared rays, and if the infrared rays reach the reflection plate 43 and then are reflected back, no paper falls into the material filling bag; if the infrared rays are reflected back without reaching the reflecting plate 43, the specification states that the sheets have fallen into the pockets.
In order to ensure that the pouch loaded with paper falls down along a predetermined trajectory, a transition plate 50 is provided on the side opposite to the reflection plate 43, and a slip gap is provided between the reflection plate 43 and the transition plate 50, along which the pouch loaded with paper falls down.
The jaw assembly 20 further includes a fixing seat 275 sleeved on the guide rod 273, an elastic member 276 is disposed between the fixing seat 275 and the guide block 274, and the elastic member 276 is sleeved on the guide rod 273 and abuts between the fixing seat 275 and the guide block 274.
In order to limit the moving position of the jaw assembly 20 along the sliding rail 11 on the supporting frame 10, a limiting block 60 is disposed on the supporting frame 10, so as to ensure that the jaw assembly 20 moves at a fixed position. Preferably, there are two stoppers 60, and the slide rail 11 is disposed between the two stoppers 60.
In order to realize the driving action of the taking driving device 30 on the fixing frame 23, the taking driving device 30 is a piston cylinder, a cylinder body of the taking driving device 30 is installed on the supporting frame 10, and a piston rod of the taking driving device 30 is connected with the fixing frame 23 through a connecting block 31. Through setting up material taking driving device 30 to the piston cylinder, wherein, material taking driving device 30's cylinder body is installed on support frame 10, can pass through connecting block 31 and be connected with mount 23 through the piston rod with material taking driving device 30 to the drive effect to mount 23 has been realized.
The invention also provides a bagging machine which comprises a charging bag conveying belt and a bagging mechanism arranged on the discharging side of the charging bag conveying belt, wherein the bagging mechanism is the bagging mechanism.
From the above description, it can be seen that the above-described embodiments of the present invention achieve the following technical effects:
the bagging mechanism of the invention mainly utilizes a bag opening device 100 and a bag opening device 200 arranged above the bag opening device 100 to complete bagging of a material bag, wherein the bag opening device 100 comprises a support plate 110 and a tray 120, and the bag opening device 200 comprises a support frame 10 and a claw assembly 20. In the bagging process, the tray 120 is arranged on the support plate 110 in a reversible mode, the tray 120 is provided with a bag receiving position for receiving the material bags on the material bag conveyor belt and a bag opening position opposite to the support plate 110 for opening the material bags, the bag openings of the material bags are opened through the combined action of the support plate 110 and the tray 120, at the moment, the first clamping jaws 21 and the second clamping jaws 22 of the clamping jaw assemblies 20 extend into the material bags, and the position of the second clamping jaws 22 relative to the first clamping jaws 21 is adjustably arranged to open the material bags in the tray 120, so that the bagging process of the material bags is completed.

1. A bagging mechanism, comprising:
the bag opening device (100) comprises a supporting plate (110) and a tray (120), wherein the tray is arranged on the supporting plate (110) in a turnover mode, the tray (120) is provided with a bag receiving position used for receiving the material bags on the material bag conveying belt and a bag opening position opposite to the supporting plate (110) for opening the material bags;
the tray driving device (170) is mounted on the supporting plate (110), and the tray driving device (170) is in driving connection with the tray (120) to drive the tray (120) to turn over;
the bag opening device (200) is arranged above the bag opening device (100), the bag opening device (200) comprises a support frame (10) and a jaw assembly (20), the jaw assembly (20) is arranged on the support frame (10), the jaw assembly (20) comprises a first jaw (21) and a second jaw (22) which are used for extending into a material loading bag, and the second jaw (22) is adjustably arranged relative to the first jaw (21) in position to open the material loading bag in the bag opening device (100); the bag opening device (100) is provided with a plurality of jaw assemblies (20), the jaw assemblies (20) and the bag opening devices (100) are arranged in a one-to-one correspondence mode, and the jaw assemblies (20) are adjustably arranged in position so that the jaw assemblies (20) can open the material bags in the corresponding bag opening devices (100);
