本发明涉及一种阻燃抗菌隔音复合纤维板及其制备方法,属于新材料技术领域。本发明所述的一种阻燃抗菌隔音复合纤维板,包括芯层、抗菌纤维层、吸音纤维层、阻燃纤维层,所述芯层采用环保、抗菌等保健作用,具有天然的原木香味的杉木,通过在杉木两面都设置有抗菌纤维层、吸音纤维层和阻燃纤维层,使得复合纤维板具备良好的阻燃、抗菌及隔音效果,防止了复合纤维板受到真菌细菌感染,降低了被火燃烧的风险,提高了使用安全性能;同时纳米石墨烯层具有高导热性,提高整体机械强度的同时而且还具有抗菌性能,进一步提高了复合纤维板的抗菌性能;复合纤维板采用分次铺装,提高了复合纤维板的强度,抗冲击力,同时不含甲醛,绿色环保。

背景技术
目前市场的竹纤维板存在着一些不足:比如隔音性能不好,应用在某些私密性的场所不能够隔音造成声音嘈杂,不能够创造一个安静的环境;再者就是阻燃性能不是很好,由于竹纤维比较容易燃烧,很容易产生安全隐患,造成潜在的财产损失;同时还容易产生霉菌,无法适应南方高湿度环境。
发明内容
发明的目的:本发明公开一种阻燃抗菌隔音复合纤维板及其制备方法,制备方法简便,成本低,具有阻燃防火、抗菌,防止霉变,还可以隔音降噪。
技术方案:为了实现以上目的,本发明公开了一种阻燃抗菌隔音复合纤维板,包括芯层、抗菌纤维层、吸音纤维层、阻燃纤维层,所述芯层的两侧均设有抗菌纤维层、吸音纤维层和阻燃纤维层;所述抗菌纤维层交叉搭接在芯层上,所述阻燃纤维层设置在最外层,所述吸音纤维层设置在所述抗菌纤维层和阻燃纤维层中间,所述纤维板为高密度纤维板。
进一步的,上述一种阻燃抗菌隔音复合纤维板,所述芯层为杉木;杉木具有天然的原木香味,对人体有多种有益的作用,而且杉木中所含的香杉木醇能杀死空气中的细菌、可抑制人体病原菌,对各种皮肤炎症有抑制作用;对人体有消除疲劳,舒解压力的保健作用,比较环保。

(1)称取配方重量的木质纤维素,将木质纤维素粉碎,粉碎粒度为200-300目;
(2)将步骤(1)中粉碎的木质素纤维丝置于常温下,加入上述重量配比的阻燃剂和胶黏剂充分搅拌均匀;
(3)将步骤(2)中得到的混合物在模具中加压成型,加压温度为120-150℃,压强为1-3MPa得到阻燃纤维层;
(4)用铺装机铺装,取芯层板先在一面铺装抗菌纤维层、吸音纤维层和步骤(3)所得的阻燃纤维层,再另外一面同样依次铺装抗菌纤维层、吸音纤维层和步骤(3)所得的阻燃纤维层;最后在两面的阻燃纤维层的表面涂上一层纳米石墨烯层,预压成型后通过热压机进行定厚热压成型。
上述技术方案可以看出,本发明具有如下有益效果:本发明所述的一种阻燃抗菌隔音复合纤维板,芯层采用环保、抗菌等保健作用,具有天然的原木香味的杉木,通过在杉木两面都设置有抗菌纤维层、吸音纤维层和阻燃纤维层,使得复合纤维板具备良好的阻燃、抗菌及隔音效果,防止了复合纤维板受到真菌细菌感染,降低了被火燃烧的风险,提高了使用安全性能;同时纳米石墨烯层具有高导热性,提高整体机械强度的同时而且还具有抗菌性能,进一步提高了复合纤维板的抗菌性能;复合纤维板采用分次铺装,提高了复合纤维板的强度,抗冲击力,同时不含甲醛,绿色环保。

