Detailed Description
Various embodiments of the present invention will be described in more detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. The same reference numbers will be used throughout the drawings to refer to the same or like parts. For clarity, the various features of the drawings are not drawn to scale.
FIG. 1 shows a schematic structural view of a tab according to an embodiment of the invention. Fig. 2 shows a schematic structural view of a tab carrier tape 2 according to an embodiment of the invention. As shown in fig. 1-2, the tab includes a base fabric 1 and a plurality of carrier strips 2. The plurality of bearing belts 2 are arranged on the base fabric 1 in a fan shape. Wherein each of the load-bearing belts 2 comprises a fixing belt 21 and a connecting sling 22, the fixing belt 21 is fixed on the base cloth 1, the connecting sling 22 is fixed on the fixing belt 21, and a load-bearing ring 221 is formed at the end of the small end of the fan shape, and the load-bearing ring 221 is used for being connected with an external pull rope.
In this embodiment, six carrier tapes 2 are provided on the tab, each carrier tape 2 being stitched to the base fabric 1 via its fastening tape 21. The connecting strap 22 is sewn to the fixing band 21. The connecting sling 22 is provided at a first end of the fixing band 21, i.e. at a small end portion of the fan-shaped structure. The connecting sling 22 is folded in half and sewn to the fixing band 21 to form a force-bearing ring 221, wherein the length of the folded connecting sling 22 is shorter than the length of the fixing band 21, for example, may be 1/3-1/2 of the length of the fixing band 21, i.e., the length of the unfolded connecting sling 22 is 2/3-1 times of the length of the fixing band 21. Wherein the load ring 221 is disposed proximate to an end of the first end of the load belt 21. The bearing rings 221 on the respective bearing belts 2 are sequentially arranged to form an arc shape.
Because each bearing belt 2 is a multi-layer structure formed by the fixing belt 21 and the connecting hanging belt 22 sewed on the fixing belt 21, and the connecting hanging belt 22 is provided with the bearing ring 221, when the bearing belt is connected with an external pull rope, the bearing rings 221 of each bearing belt 2 are combined together to form a large bearing structure, and external acting force can be dispersed on each bearing belt 2. Meanwhile, the bearing part of the bearing tab is adopted on the stitched section connecting the bearing ring 221 of the hanging strip 22 and the fixing belt 21, so that the stitched boundary for avoiding stress directly acts on the base fabric 1.
Preferably, a tip portion 211 is formed at the end of the first end of each fixing strap 21, so that each fixing strap 21 can be gathered and spliced when each carrier strap 2 is arranged on the base fabric 1 in a fan shape.
Further, the tab further comprises a reinforcing strip 3, wherein the reinforcing strip 3 is arranged between a plurality of the fixing strips 21 and the base fabric 1, and a plurality of the hanging strips are sequentially connected. The reinforcement strip 3 is located at the small end of the fan-shaped structure. The reinforcement belt 3 has an arc-shaped structure, and can be specifically arranged at the lower part of the bearing ring 221 and sewn with each bearing belt 2. In this way, the reinforcing belt 3 connects the bearing rings 221 into a whole structure and is arranged at the small end of the fan-shaped structure, when the bearing rings 221 are acted by external tension, the tension can be transferred to the bearing belts 2, and the single bearing belt 2 is prevented from pulling the seam open due to overlarge stress.
Of course, the number of the reinforcing tapes 3 is not limited to one, and the specific number thereof may be set as desired, for example, 2 to 4, so as to increase the connection area of each carrier tape 2 with the base fabric 1 without changing the entire tab size.
FIG. 3 illustrates a schematic application of a tab according to an embodiment of the invention. In order to realize the connection between the tab and the external pull rope 5, the tab further comprises a connecting ring 4, the plurality of load-bearing rings are sleeved on the connecting ring 4, the connecting ring 4 sequentially penetrates through the plurality of load-bearing rings 221, and the plurality of load-bearing belts 2 are gathered on the connecting ring 4.
The connecting ring 4 has a rigid structure, and the rod portions penetrating the plurality of force-bearing rings 221 are arc-shaped corresponding to the arc-shaped arrangement of the plurality of force-bearing rings 221.
In the application of the tab in this embodiment, the tab is first welded to the capsule 6 of the aerostat, and then the pull cord 5 is tied to the connection ring 4 to fix the object to be fixed, such as the nose cone of the aerostat.
When the pull ropes 5 are loaded, the load-bearing rings 221 of each load-bearing belt 2 are simultaneously stressed. Because the thickness of the single bearing belt 2 is far greater than that of the tab or the bag skin, namely the sewing cross section area of the bearing part of the tab is large, and six suspenders are stressed simultaneously, the bearing strength of the bearing tab is increased, and the size and weight of the whole tab are relatively reduced.
The tab in the application greatly improves the carrying capacity of the tab, and can realize the design of small size and light weight of the tab under the condition of meeting the same load.