the first claw (21) is provided with a first claw body part (211), the second claw (22) is provided with a second claw body part (221), the first claw body part (211) is provided with a first through groove (213), the second claw body part (221) is provided with a second through groove (223), and a notch of the first through groove (213) is opposite to a notch of the second through groove (223) so that paper can fall into the charging bag after passing through the first through groove (213) and the second through groove (223);
the first claw (21) is provided with a paper blocking plate (212) connected with the first claw part (211), the claw assembly (20) further comprises a limiting plate (25), and the limiting plate (25) is arranged opposite to the paper blocking plate (212) to form a paper passing gap (26) for paper to pass through; the first through groove (213) and the second through groove (223) are communicated with the paper passing gap (26) so that the paper passes through the paper passing gap (26) and then falls into the charging bag through the first through groove (213) and the second through groove (223); wherein the sheet passing gap (26) includes a guide gap whose opening is gradually reduced in a falling direction of the sheet;
a rotating shaft (180) is arranged on the tray (120), the tray (120) is fixedly connected with the rotating shaft (180), a driving block (190) is arranged on the tray driving device (170), and the tray driving device (170) is connected with the rotating shaft (180) through the driving block (190) to drive the rotating shaft (180) to rotate;
be provided with first driving tooth on pivot (180), be provided with the second driving tooth on drive block (190), drive block (190) cover is established on pivot (180), first driving tooth with the second driving tooth meshes mutually.

A bagging mechanism according to claim 1, wherein each of the jaw assemblies (20) is movably disposed above the corresponding bag opener (100), each of the jaw assemblies (20) having a bag opening position for supporting the bags from the bag opener (100) and a paper receiving position for receiving paper sheets into the bags, such that each of the jaw assemblies (20) moves to the paper receiving position after supporting the bags at the corresponding bag opening position to receive paper sheets into the bags.
3. A bagging mechanism according to claim 2, wherein the bag opener (100) and the jaw assemblies (20) are two, the two jaw assemblies (20) moving synchronously, and when one jaw assembly (20) is in the bag opening position, the other jaw assembly (20) is in the paper receiving position.
4. A bagging mechanism according to claim 3, wherein the bagging device (200) comprises a fixed frame (23), wherein the two jaw assemblies (20) are mounted on the fixed frame (23), and the two jaw assemblies (20) are movably mounted on the support frame (10) through the fixed frame (23).
5. A bagging mechanism according to claim 4, wherein the support frame (10) comprises a slide rail (11), and the fixing frame (23) comprises a sliding groove adapted to the slide rail (11) to move the fixing frame (23) along the slide rail (11).
6. A bagging mechanism according to claim 5, wherein the bagging apparatus (200) further comprises:
the material taking driving device (30) is in driving connection with the fixing frame (23) to drive the fixing frame (23) to move along the sliding rail (11) on the supporting frame (10).
7. A bagging mechanism according to claim 1, wherein the bagging device (100) further comprises:
a first suction pad (130), the first suction pad (130) being disposed on the support plate (110);
the second suction cup (140) is arranged on the tray (120), and when the tray (120) is in the bag opening position, the first suction cup (130) and the second suction cup (140) are respectively positioned at two opposite sides of the material bag so that the material bag can be opened under the suction force of the first suction cup (130) and the second suction cup (140).
8. A bagging mechanism according to claim 7, wherein the second suction cups (140) are plural, and the plural second suction cups (140) are arranged on the tray (120) at intervals along the extending direction of the seal of the material bag on the tray (120).
9. The bagging mechanism according to claim 7, wherein the first suction pad (130) is a plurality of first suction pads, and the plurality of first suction pads (130) are arranged on the support plate (110) at intervals.
10. A bagging mechanism according to claim 1, wherein the jaw assembly (20) further comprises:
a jaw drive (24), said jaw drive (24) being drivingly connected to said second jaw portion (22) to drive said second jaw portion (221) towards or away from said first jaw portion (211).
11. A bag filling machine comprising a bag filling conveyor and a bag covering mechanism arranged at the discharge side of the bag filling conveyor, characterized in that the bag covering mechanism is as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 10.