(1)称取30份的木质纤维素,将木质纤维素粉碎,粉碎粒度为300目;
(2)将步骤(1)中粉碎的木质素纤维丝置于常温下,加入上述3份阻燃剂和10份胶黏剂充分搅拌均匀;
(3)将步骤(2)中得到的混合物在模具中加压成型,加压温度为150℃,压强为3MPa得到阻燃纤维层4;
(4)用铺装机铺装,取芯层板先在一面铺装抗菌纤维层2、吸音纤维层3和步骤(3)所得的阻燃纤维层4,再另外一面同样依次铺装抗菌纤维层2、吸音纤维层3和步骤(3)所得的阻燃纤维层4;最后在两面的阻燃纤维层4的表面涂上一层纳米石墨烯层5,预压成型后通过热压机进行定厚热压成型。
实施例3
一种阻燃抗菌隔音复合纤维板,如图1所示,包括芯层1、抗菌纤维层2、吸音纤维层3、阻燃纤维层4,所述芯层1的两侧均设有抗菌纤维层2、吸音纤维层3和阻燃纤维层4;所述抗菌纤维层2交叉搭接在芯层1上,所述阻燃纤维层4设置在最外层,所述吸音纤维层3设置在所述抗菌纤维层2和阻燃纤维层4中间,所述纤维板为高密度纤维板。
进一步的,上述一种阻燃抗菌隔音复合纤维板,所述芯层1为杉木;杉木具有天然的原木香味,对人体有多种有益的作用,而且杉木中所含的香杉木醇能杀死空气中的细菌、可抑制人体病原菌,对各种皮肤炎症有抑制作用;对人体有消除疲劳,舒解压力的保健作用,比较环保。
进一步的,上述一种阻燃抗菌隔音复合纤维板,所述的抗菌纤维层2为竹纤维层。
进一步的,上述一种阻燃抗菌隔音复合纤维板,所述吸音纤维层3由两层聚酯纤维棉隔音棉32和两层陶瓷纤维层31构成,聚酯纤维棉隔音棉层32和陶瓷纤维层31之间具有空隙层33。
进一步的,上述一种阻燃抗菌隔音复合纤维板,所述阻燃纤维层4为木质纤维与阻燃剂、胶黏剂复合而成,所述木质纤维、阻燃剂与胶黏剂的重量比为30:2:10。
进一步的,上述一种阻燃抗菌隔音复合纤维板,所述阻燃剂为耐久性无醛阻燃剂,所述胶黏剂为无甲醛胶合板胶黏剂。环保无醛,利于人民身体健康和居住环境中空气的清新。
进一步的,上述一种阻燃抗菌隔音复合纤维板,所述阻燃纤维层4外层还设有一层纳米层,所述纳米层为纳米石墨烯层5;纳米石墨烯具有高导热性,提高整体机械强度,而且还具有抗菌性能,进一步提高了纤维板的抗菌性能。
进一步的,上述一种阻燃抗菌隔音复合纤维板,所述纳米石墨烯层5为单层纳米石墨烯层。
进一步的,上述一种阻燃抗菌隔音复合纤维板,所述吸音纤维层3和阻燃纤维层4之间、所述抗菌纤维层2和吸音纤维层3之间均设有胶黏剂层(未图示),所述胶黏剂层(未图示)为耐温防水无醛胶黏剂层;通过胶黏剂层(未图示)固定,提高了吸音纤维层3和阻燃纤维层4之间、抗菌纤维层2和吸音纤维层3之间的粘接牢度。
进一步的,上述一种阻燃抗菌隔音复合纤维板的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)称取30份木质纤维素,将木质纤维素粉碎,粉碎粒度为250目;
(2)将步骤(1)中粉碎的木质素纤维丝置于常温下,加入2份阻燃剂和10份胶黏剂充分搅拌均匀;
(3)将步骤(2)中得到的混合物在模具中加压成型,加压温度为135℃,压强为2MPa得到阻燃纤维层;
(4)用铺装机铺装,取芯层板先在一面铺装抗菌纤维层2、吸音纤维层3和步骤(3)所得的阻燃纤维层4,再另外一面同样依次铺装抗菌纤维层2、吸音纤维层3和步骤(3)所得的阻燃纤维层4;最后在两面的阻燃纤维层4的表面涂上一层纳米石墨烯层5,预压成型后通过热压机进行定厚热压成型。
经检验,实施例1-3所得到的复合纤维板具有优异的阻燃、、抗菌和隔音效果,同时具有较高的耐磨强度。
上述技术方案可以看出,本发明具有如下有益效果:本发明所述的一种阻燃抗菌隔音复合纤维板,芯层1采用环保、抗菌等保健作用,具有天然的原木香味的杉木,通过在杉木两面都设置有抗菌纤维层2、吸音纤维层3和阻燃纤维层4,使得复合纤维板具备良好的阻燃、抗菌及隔音效果,防止了复合纤维板受到真菌细菌感染,降低了被火燃烧的风险,提高了使用安全性能;同时纳米石墨烯层5具有高导热性,提高整体机械强度的同时而且还具有抗菌性能,进一步提高了复合纤维板的抗菌性能;复合纤维板采用分次铺装,提高了复合纤维板的强度,抗冲击力,同时不含甲醛,绿色环保。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进,这些改进也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (2)

1.一种阻燃抗菌隔音复合纤维板,其特征在于:包括芯层、抗菌纤维层、吸音纤维层、阻燃纤维层,所述芯层的两侧均设有抗菌纤维层、吸音纤维层和阻燃纤维层;所述抗菌纤维层交叉搭接在芯层上,所述阻燃纤维层设置在最外层,所述吸音纤维层设置在所述抗菌纤维层和阻燃纤维层中间,所述芯层为杉木,所述纤维板为高密度纤维板;所述的抗菌纤维层为竹纤维层;所述吸音纤维层由两层聚酯纤维棉隔音棉和两层陶瓷纤维交叉搭接构成,聚酯纤维棉隔音棉层和陶瓷纤维层之间具有空隙层;所述阻燃纤维层为木质纤维与阻燃剂、胶黏剂复合而成,所述木质纤维、阻燃剂与胶黏剂的重量比为30:1~3:10,所述阻燃剂为耐久性无醛阻燃剂,所述胶黏剂为无甲醛胶合板胶黏剂;所述阻燃纤维层外层还设有一层纳米层,所述纳米层为纳米石墨烯层,所述纳米石墨烯层为单层纳米石墨烯层;所述吸音纤维层和阻燃纤维层之间、所述抗菌纤维层和吸音纤维层之间均设有胶黏剂层;所述胶黏剂层为耐温防水无醛胶黏剂层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的阻燃抗菌隔音复合纤维板的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)称取配方重量的木质纤维素,将木质纤维素粉碎,粉碎粒度为200-300目;
(2)将步骤(1)中粉碎的木质素纤维丝置于常温下,加入上述重量配比的阻燃剂和胶黏剂充分搅拌均匀;
(3)将步骤(2)中得到的混合物在模具中加压成型,加压温度为120-150℃,压强为1-3MPa得到阻燃纤维层;
(4)用铺装机铺装,取芯层板先在一面铺装抗菌纤维层、吸音纤维层和步骤(3)所得的阻燃纤维层,再另外一面同样依次铺装抗菌纤维层、吸音纤维层和步骤(3)所得的阻燃纤维层;最后在两面的阻燃纤维层的表面涂上一层纳米石墨烯层,预压成型后通过热压机进行定厚热压成型。
